We can only repeat wat we already said on July 18th 2023. Due to your feedback, it appears that you did not receive the comprehensive and professional information from our team. Otherwise, you would have been informed about how to operate the windows and where to park. I deeply regret this oversight and will promptly conduct additional training and sensitization with the team to ensure that we continue to uphold our service standards effectively. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are committed to improving our communication and services. Please be informed, that in Switzerland air conditioning is not a standard feature in Hotel, and there is no mention of it on the Expedia platform for our property. If you expect a hotel with A/C, we highly recommend to use filters during your hotel search.Regarding parking, we offer a total of 14 parking spaces to our guests upon request and reservation at the price of 20.- as communicated on the platform.However, if no reservation is made and all spaces are occupied, we can only provide alternative parking options. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and understanding. Should you have any further concerns or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. For the shower issue already a craftsman was here and fixed the problem.In case we just offer local and selfmade products our breakfast is not very big.
