I booked 2 ocean view rooms only got one. Staff couldn’t have cared less. Marnie the go between Expedia and the hotel was useless she said I could cancel the booking thru Expedia nice to put me in a position where I would have to find another hotel at 4pm with 7 in our party. Expedias agents 4 in total left me high and dry with no conclusion very disappointing after spending thousands of dollars with them thru the years

This property is situated right on the beach. Which I thought would be nice. However, the excessive noise from the nightclubs in the area are a problem. The building itself is very dirty. The room that we got had a refrigerator that was not working. The room service was poor. The room is supposed to be cleaned every other day between 10 AM and 4 PM. My room is not cleaned until almost 6 PM after I complained. They cleaning of my room was so quickly they did not really clean much other than change my sheets. Also, the staff was not very friendly. I would not recommend this property for anyone to go. I will never stay there even if it was for free.

No vale lo que cuesta
El check in fue toda una odisea. A pesar de haber pagado con más de una semana de antelación no estábamos registrados Tuvimos que esperar casi media hora hasta que al final encontraron la reserva. El hotel es viejo. Mobiliario viejo, toallas y sábanas viejas. Mal olor en general No justifica el valor que se pago por esa habitación

Having a lot of family in Cancun/ Chetumal area we travel with them all the time and I was there for one night. The floors were very dirty, there were two used/stained towels when we arrived, that we didn’t care for put them to the side and during check out I was charged $100 Mexican pesos for the towel. There was also a lot of grime on the tub in the bathroom. You get what you pay for, but cleaning could have been better. The girl during checkout was not friendly, everything was fine and I wanted to come back but terrible experience checking out starting with the front desk employee that I will not recommend.

Quiet spot for relaxing after a busy day. Shopping and nightime entertainment were abundant. Loved the view of the ocean from our balcony. A nice place to stay.

We had a great time at Salvia Cancún. 10/10 Highly Recommend. Only thing to be wary of is that you will be able to hear the nearby clubs until 3 AM each night.

Ive stayed here before and always felt it was a best kept secret place to stay. Clean respectful and small condo in a convenient location. This time I was very disappointed with room... They put us in an old dated room with random dishes and utensils Overall in very poor condition compared to other units.

My room had roaches. They didn’t clean on the days they said they would. Bathroom was not clean when we checked in. Shampoo from previous occupant and it smelled like urine. Not enough toilet paper. No blankets. I kept getting electrocuted on the stove top.

Great location if you pay and like extremely LOUD music at least six hours Day! Very walkable to most everything, but people wanting you to look at their shops are ridiculously overwhelming. Staff t Salvia we’re all very nice. Good food at the property restaurant, but very slow.

One of the best accomodations in Cancun
It was my second time at Salvia Apartments and I can fully recommend - super kind staff, nice swimming pool, perfect beach view, and excellent location.

El hotel está bien relacionado al precio que pagamos, literal está al lado de Coco Bongo y Sr Frogs, no es muy nuevo el edificio, le hacen falta camastros sobre la playa, pero si lo que necesitas el algo económico ubicado en una zona céntrica es buena elección

El hotel esta muy bien. Solo que no me entregaron la caja fuerte de seguridad y lo reporte al establecimiento pero no dieron solución solo dijeron que hasta el día siguiente me la entregarían y al final no lo pude usar en toda la estancia.

O apartamento é muito bom, mas, infelizmente, fica do lado de boates com som altíssimo durante todo o dia e a noite até perto das 11 P.M. Se suportarem o barulho, fica em local próximo a mercados, feira de artesanato, ônibus na porta, praia em frente, vista do maravilhoso mar.
