Asphalt in parking lot heaving. Cement crumbling on side walk. Floor in room fithly. No glasses in room by sink for water. Thin walls, coild hear EVERYTHING!

Pretty sure the price changed from when I booked to when I checked in because I would not have booked it had it been $199 per night for a 2 star at best hotel with no breakfast offers or daily service. I had no choice but to pay the rate as everything else was book. Staff was good and room was ok just didn't expect to pay 650 for 3 nights when other friends paid 450 for other places.

People live at this hotel. Loud music till 1 am, fighting at 5 am. Then the hotel manager woke me at 7am banging on the door. Saying I had a phone call. I asked for a refund on the next two nights. They would not give me my money back. Instead offered me a room with a wet soiled mattress

Rooms were spacious and clean. Some upgrades. Price was reasonable. Wifi was spotty at best. Walls are thin and you can hear normal volume conversations in the next room. Smokers outside the rooms were plentiful and smoke leaked into rooms. We asked to be moved to the other side (almost all occupants were on one side of the motel, clumped together) where the smoke was not evident. No glasses or cups in the room or provided at the office, so no chance of a drink - or even a glass of water - without going out to a convenience store to get something to drink out of. We’ll try a different place on our next stay.

Interior of rooms has recently been updated, hard flooring in rooms is a great idea to help keep it cleaner. Rooms are overall on the smaller side with double beds and a small bathroom. Beds were comfy. Exterior of motel looks like an old motel but that really has no affect on my stay experience because I care more about the cost and the interior of the rooms. I'll be booking again to stay here for the same event next year.

It’s a motel. Outside is in serious disrepair but the room wasn’t that bad. Surprised after seeing the outside. Two double beds are inconvenient instead of queens and the beds slide around on the platforms. Room was musty. It’s really noisy with lots of people smoking and drinking right outside of rooms and right along the highway. Thank god for the a/c for white noise or the people below us would have sounded like they were in our room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was much nicer than the outside appearance of the motel. It was very convenient to unload, especially at 11pm. The beds were very clean and well kept. The floor and the heating vents seemed a bit dirty. Overall it was ok.

Great location and close to shuttle for BVJ and smitty’s for breakfast. Clean rooms our only complaint was tub leaked last River with any use and you can tell they just keep bandaiding the problem and not fixing

Pleasant stay
The outside of the motel is dated, however the rooms look to have been redone recently. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only things I would improve upon as a priority is the stairs up to the second floor are slanted and awkward to walk up/down. and the heaters in the rooms are noisy.
