와이파이가 안되는거 빼곤 OK
객실에서 와이파이가 안되니 좀 불편했고 그 외엔 괜찮았네요 식당에 음식의종류가 많이 없다는점도 약간 아쉽구요 나머지는 좋았습니다

Definitivamente no se hospeden aqui. El personal es casi nulo. La variedad del buffet es muy poca. Los colchones son terribles y el mobiliario ya está demasiado desgastado. En mi habitacion había cucarachas. No hay wi-fi y probablemente les salga mas barato hospedarse por medio de airbnb. Ha sido el peor “hotel” en el que me he hospedado. Lo bueno es que la atención del poco personal que hay es muy buena y son amables.

We did not like the hotel, it needs a lot of work. We actually left the next day and no one offered a refund. We were not able to sleep due to a lot of noise, bathroom did not have shower curtain, water everywhere. We had to ask for towels, blankets and pillows. It was wasted of the money and time. The location is nice

We paid for all inclusive when we booked. Didn’t get all inclusive even though we were willing to pay the Expedia pricing for it again. Spend 2 weeks being passed between the hotel and Expedia to try to sort it out only to have both sides pointing fingers and each other. Our room was mouldy so I was sick most the trip. Hallways reeked like cigarettes. We weren’t given towels from the start. The few we got were stained and gross. If we asked for new towels they said 30 min and then didn’t give anything until 3 days later. The only amenities in the room are shampoo, toilet paper and body soap. Nothing else. Fridge was ripped out. No coffee. The sink was rusty. Toothpaste stains on the counter from the previous guests. Only one sheet on the bed. No blankets or anything. The buffet food wasn’t great, pretty basic.

En general las instalaciones están bien, está a pie de playa. El único problema es que la Comida es muy repetitiva y realmente solo hay 4 guisados lo demás es pura ensalada. Estuve 5 días y los 5 días era puro pollo. En el bar no tienen nada, dicen que no les han surtido.

Just few things not preferred is…: Hotel did not have or offer any top blankets or covers on beds, had limited clean sheets and towels which we had to regularly request and self serve get our own few fresh linens and towels, and we had to ask for couple more bed pillows needed. They also did not offer and we did not have any small hotel room refrigerators or anywhere to keep small food and drink items cold and fresh. In addition to that they don’t ever have a place to just get some ice to keep things cool cold, only place is you must purchase your own at convenience store and even then back at room have no place to keep it frozen due to having no small refrigerator or freezer in room. Not as important and optionally would been nice to have, you don’t get a small room microwave to warm or freshen snacks up in rooms either. The small room locker safe also didn’t seem too secure had to pay for. Preferred…: Most overall satisfactory resort, with positive nice experience enjoyed.

It is the little things that knocked them down. Not having towels for hours. A toilet seat and shower curtain that were too short. A faucet knob that didn't work and a TV that was circa 2005. Unfixed holes in the walls and little mold spots. It was clean and the room was decent. The staff were also very accommodation.

Las personas que trabajan ahi se esfuerzan por dar buena atención. Pero si varios detalles creo q mas de la administracion. No habia bartender en el bar de la alberca. No nos dieron toallas para playa suficientes por que no tenían agua. En fin fueron varios los detalles que no me dejaron satisfecho.

The lady at the front desk and some of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The all inclusive drinks were not good and the tequila tasted like rubbing alcohol. The food was edible but not good either. But if you only want a bed and AC, it will work. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Estuve en el hotel desde el 21/1/24 hasta el 28/1/24, la habitación standard que compartimos con una amiga era amplia,constaba de 2 camas king,aire acondicionado, TV básica, teléfono de línea,cofre de seguridad, estaba limpia y todo funcionaba correctamente, no tenía frigobar ni secador de pelo,ni internet. Conexión a internet sólo en el lobby. Hay un restaurante pequeño con horarios amplios, tipo buffet, comida sana, gustosa sin mucha variedad, destaco la atención de Kamila en ese lugar. Dos piscinas ( adultos y niños), suficientes reposeras y bar, dan toalla diaria para usar allí o en la playa. El hotel está prácticamente en la playa, hay sombrillas,reposeras,bar de snacks,duchas y guarda vidas. El agua hermosa ( turquesa y transparente) pero no nos pudimos bañar porque había mucho oleaje,bandera roja todos los días. Poco zargazo. Te dan solo una llave ( tarjeta) por habitación , lo que complica si son varias personas que la comparten. Grandes escalinatas para acceder desde el exterior al lobby cuando llegas. Se encuentra a 12 km del aeropuerto y sobre una avenida con abundante locomoción.

To many stairs. It was supposed to be all inclusive but my reservation got screwed up and management would not make it right. The room I reserved was leaking water and got put n a smaller room at no reduced rate if I can hep it I will not stay there again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but if we receive a reservation without meals is not hotel's mistake, is from the travel agency or sometimes the own guest when buy online, you can choose 3 differents options : Only Room , with breakfast included and All inclusive

The Room what expedia mention online was not available, hotel staff said expedia always lie and you will get very basic rooms, no hot water and coffee machine, no iron, no kitchen, not even towel and toilet paper, if you ask for anything staff said talk to Expedia, you don’t have anything included.it’s better to book directly with hotel, Expedia lies

Worst thing in my entire stay was when I saw the so called owner staring at everyone at pool from her balcony entire day, ones I took a drink on plastic cup “out of the bar that’s inside of the pool” and lady came down and screamed yes literally screamed at me from one side of the pool to the other YOU CANT EST OR DRINK INSIDE OF MY POOL!! What don’t you understand!! so I told her if there was a sign then I would have not done it. But she doesn’t know how to control her anger or treat her clients avoid that old lady from 5th floor at all times Very Rude and disrespectful.

First i was put into Room 1210 it was dirty with smell of mildew there was mildew in the washroom. Then I got transferred to Ocean view room the next no taps were working i complained to Abel he was excellent and said he will get in touch with plumbing. It was not his fault its the owners responsibility to make sure Maintaince us up to date. Abel was not at fault in anyway

No hay nada de comida, muy mal servicio. El bufete es un chiste, nada de variedad Solo un bar donde nunca tenian nada, no tenian para hacer la mayoría de tragos No hay internet en los cuartos y el cable solo tiene 24 canales, de los cuales la mitad estan en ingles y con mala definición. Pedi una almohada y nunca me la llevarón Pésima experiencia y njnca volveré y se que mucha gente nunca volvera a ese hotel

Expedia sold me the booking as all-inclusive resort with pools and beaches instead it was a construction zone and Expedia and the resort hasn’t refund me and will not even allow me reach customer service based in US. Ruined my vacation especially because expedia like to scam you for the money. Sells you one thing and gives you another and then customer representatives who are located in developing countries will keep you waiting for hours then hang up on you. Basically telling you to F*** Off. One word for Expedia is they are a bunch of SCAMMERS.
