Stayed in the St Honorat Suite for 1 night, could here the guests upstairs at 1am and 7am being noisy, loose floor tiles in bathroom, toilet seat lacquer peeling off seat, there is a difference between rustic and repair, and this hotel clearly needs some TLC. Pool and sunbeds were a nice relaxing area but need your mosquitoe repellent. Receptionist located directly outside of room so all we could here from check in until we went out for dinner was her talking as walls are paper thin. Overpriced and wouldn’t stay here again.

Little oasis of calm
Absolutely perfect. This hotel is one of my favourites. A beautiful old stone building decorated tastefully, a gorgeous garden and little pool. The staff are wonderful, the food is excellent, breakfast was delightful - everything fresh and taken on the little terrace. Will definitely come back.

Magnifique maison d’hôte accueillante
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris de pouvoir garer la voiture juste devant la porte d’entrée. Le jardin avec piscine est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avions une belle grande chambre avec salle de bain séparée. Tout était parfait jusqu’au dîner bien sympathique préparé devant nous. Gisèle, Claire ainsi que tout le personnel étaient super gentils et attentionnés. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison d’hôte.

Une pause en Provence, au temps de Marcel Pagnol.
Les rosées est un voyage dans le temps. Tout est très beau, choisi avec goût, des serviettes de toilette au drap et aux savons à la rose. La chambre était très spacieuse, ainsi que la salle de bain et la terrasse privée. Le petit déjeuner est un véritable plaisir pour les gourmets, avec ses petites tartelettes faites maison, encore chaudes et des fruits frais. On y retournera à toutes les saisons.

Zauberhaftes Hotel, ein Stück vom Paradies!
Les Rosées ist ein Paradies auf Erden. Eingebettet in einen zauberhaften Garten liegt die wunderschöne provencalische und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Villa. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen wird auf einer kleinen sehr familiären Terrasse eingenommen. Es war für uns wie ein Besuch bei einer sehr lieben Verwandten, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und während des ganzen Aufenthaltes verwöhnt und mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir bewohnten eine sehr kuschelige und gemütliche Suite im Dach, mit modernem und großzügigem Bad. Es war ein rundum Wohlfühlen in diesem malerischen und zauberhaften Hotel. Wir können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen, es ist ein wahres Kleinod, die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber sucht ihresgleichen! Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in diesem wunderbaren Hotel.

A superb B&B where the services and amenities far exceed what one usually thinks of a B&B. The family that runs it makes everyone feel truly part of the family and completely at home. Six thumbs up as there were three of us👍👍👍👍👍👍

The Serguey room has its own fireplace which is so nice. There’s also a nice long skylight in the bathroom to see the sky.

Amazing hotel so quaint and picturesque. So much character in each room and the decor was gorgeous! Lovely staff you almost feel like you are staying with friends. The food was fantastic!!! Exactly what we needed for a quiet get away. Close to the beaches too.

Beautiful Menerbes hotel
Les Rosees is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very gracious, knowledgeable and accommodating. This is truly a unique and wonderful place to rest and relax.

beautiful bnb I will return!
I was looking for someplace for one night before I started my trip in Cannes. I wish I had stayed. What a charming little place. Lovely property, great staff. We payed the extgra charge for breakfast ( wish it had been included) but it was worth it. Food was good, plentiful. Our room the Suite Serguey was amazing. Lovely fireplace ( which on a cold rainy eve was wonderful, ) candles, large bath and shower room. A honeymoon suite if I ever saw one. The pool was very welcoming but we didnt have time to use it. The dining room was quaint and the chef cooks right in the dining room. We are sorry we didn't get to eat dinner there but will return one day!

ホテル従業員は非常にフレンドリーで親切。ひっそりとした佇まいのホテルでリラックス出来ました。今回は冬の宿泊でしたが、暖かいシーズンはテラスでのんびりと緑に囲まれて過ごすのもいいと思います。

Posto incantevole e romantico vicino a Cannes
Un luogo dove regna la pace, posto raccolto, poche suite e un' atmosfera magica grazie anche alle candele che illuminano tutto il giardino e al camino in suite. La proprietaria e il personale sono gentilissimi e la cucina deliziosa! Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono ricaricarsi e passare giornate di puro relax!

Charming, private BnB in a quiet residential area
An absolutely gorgeous property in a residential neighbourhood. The charming garden, pool, hottub and terrace area is populated with candles in the evening to a wonderful effect. It is a small hotel (3-4 rooms?) but the service is outstanding. There is always a fire in the very comfortable and 'Provencal' living room. The open cooking area made the delicious food even better when one can watch them cook.

