Just back from the perfect weekend in Ptown. Can't say enough good things about Dyer's Beach House. Great location, views, staff, cleanliness and loads of charm. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here in the future. I'm already planning a return trip!

Perfect location. Beautiful views. Comfy room. Amazing water pressure! The deck was very nice and relaxing. The only minor negative was the deck isn’t private.

Simply the best!
Loved this place! You simply cannot beat the location - right on the beach and right in the middle of the action of Commercial Street. All the good restaurants are within easy walking distance as well as many fun stores to peruse. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the middle of the action. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Such a perfect location for our first visit to P-town. Beach house is right in the middle of Commercial street, shops & restaurants are literally a few seconds walk from the rooms. The location is very quiet, tucked away from the street enough to offer a nice private feel. We couldn't be happier with the room. The view was incredible & the private beach was amazing. I would love to visit P-town & stay at Dyer's again.

Amazing stay
What a nice, "hidden" gem - I stayed here for Labor Day and absolutely enjoyed my stay. Great location, awesome room with a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean. Super nice and helpfull team - so couldn't be happier with my stay and looking forward to return to Dyer's beach house

Nice room, poor beds.
The room was nice and the view was fantastic but I can’t give 5 stars when the bed so obviously needed replacement. At the prices this place charges the least one would expect is a decent bed.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Dyer’s! When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome by the owner, Liz. The room was very clean, cozy, and the view on the deck was spectacular. We also met some regulars who welcomed us and made us feel like we were immediately part of the community. We will definitely be returning!

This stay was by far better than I expected and shame on me for having thought that it would not be a great experience. The property is lovely. The room was so clean and it smelled great. The deck was unexpectedly divine. Everything was just exactly what I needed. The owner Lizzie was such a sweetheart as was her daughter and staff person Sheila. I met some. Refulars and I fell in love with tjem and wanted to be part of the pack. I oray to find another opening in their schedule to go back soon.

Some of the best ocean views in P’Town, right in the middle of everything yet extremely peaceful too. Our favorite place to stay in the area. Upgrades for this year included a larger deck for rooms 4 & 5 (upper deck), the addition of a fridge and a Keurig coffeemaker. Immaculately clean.

Perfect setting. Owners and staff very attentive and personable. Rooms/beds comfortable with comfortable seating inside and out. Property is quiet and relaxing.if lucky to get water front room, decks are private with astounding views. Even other rooms have nice views as well. Beach chairs and towel loan especially appreciated. This is our fourth stay at Dyers and we plan to return as often as we can.

Underbart personligt motell precis mitt på Commercial Street där i princip allt i P-town händer. Dock inga störande ljud (om man inte räknar lite kluckande från havet precis utanför fönstret). Härlig egen strand och underbar personal som verkligen tar hand om sina gäster. Rummet var långt ifrån det största, men hade allt man behöver inkl AC, kylskåp, fräscht badrum, sköna sängar och t o m en ismaskin precis utanför dörren. Kommer absolut bo här igen nästa gång jag är i P-town!

The location of the property is really great. The room is right on the water and has parking available which was appreciated. The room was clean and modern. My only issue was that there is an extra $75

Dyer's Beach House was a great place to stay to visit Ptown. The location can't be beat with the harbor views and convenient access to downtown. The staff was friendly from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing location and owners were fantastic!
This place was wonderful!! Perfect location as it’s easily walkable from the ferry with our luggage and close to all the shops and restaurants but also right on the water and set back so it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were so nice and responsive to all questions very quickly. The room was very clean and included coffee, bottles of water, and wine glasses. The lobby was right across the way and had stocked extra coffee and water and even had a supply of sunscreen. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Couldn't have been better, great location and even though located on Provincetown's main street, my room was on the beach and totally removed from the noise. Room was large, comfortable with a balcony overlooking the downtown pier, beachfront, lots of sailboats, and just the right sound of water at night.

Beds very comfortable and unit clean; wonderful view (unit 5). We have stayed in several similar units in the same town over the years and this is our favourite for lots of reasons. Would be happy to stay there again

Great location, convenient to everything. Nice and quiet. The view from the room was fantastic. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch. Management is accessible but keeps a very low profile.

The best in Provincetown
I almost hesitate to tell people just how great this place is because I want it to be available every October! I used to think hotels in Provincetown were going to range from sketchy to mildly uncomfortable until I found Dyer's. Liz and Jan have done an outstanding job with this place and I have never been so relaxed away from home.

Perfect choice
Dyer's is the perfect choice for a quiet, clean, comfortable hotel. I would highly recomend it to anyone! On the quieter end of Commercial (in our experience) but close to everything. We walked everywhere and it was great. Loved it!
