The place was overall the best place I stayed in Cannes. Located right near the bus station, but far enough alway to not deal with the bus station traffic. My room had a balcony over looking an alley with several busy restaurants and you could see the port. It was noisy, however when you shut the door, there was silence. The air conditioning worked, the wifi was amazing, breakfast was phenomenal, and the owners... I want to take keep them forever, they were so super nice to me. It's a husband and wife, and the husband had been injured so the wife helped me lug my big, heavy suitcases up and down the stairs... She wouldn't take no for an answer when I said I could get them. Plus they have an "honesty bar" which you can get drinks from at night when everything in Cannes is closed, which was amazing when I stumbled in drunk and need water lol.
I highly recommend Hotel des Allees, if for no other reason than feeling like you have a couple of people in town that are super nice to you all the time.
Oh and, they let me check in early because my transportation didn't take as long as I thought it was going to. Also there was candy in my room when I got there that they left for me.
