Stayed in Cannes for 5 nights Apartment was well located but not in the best area, it was right behind the train station (5 minute walk) which has advantages and disadvantages. About a 15 minute walk to Old Town and you are in the main streets in about 5 minutes Apartment is not in the best condition with a few markings and small holes in wall, kitchen is stocked. We arrived to a strong smell of cigarette smoke, although it is a non-smoking room, this remained for days. We were given hand towels instead of bath towels, contacted the property and they came back a few days later with 1 bath towel even though reservation was for 2 ppl,

Close to the train station and renovated apartment
Everything went fine with the before the arrival (do read the conditions because this is not a normal hotel, e.g. the deposit), and with the check-in. The street looks like it's seen better days but the Achard building was renovated and everything near new condition. Unfortunately probably one of the neighbors smoked because each time we closed the windows and went out, it smelled of smoke inside the apartment (connecting thru the kitchen or bathroom?). Nothing that opening the windows for a while could not fix. Very near the main train station.

Was told to clean the kitchen before leaving or risked being charged €50. Was given the option to pay at the property however was told I must pay in advance. No front office and ridiculous charges.

l'appartement est très proche du centre ville de Cannes et de la Croisette. Ne pas se fier à la 1ere impression du lieu de l'appartement car l’intérieur est très correct compte tenu du rapport qualité/prix.J'ai pu trouver une place pour ma voiture dans la rue même.Attention cependant à l'acces au lit dans la mezzanine...les marches sont irrégulières et très étroites. demande une certaine agilité et ne conviendrait pas à une personne forte ou avec des soucis articulaires.

Very nice basic apartment to stay in Cannes. Slightly further out of main cannes but only a short ten minute walk. Bathroom was slightly old fashioned but the rest of the apartment was very modern.

Rent og god plass, egentlig kort vei fra stasjonen (første til venstre fra stasjonen og via en litt utrivelig passasje og slitent boområde, kanskje ikke for barnefamilier). Ok hvis man ønsker et sted uten resepsjon. Mer type leilighet, som også Florella Achard selv skriver, er de ikke et hotell. Overraskende tilleggsgebyr på 30 euro for rengjøring av rom og likevel bes man sortere/kaste søppel (?) skriftlig. Ingen søppelkasse utenfor. Vær veldig obs på at hvis betalingen ikke går gjennom første gang, blir det blokkert. Man må kontakte stedet for å få en ny link og forsøke på nytt. Lykke til. Mye forklaringer på fransk. Sterk hasjlukt 1.ettermiddag fulgt av innbrudd i et kott, samt regnvær som ga vannlekkasje i mitt rom, men kom ikke gjennom på telefon til admin. og ble bedt om å legge igjen beskjed i tilfelle det hastet som jeg også gjorde to ganger, på fransk. Ingen tilbakemelding, bare da jeg skrev mail om saken. Ingen alternative nummere eller kontakt, ingen resepsjon. Ok for 1-2 netter. Mye bråk og banking pga. oppussing i rommet ved siden av, men det er forhåpentligvis over nå.

Thumbs up...5 minute walk to the main station, market and restaurants. 10 minutes to the beach. Clean, quiet and well equipped. Serviced once - midway through the week. Be aware...The staircase to the mezzanine level is steep, uneven and has limited head clearance. Niggles... only 2 chairs, cork screw was broken, internet dropped out (but fixed within 24 hours when reported) and for the final 2 days the hot water didn’t work. (We didn’t bother to report it) Overall... adequate and good value.

Vi boede 2 voksne med 2 børn på 10 og 12 år. Det var en ret god beliggenhed, da man blot skulle gå under hovedgaden for at være i centrum. Det tog kun 5 min. Sengen på 1 sal var rigtig fin, men den udslåede sovesofa i opholdsrummet var ikke rar at ligge på. Der var kun 3 stole selvom det er en lejlighed til 4. Selve Rue Achard som lejligheden ligger på er ikke tiltalende, men det gjorde ikke så meget når centrum og strand var lige om hjørnet. WiFi netværket var super godt...

Super Lage 1min vom Strand direkt im Zentrum. Leider ist das Parken im Parkhaus, die günstigste, wenn auch teuere Variante. Man sollte für 10Tage etwa 200,- - 300,-€ extra einplanen.

Nice apartment, quick to beach and train
The apartment is newly updated, comfortable and a great value. It is a quick simple walk to the beach. The only drawback for some maybe that the pedestrian underpass that is used to go under the tracks does have some homeless folk. It didn't feel dangerous at all but it made the vibe more urban than we expected.

good apartment and good location close to supermarket. Spacious enough that we had 2 friends came over for dinner without a problem. Fridge and freezer is big for hot sunny Cannes. Shower room is abit tight but it save space for the room i guess.

Cute little room...
The room had everything you'd need for your visit. There was a letter addressed to me by name that gave me a number to call in case I needed anything. It was clean and well-appointed. It's in an ethnic area so there's lots of inexpensive restaurants nearby. It's right across the street from the train station. You can also walk to the beach, Palais and shops in a few minutes.

what a disappointment.. price what you can see on hotels.com site is not total, note the extra maintenance fee :( bathroom door was not working well and my friend getting stuck in. Staff promised to fix problem, but they did not do that so we needed to use bathroom with open door > no changes to get any compensation of inconvenience. and this is getting even better! were receive a note in evening before the next morning (10:00 am!!) that we should let room in tidy condition and drag all trashes out! i think that is something what we paying in maintenance fee..

Great apartment in the city
Nice apartment just a few minutes walk from the main station and 10 minutes to the beach. Quiet place with good windows to block the sound. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal. Bed was really comfortable. The service was very good. We had a small problem and the handyman was there in 5 minutes. They also helped us store our luggage as we arrived much earlier than check in.

Great place to stay
I stayed at the Florella apartments for a week in Cannes. It was a bit tricky to find the place but once in it was an ideal base for exploring the locality. The apartments are clean and well equipped with a television, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and iron. The local restaurants are pretty expensive, so I made use of the cooking facilities to save money. Because of it's location the apartment is a little bit noisy in the evenings and early morning, and consequently I used earplugs to help me sleep. Overall I was delighted with the accommodation and intend to use the same apartment when I next visit Cannes.
