First must be noted, that you made a double booking for two different Hotels in Gstaad for the same night.It's unfortunate that you ended up not staying at our hotel. Our cancellation policy is transparent and clearly states that cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. In your case, not only did we not receive a cancellation request, but you did not check in, leaving a room vacant that could have been allocated to another guest.
