Owner fixed things fast and he is very supportive. However first floor there are two rooms but personally I don't like them due to smell like basement and dampen and acess from backyard patio.

Séjour décevant, pas de parking ni garage, stationnement à proximité inexistant, L’accès à la chambre située au dernier étage compliqué par les escaliers avec 2 grosses valises et un sac de voyage, l’ascenseur ne serait pas un luxe. Déjeuner moyen par rapport à d’autres hôtels de la région

Je ne recommande pas !
Séjour très décevant. Ce n'était pas une chambre mais un cagibi. Le personnel agréable mais sans aucune conciliation. Aucun geste commercial, sachant que la "chambre" qui nous a été attribuée n'était pas celle réservée.

De ontvangst is gastvrij. De accommodatie is eenvoudig en goed. De ligging is centraal. Slapen aan de voorkant betekent lawaai van de straat/het verkeer. Elke dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt en kregen we schone handdoeken. Verbetering kan op het gebied van de lucht in het badkamertje: de geur is (behalve bij aankomst) alle 6 dagen niet ‘fris’ te noemen. Kortom: één ster is correct.

Very convenient, clean and good value
Overall good value. Superfast WiFi and very handy for the station. Only niggles were shower was a little small, I would prefer breakfast to be served before 8AM, there was no English language TV, there was no hot water one morning and one extra night's payment was taken when I booked but was promptly refunded when I asked at check out. Overall I would recommend.

Der er, hvad der er nødvendigt for et kort og måske længere ophold. Et utroligt imødekommende og venligt personale, som "står op" og servicerer dig langt over midnat, så du kan komme ind på hotellet og ordne detaljerne, når du er er blevet frisk.

Good value and lovely location
Good value for money but make sure you specify a non-smoking room! Also the shower was pretty rubbish. Otherwise a pleasant and clean hotel. Excellent train service into Barcelona.

Petit hotel sans grand confort mais très bien tenu, propre et relativement tranquille. Personnel très sympathique et aimable. Dans cet hotel, contrairement à beaucoup d'autres, compte tenu de l'accès aux chambres qui se trouve juste devant la réception, ces dernières se trouvent sécurisées. De plus on ne sent pas surveillé comme c'est le cas dans beaucoup d'autres établissements. En conclusion, malgré le "petit" confort (l'hotel est ancien) séjour très agréable dans un milieu accueillant à souhait.

Évidemment la maison est superbe et la chambre était très bien. Mais hélas il semble qu'on ne puisse pas demander à ce type d'hôtel de nous procurer le calme desire, ou bien ne serait-ce qu'un minimum d'insonorisarion, et aux clients qui arrivent un minimum de respect pour ceux qui sont déjà la.

Ein wundervolles, kleines Hotel
Das Hotel ist ideal für Paare die Ruhe, Entspannung und einen tollen Strand in der Nähe suchen. Ein ausgesprochen nettes Hotelteam, dass auch deutsch spricht ist immer zur Stelle , wenn man einen Wunsch oder eine Frage hat . Alles in Canet de Mar ist aufeinander abgestimmt, so auch das Hotel . Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist sogar für gehbehinderte geeignet. Fazit : ein großartiges Hotel mit tollem service in einem malerischen , katalanischen Ort an einem lupenreinen Meer

Not as the ratings suggest
This was not as the ratings suggest. Check in was the only comfortable experience, quick and easy with an English spoken member of staff. The room was very basic a broken shower fixture was the first problem. A double room with a sea view balcony? could only fit one chair on it!! The horror of the first two days was a loud television awaiting us from the room next door for several hours (the room was empty). When they returned the television noise was added to by (bed moving)!!!! through paper thin walls. The television was not a problem the next nights. A visit to the hotel bar required a phone translation to order drinks and even then the limitations could not even supply lemonade as a mixer. Viewing the pitiful food on offer we decided to eat elsewhere. The hotel was budget, so just doing away with food and beverage options and installing vending may benefit this hotel.

Calme et à 2 pas de la mer
Hôtel sympathique, discret et très propre, personnel très accueillant et très gentil sachant un peu le français (pas tous). À 3 dans une chambre, (3 lits) c'est un peu limite au niveau espace, mais qu'importe... la mer est à 50m! Parasols de l'hôtel à disposition. Prix environ 115 euro la nuit petit déjeuner inclu, qui est très copieux par ailleurs. Jolie terrasse intérieure et surtout région sans moustique! À recommander vivement si vous ne faîtes que dormir dans la chambre.

