My stay was wonderful. However, I was very disappointing that the spa and hot tub was closed. I was not made aware of this before booking because I had planned on getting a couples massage. The room had a great deep jet tub that was very relaxing.

Crowne has pluses and minuses. Minuses outweighed pluses. Wouldn't go back. Pluses - very clean room and bathroom, very comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom, parking included, nice breakfast. Minuses - after checkin, shown to the room by host, up the equivalent of two steep flights of 1800s era uncovered outdoor stairs (in the rain), host does not help with he luggage, just shows you where the room is. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and resorts and although we have often had our luggage taken to the room, we never needed that to be done for us. There is no elevator. This is the first time we have ever really wanted help with our luggage but they don't do that. They call themselves a luxury hotel, but this makes it not a luxury hotel. They call themselves casual luxury, but their approach to their patrons is the casual part. At breakfast, you order your food at the kitchen and pick it up yourself, along with self serve Continental items and beverages. Not luxury. They have a tip jar, fair enough. I went to the front desk to change a $20 to tip, they don't do that. Very casual, for them. The main floor is a flight up from street level. They have over 30 rooms but on site parking for 5 cars, plus two for checking in. I.e., you have to park off-site, which is included, but doing so means then walking back to the hotel and up the equivalent of 3 flights of steep stairs so you need to think carefully about accessing your car. The attic room was small.

Before you book, call to see what is open — no hot tub, no pool, no spa, no restaurant on a weeknight…the room was lovely, but all the amenities were closed for the season…in April! No indication of this on the website or in my confirmation email….Which mean they are available less than half the time! I also hit a random day when the breakfast chef didn’t show. No refund or anything besides an “I’m sorry” with a light touch of “what did you expect”… well, I don’t live in cape cod, so how should I know? The town was also mostly closed, which isn’t their fault but didn’t help.

The Spa was closed. I wish they would’ve disclosed that on the website. The walls were thin. The fireplace pilot light kept going out and buzzing alarm had to be repaired. Breakfast and wine and cheese were very nice.

When I arrived they took me to my room to ensure it was as expected! I ordered room service, and it was amazing! I highly recommend that you stay here.

Great getaway love crowne pointe. Disappointed it was not disclose spa / hot tub not available. Spa closed for renovations outdooor hot tub not open. Staff super friendly would recommend but call to make certain amenities are operational.

Enjoyed a quick getaway in Ptown at the Crown pointe. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Enjoyed easy walking to dinner and exploring town. Enjoyed meeting other guests at wine and cheese hour. And had a delicious dinner at the Pointe.

We loved the atmosphere and decor; the exterior design and landscaping was charming, and the interior had interesting local art. Although the inn had a bit of old-time beach feel, it was not kitschy. We also appreciated the club room with its early evening refreshments (social hour); we chatted with several other guests. I believe this "happy hour" would have either not existed or would have been totally different if had there been guests with children. Breakfast was lovely - made to order. We walked to shops and restaurants in minutes. I loved that our room had a functioning fireplace and a deep tub with jets. Unfortunately, we did not have time to indulge in any of the spa offerings, but we did check it out, and it seemed very nice. We are considering returning to the area for whale watching and will stay at Crowne Pointe again.

From the moment we arrived, we greeted with smiles and outstanding customer service. The property has a lovely wine and cheese hour each afternoon poolside though there is a lovely room downstairs with fireplace and chess boards. The complimentary homemade breakfast to order each morning is a nice touch and you are asking distance to everything on Commerical Street in just minutes. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with Beekman toiletries for the bath. We loved our stay and will be back in the new year.

3rd time staying there, and God willing, it won't be our last time. The inn is in a great location, the rooms are wonderful, the breakfasts are delicious, and the wine and cheese every afternoon is a great touch. All in all, yhos is without a doubt the best place to stay in Provincetown.

My husband and I found the staff, especially Brecken, to be friendly and accommodating. The food was DELICIOUS— try the lobster pappardelle! The free morning breakfast is also outstanding and they offer a free and fun wine and cheese happy hour. The rooms are slightly dated, but they are clean and spacious. Definitely a good place to stay in P-Town. An easy walk to Commerce Street.

Great property, well kept up grounds. We loved the gas fireplace in our room. It was a spacious room with comfortable king size bed and good size bathroom and shower. The hot omelets and other breakfast items were excellent. We would definitely recommend!

Convenient location. Room small and showing signs of wear and tear. Breakfast below average: tables not properly cleaned, plastic cups and paper plates, low quality continental breakfast buffet, no service from grumpy staff as you have to order and pick up your hot breakfast from the kitchen yourself (you get a pager). Absolutely no value for money.

I liked the layout of the property and the fact that it is Adults only. I also loved the breakfast made to order every morning, the jacuzzi, hot tub and how friendly the entire staff (and guests) were. I will DEFINITELY come back and stay here. Thank you 🏳️‍🌈

The hotel staff were all so kind and helpful. We loved our King room with all the amenities like the Keurig and refrigerator in the room. The bathroom shower was wonderful. An added nice touch of hospitality was the nightly 5:00 social hour around the pool with wine, crackers, cheese and veggies. We would definitely return to this Inn! Thank you, Melanie & Jake
