Gorgeous & large rooms, phenomenal breakfast, and an easy walk to a couple of great cafes and restaurants. I loved to location on historic 6A. The property was pristine and relaxing. The hosts were by far the most gracious B&B hosts I’ve ever met. Will definitely stay again. Also, I should mention that I grew up just a few miles from Liberty Hill-this made coming home a real treat!!

I came here during a physical and emotional crisis and the owners restored me back to life doing just basically what they do every day: home-made cookies (with my name on it), muffins and breakfast, conversations, etc. I've been germophobic for 10 years but this was the first time I didn't feel compelled to wipe every surface of my hotel room, because I felt SAFE. It's an emotional safety because this place is beyond any hotel management one can learn, it's run by love. The elegant and simple floral aesthetics felt like home, or a room of one's own, away from that chaos called real life.

Liberty Hill exceeded my expectations. John the property owner welcomed my husband and I with the most gracious hospitality. You will feel at home at Liberty Hill Inn. Our room was immaculate home baked goodies served daily. The homemade breakfast served at your table was delicious and plentiful. John and his amazing and friendly staff have the wonderful gift of hospitality. We look forward to returning.

Liberty Hill Inn is everything we wanted in a B&B! We were greeted warmly and handed glasses of wine. The room was immaculate and housekeeping kept it that way for our entire stay. Breakfasts were a total delight. Homemade cookies in our room greeted us each afternoon and kept us going til dinner. Centrally located to all Cape Cod hot spots.

I spent a week at the Liberty Hill Inn and I never wanted to leave. John was the perfect host from the delicious breakfast to the fresh cookies in the room it was a wonderful stay. I'm already planning my trip back next year.

John and his staff were wonderful and very helpful! Conscientious and courteous, they reviewed all the check-in options with us and ensured we were happy with our room. He helped us with dinner reservations, and the breakfast and snacks were amazing! The property and grounds were beautiful and well-kept. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The owners, John and Chris, are wonderful hosts! They do so much to make their guests comfortable! The glass of wine 🍷 on arrival was perfect after a long drive. The amazing breakfasts (the best whole-wheat pancakes ever or a scrumptious frittata along with the daily memorable muffins and cappuccino! ) cooked by Chris, were so delicious and so hearty that we never needed lunch. Freshly baked cookies in the evening and perhaps a glass of port - 😍. And it wasn’t just the food and drinks - it was the great mattress, the thick towels, the lovely porch and the beautiful garden to sit and read in. 🍃🌸. Oh, and did I mention the great location- such an easy ride to some of the nicest beaches on the cape and Chris and John provide beach towels and an umbrella!⛱ I never wanted to leave!

Great Experience at Liberty Hill Inn
Everything was awesome - from the cozy room to the cleanliness of everything, the thoughtful touches such as the fruit bowl in the room, fresh cookies baked daily, and what a delicious cooked from scratch breakfast prepared by hosts John and Chris. They couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect, and provided great suggestions for places to visit, restaurants to eat at etc. Most of all they made us feel like family...it was hard to leave!!!

I would highly recommend this place. It was not only quaint and charming, but it was very clean and fresh, the hosts were friendly, and the breakfasts were fabulous along with the fresh cookies every day. They were also very helpful with tourist and sightseeing recommendations. And, they even had a grand piano in the livingroom for those of us who like to play.

John and Chris were amazing hosts! Very friendly and caring... made sure you had plans for dinner and activities to do. The inn was super clean and all towels and toiletries provided. Wine or beer provided as we arrived along with a tour of the inn. Breakfast every morning felt like a 5 star restaurant, and cookies were provided in the afternoon. Would definitely come back and this place is a MUST if going to Cape Cod.

Comfortable B&B in Yarmouth port
John and Kris were exceptional hosts. They took all the safety precautions required in today’s unique times and we felt comfortable staying in their B&B. The place is very well kept. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were different and elaborate everyday. Overall a great experience.

This was one of the best vacations we had and we are traveling quite a lot. John and Kris are the perfect hosts. Their genuine hospitality is associated with a delicious breakfast (sweet, savory with a unique presentation) and indications to visit special places in the area. Highly recommend it!

Best bed & breakfast I've stayed in—in the whole world! Wonderfully kept historic property with charming old-world rooms but with all the modern amenities you might need. John & Kris are the most amazing hosts who will keep you well fed with incredible homemade food and tell you everything you need to know about Cape Cod. I don't think it's possible to have a less than 5-star stay here. Will definitely be going back soon.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast located in the center of Cape Cod. There is lots to see and do within a short driving distance. John and Kris were amazing hosts and the home is beautiful. They both take the COVID precautions seriously to keep everyone safe. The breakfasts were delicious and yes the scones are really amazing as others have mentioned! We had a wonderful stay at Liberty Hill Inn. Both Kris and John (the owners) were friendly and accommodating. The home is clean and well kept. They both take the COVID restrictions seriously and made sure everyone stayed safe. The meals in the morning were delicious and yes the scones were amazing! You will certainly enjoy your stay at the Liberty Hill Inn.

Highly recommending Liberty Hill Inn!
This was the first B&B I ever stayed at and I plan to recommend this place to all my friends! The hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious and generous. The hosts even provided home made cookies and wine in the afternoons. Extremely clean place and spacious. I felt totally safe staying here during this time of Covid 19. I highly recommend staying here over any hotel.

Extraordinary Inn in Yarmouth Port MA
I booked the Liberty Hill Inn for my wife's stay at the Cape. She is a tough judge but here are her words: Simply wonderful! A beautiful inn. John and Kris were warm and welcoming hosts, so kind and genuinely friendly. They have thought of every creature comfort to delight their guests from cookies to a welcoming glass of wine. And I must say the breakfasts were delicious beyond words - spinach strata, oatmeal pancakes not to mention the best scones I have ever had! This inn is outstanding from it's historical beauty to its wonderful inn keepers and food, and I can't wait to return. Next time I will bring my husband!

John and Kris are amazing hosts! I decided to take a spontaneous trip. Not only was it a solo trip, it was my first time venturing to the Cape Cod area, so I was completely out of my comfort zone. But John and Kris made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The Inn, its rooms, and garden are beautiful and spotless. They went above and beyond. When I mentioned I was going to the beach, John offered some towels and mentioned he'd put them by my car. When I made my way to the car, I found a lovely tote with water bottles, beach towels, and a beach chair, waiting for me next to my car. There was an abundance of complimentary snacks and drinks at the Inn and Kris made an amazing breakfast. Even though the other guests were couples and I was by myself, everyone was very friendly and engaged me in conversation as well. Also, John's carefully curated suggestions of where to visit and eat really helped me map out a fantastic itinerary in the area. Will definitely book again.

There’s not enough room to regale all the joys of my stay here! From check-in to our reluctant departure the experience was among the very best of any accommodation I have known. Lovely, charming
this was a lovely B and B in a quiet town. A nice walking area - to the shore or to a swimming pond. Breakfast was superb, the rooms are thoughtfully laid out and comfortable. Relaxing, gracious, perfect for a few nights on the cape. Short drive to anywhere else on the cape!