Great basic hotel for beach holiday
Little family run hotel very close to the beach in the mostly local small holiday resort, Canet de Mar. I knew this place 8 years before and this time we returned as a couple for a beach holiday combined with culture (you can reach Central Barcelona in less than an hour by train). We chose a room with view to hotel's internal garden. Rooms are a bit small but once you put your stuff into the closets and drawers, they seem good enough. Double balcony doors let the air flow during the night. Although there's aircon, we didn't use it at all. A fridge is definitely missing however no space for it unfortunately. We booked without breakfast which I suggest to everyone as the breakfast is just continental (bread, butter, jams, etc.) Overall we were satisfied with place, the hospitality and cleanliness they provided. I would return anytime.

Et scoop!
Et helt igennem fantastisk og hyggeligt lille hotel. Hotellet ligger et par hundrede meter fra togstationen og ca. 100 meter fra en rigtig lækker og ikke overfyldt badestrand. Der var en dejlig ro på hotellet, og vi gearede helt ned, mens vi var der. Værtsparret er vældig behagelige og enormt hjælpsomme. Det er helt sikkert ikke sidste gang, vi har boet her!

Good combination for both beach and city
The apartman is not in the hotel but in a narrow street nearby. To approach by car is an issue. Free parking is in 5 minutes walk. The kitchen is well equiped, the beach and the railway station is close. 50 minutes to Barcelona by train. Look for combined ticket packs (eg. "T10 Z4 integrado" allows you 10 individual travels to or from the city including public transport for 2 hours).

Hôtel sympathique, accès bien signalé, proche du centre, de la plage et même de la gare! Bon petit déjeuner, service affable, parking impossible devant l'hôtel mais il y a un parking souterrain pas très loin.

Station balnéaire très familiale, accueillante, comme le réceptionniste de l'hôtel. En revanche difficile de trouver facilement une place gratuite pour la voiture à proximité une fois installés dans l'appartement, heureusement il y a une bagagerie à l'hôtel pour le dernier jour. A recommander pour un séjour de quelques nuits.

Ej engelskspråkig personal vid incheckning. Ingen information om frukost som tydligen ingick fast serverades först kl. 8:00. Vi åt på café i närheten. Vid utcheckning fungerade inte kortläsaren. Rummet i sig är prisvärt, rent och bra med AC. 300m från stationen med pendeltåg som går ofta till Barcelona.

Zeer gezellig hotel, mooi ingericht, Spaans-modernistisch. Gelegen in een toplocatie aan de Costa Maresma, tussen Malgrat en Mataró. Helemaal niet duur, en goed verzorgd.

fantastisch ontbijt in de tuin
Echt erg leuk hotel. Het heeft maar 1 ster, maar dat is vanwege de omvang van de kamers en de badkamer. Wij hadden kamer 11, helemaal bovenin met dakterras en ligstoelen en die was groter dan de andere kamers. Wel 8 trappen op! Het ontbijt in de tuin is echt fantastisch. Canet de Mar is echter niet veel. Slechte restaurants en strand aan weg met spoorlijn en flats met graffiti. Enige voordeel: geen toeristen. Het strand is groot en er zijn wel twee leuke strandtentjes. Maar het leukste aan Canet de Mar was hotel Mitus.

En svært positiv overraskelse
Vi er veldig fornøyd med vårt 11 dager lange opphold på hotell Mitus. Nyopppussede rom, rent og pent og hyggelig betjening. Koselig liten by med mye liv, men uten turister, god mat, fin strand rett i nærheten og flotte turområder i fjellet bak byen. Trygt og fint for ungdommer å ferdes rundt på egenhånd, 45 minutter med tog til Barcelona. Anbefales på det varmeste :-)

Recomendable.
Familiar, limpio, tranquilo, bien situado y en buen estado de conservación. La habitación no es muy espaciosa, pero suficiente para dormir cómodamente. Tiene wifi de libre acceso.

Nice small hotel 40 km from Barcelona
Very well managed hotel. 45 km from Barcelona if driving. Trainstation nearby. Parking may be tough by summer time, but we found one for free 200 m away. Nice breakfast. Nice simple rooms, clean and welcome. Nice attitude. My recomendations.
