Hi, we are sorry your experience was not great. The apartments are indeed very nice. Unfortunately we are not always aware if utensils such as a frying pan is missing - we have of course replaced, now that we have been made aware. Carparking in apartments is often tricky first time in, however we have reviewed and improved the instructions given that we have received a comment. Our linen providers are usually exceptional, so hearing of clean sheets provided with a stain/s is not great. Thankfully a rare occurrence, however we have noted this with the linen providers. All dishwashing and laundry liquids/powders are provided in single use satchels. It seems a previous guest may have left a bottle so we have had it removed and ensured plenty of stock in the apartments. We do thank you, as we can not improve and remedy these situations when they do occur. Appreciate you pointing them out, enabling us to ensure we always have measures for continuous improvements. There is a exhaust fan in the bathroom , which is meant to come on when light switch is turned on - so we will investigate this . many thanks again for your feedback Citystyle.

Thank you for your review Krystal. Very pleased that the apartment met your needs. The building has air filter technology to ensure moisture in the apartments is kept to a minimum. After turning the bathroom light on, the system kicks in and then runs for a further 15 minutes after you have turned the light off. This may have been the noise that you heard in the apartment. I do apologise if this was an issue. Hopefully we can assist you with accommodation when you are next in Canberra.

In Belconnen, the fan in the bathroom should automatically switch on. Obviously there is an issue and I will have this fixed immediately. The shower door is another maintenance issue I will resolve.
