새로 건축한 건물이라서 청결했지만 절대 가격대비 만족스럽지 못한 아파트 비가내리면 천정에서 물이줄줄 세는데도 전화를 해도 시정하지 않고 세탁시설도 없었음

Great experience!
The apartment was clean and had all the necessary items to make it perfect for our two week stay. We couldn’t turn the AC on, but luckily we had nice weather so we just left the windows open. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

brand new apartments in nice area of Zurich
brand new apartments in nice neighborhood. spacious for our group of 2. no a/c made for a stuffy stay in august heat and the kitchen could've used some paper towels/spices/condiments. other than that our stay was perfect and i would definitely consider staying again when in zurich.

Brand new, in a quiet street in a good area just an easy stroll to the lake, supermarket or transport. Just as stated. one minute to the tramlines to the city centre and only 6 minutes to the kantonal quai and bahnstrasse (the Main Street)

周边设施比较完善，有公交车站和超市，楼下也有餐厅。前台要打电话才会有人来接待入住。客房清扫，只能提供一次。洗碗机的洗涤剂，胶囊咖啡，垃圾袋，也是按入住天数提供的。烧饭还算比较方便。

Erittäin hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikalla. Kävellen järvelle 300m, raitsikka 100m. Lähellä myös ravintoloita. Lähikauppa 100m mutta remontissa. Huoneisto uusittu vuosi sitten ja tosi puhdas ja siisti. Hlö-kunta erittäin avulias ja tarvittaessa helposti saatavissa. ainut miinuspuoli että makuuhuoneita ilmeisesti liitetään eri huoneistoihin väliovilla, joka ei pidä ääntä. Eli hyvin kuulee kun naapurissa esim kuudelta tehdään aamupalaa ja itse haluaisit vielä nukkua. Toki tulpat korvissa auttaa aina : )

Great location. Very clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately the electricity in one of the bedrooms was out. However, the reception was quite reponsive to the complaint and got it fixed in an hour.

City Stay Apartments consist of two separate properties just blocks from each other in a lovely residential neighborhood. Both are just a block away from the street car line and only two blocks from the lake. The property was clean and very spacious. There is no housekeeping unless you stay more than a week and the Lindenstrabe property does not have a person on site at the front desk. There was a phone at reception to call the staff at the other property who were always very helpful. Well worth the money!

Lovely modern apartment in convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets and 10 mins from the city by tram (100m from apartment). Quiet and safe neighbourhood and everything in apartment that we needed. Would definately stay here again

El apartamento parecía recién reformado y decorado con muy buen estilo. Era espacioso, limpisimo, luminoso y muy bien equipado hasta el último detalle. Me sentia muy agusto y volveré sin duda.

Ótima estadia, local privilegiado com supermercados, transporte e fácil acesso ao centro. Nós apenas tivemos um leve desconforto com o vizinho da porta conectada a outro apartamento, mas nada que afetasse a qualidade do local nem a cordialidade da atendente (via telefone). Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Silêncio privilegiado.

Good location in a quaint city.
Hotel was easy to find and Seefeld is a very quiet section of the city. Close to transport, supermarket, cafe and a very popular restaurant (Toto), easy walking distance to the old town. Not much to fault. Except - remember your Swiss adaptor AND beware of taxis.

Apartment not located in city area , taking tram to city centre is about 15-20mins. Has stain on one of the bedsheet and bedsheet are quite rough. Basic amenities provided. Not value for money.

This is a great place to stay if you don’t require the services of a hotel and you like a slightly quieter neighborhood. Very new. Very modern. It’s quite large and accommodating.

Nice Apartment!
Nice apartment but 2BR Apt is too small for 6 guests. Extra crib can't fit in master and another bedrooms and 2 extra guests had to stay in living rooms on 2 extra crib beds. It's not located near main train station but it's in short walking distance to tram station, Höschgasse. Europcar is on opposite side of the apartment. Very convenient for anyone who wants to rent a car.

Clean, spacy apartment
The facility was clean and spacy. Quiet location with good tram connection to the centre. The central air conditioning did not really cool down the apartment on hot days, but there was a fan that was of some help to cool it down for the night. The only way of making coffee is Nespresso, which worked fine, but the three capsules provided by the house were not enough for the whole stay, so had to buy some more from the grocery store.

Wonderful place and lively location. Grocery strore and coffee shop right down the corner. 5 minutes tran ride to the Bellevue.

Good place to stay if the location suits.
Clean, good showers, comfortable beds, very quiet except for when someone is moving a chair or table in a room above you. Close to tram stop too.

Good location
The location of the apartment was good. Close to two supermarkets and tram station. However the pillows were too soft. Also we had to buy rubbish bag to dispose the rubbish ourselves. The bag was not provided.

Great apartment in wonderful neighborhood
This apartment is in a wonderful neighborhood with great restaurants close by and a short walk from the Lake. Not touristy at all. The apartment itself was immaculate, well stocked, and comfortable. Sheets were a bit scratchy, but otherwise it was just lovely.

Mycket bra, men med små minus!
Superfräsch lägenhet! Helt nyrenoverad och i mycket bra skick. Sängarna var lite hårda, men ändå helt okej. Det negativa var att det inte fanns någon air-con, utan bara en fläkt.. Åker man hit under sommaren finns det risk för att det blir riktigt varmt i lägenheten vilket det var för oss... Något annat som var negativt var att det inte städades meee än en gång i veckan och det fanns inte några städartiklar att själv städa av med... Lite synd då det blir lite krisigt tyckte vi! Men helhetsbetyg mycket bra! Lägren är super verkligen! Nära till det mesta, men ändå i en lugn del av stan.

To start with this is unmanned service Apts. U wont find anyone sitting at its reception. When u arrive u need to call them n then someone will arrive. While checkout just leave ur key n go. This was first time I experienced this which wasn't pleasant. Secondly to ask for any stuffs like towels or shampoo I have to go down to reception and call them and someone will come may be after 1-2 hrs. What type of service is this. The lady whom u talk on phone can get rude too. Be cautious. The rooms were awesome n huge. Well maintained. Their rooms were only saving grace. However it's wrongly mentioned that they have air conditioning which they don't. Nearby area is awesome. Tram is next door. Well connected. Walk to Lake is 4-5 mins. Only if they can make their one employee sit at their reception it would be awesome. Their service kills every joy created by Thursday rooms. So just for rooms do go. For overall I won't go again.