Beautiful rooms, grounds and gastronomy
We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the quirky Gypsy suite in the gardens. It is a stunning hotel. The highlight was the fantastic food and service - amazing flavours and super service. Thank you

Great Mougins location
The staff, especially Arnold, was very knowledgeable relative to the villages and the Cote de Azur. The hotel grounds and flowers were beautiful and our room, the Segury Suite,was exceptional. Everything about the stay was wonderful. We did not eat at the hotel as we had our 12 year old son with us, but everyone we spoke with indicated the food was amazing. Great base from which to explore provence.

Lovely hotel - watch out for the Mosquitos
Very nice hotel with lovely staff. Definitely a lovely place to retreat to. We stayed in the surguey suite. Lovely room with an amazing bathroom, but the photos on the website and other reviews on trip advisor implied there would be a working fire place - which is why I booked it over other rooms - unfortunately this is no longer possible for safety reasons. Also the jacuzzi was broken during our stay - so we spent most of the time sitting by the pool, which was lovely but too cold to swim. I got quite badly bitten by Mosquitos which really spoiled the end of the holiday - make sure to cover up and wear lots if repellant.

Peace and serenity in Mougins
Les Rosees was a pleasure! Excellent location, just a couple of minutes out of Mougins and very close to Cannes. And what beautiful grounds! Absolutely gorgeous, very peaceful and very private. It was all surpassed by the rooms. We were in the Serguey, and can't rave enough about it. Excellent!

Wonderful place for us to conclude our 2week France trip . Perfect base to explore surrounding villages . Couldn't imagine better place . Clean, remarkably decorated , staff on there game . Foolish to stay elsewhere .

Honeymoon in South of France
We were looking for a romantic/quiet hotel for our first stop in the south of France. We loved what we saw of Les Roses online so we booked The Serguey room The actually hotel is even more beautiful than what we weee expecting. Tucked aware in a residencial area. Very understated and tranquil. The staff were fantastic and it was a great stay to our Honeymoon. We will be back!

This is an absolutely beautiful and delightful place to stay. The house is a beautifully restored farmhouse with an incredibly flowered garden in the entire front. The location is fantastic as a home base to explore the eastern Riviera and the inland towns. The Inn staff are extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. Treat yourself to breakfast and especially dinner at least once during your stay. It is well worth it. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Un accueil chaleureux a notre arrivé le soir.. On accede a la proprieté en compagnie de multitude de bougies et deja la le charme opere.. Une gentille dame vous acceuil et la maison une odeur agreablement reposante... Tout y est beau.. La decoration.. Le style.. l ambiance..c est divin.. On s y sent tout de suite bien C est une atmosphere reposante et delicate.. J adore le parfum parfum partout.. La chambre c est pareil.. isadora .. pour la veille de mon mariage le 12 nov.. Un lieu divin tout simplement Tout y est confortable et parfait J ai adoré et un personnel discret et gentil a mourir.... J y retournerai et j offrierai cette chambre a mes proches car c est un paradis ...

Exeptional charm, service and total experience
Me and my wife spent some days at Les Rosées in September 2013. We read reviews on the net and Les Rosées got very high scores and warm recommendations. So our expectations were high when we got there. Les Rosées is perfectly situated with it's beautiful garden in a quite neigburhood. Everything on site is CHARM and DESIGN with a touch. The service is personal and natural, it feels like you are among friends. Folks it's top scores on everything. Don't tell anybody about Les Rosées, because you might not get a room there next time... But I'm willing to take the risk because they're worth a lot of guests and attention. A happy guest.

Calme et nature à deux pas de Cannes
Très bonne impression générale. L'accueil s'est fait en anglais, la chambre est très bien décorée. Le jardin avec la piscine appellent au repos. Seul point d'amélioration, la Suite Sainte Marguerite que nous avions est mal insonorisée et tous les matins, nous étions réveillés par les bruits de la cuisine située juste au-dessus. Ce problème est en cours de résolution par les propriétaires (information reçue lors de notre départ). Nous recommandons cette maison d'hôte pour son cadre, son charme et sa tranquilité.

Honeymoon stay
What a lovely, relaxing and romantic place to stay. We stayed in the st marguerite room with the beautiful garden terrace, and the smell of lavender and jasmine. Perfect honeymoon stay.

Utterly sublime!
We loved Les Rosees. A charming property set in a lovely garden. Decor is just right and the staff are laid back and attentive in just the right way. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing romantic getaway.
