This property was filthy beds were horrible and office was closed when we arrived. Thankfully we got our full refund. Traveler beware this is not what you are expecting,

Off season so very quiet. Fridge door didn't shut due to freezer needing to be defrosted. We defrosted it but door doesn't latch properly. Good thing we had our own cooler.

Great location, however, the Queen pullout bed was so uncomfortable! The pool was pretty gross, needed cleaning. Also at 10a while my husband was on a conference call, they insisted the maid could only come at that time so instead of late check out as promised, it turned into a rushed, forced early check out

Clean, well appointed, quiet at night, easy check-in and check-out. Our only challenge were the bed mattresses, a Murphy bed and a sleep sofa, both were a bit rough on our old backs. If we didn't have back issues, it would have been perfect.

Great location! Loved the pool and Hot tub! The view was great too! The staff is very pleasant! Anna that works in the office is such a sweetheart! Will be going back soon!

Worth it
Great hotel and nice location. Staff was friendly. My only two minor items is it could use an update and shower water could be hotter but it’s a very nice hotel

Terrible! The bed sheets had a terrible smell to it. The mattress is terrible, very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The restroom had no tissues; we were given only one tissue per every request we made. You will not get a good value for your money.

We got married at Falmouth Yacht Club, & had many relatives stay at Mariner’s Point Resort. The area & view from the hotel is breathtaking! The pool & hot tub were wonderful, as were the rooms. A bit smaller than we expected, but absolutely fantastic! We’ll be back :)

Within walking distance to Main Street, beaches, bike trail, grocery store, ball field saved money with no rental car. Excellent walking scenery next to the water. Very comfortable room.

Really liked staying here. The view is beautiful. The price was budget-friendly. It was clean, but the fridge and stove were very out of date. They do have an updated kitchen next to the office that guests can use, and I thought that was convenient for guests who don’t want to heat up their room by cooking. Plenty of towels for the kids and me. They do not supply WiFi - you have to pay for it separately. Never experienced that and it seems odd - is there anyone who doesn’t use WiFi? It should just be included in the price. But overall very pleased.

Gorgeous views of Vineyard Sound. Spacious deck overlooking ocean. Wonderful pool and hot tub. It felt like we had the whole outdoor deck experience to ourselves, but that's because no one was staying in the adjacent unit, so that could have made a difference. I think it might be prudent to update the electrical outlets by installing usb ports in some of them.

Location is perfect! The outside of the property is deceiving, it is much nicer once inside the room. The pool area is very nice. The Murphy bed is very uncomfortable but it was a one night stay so it was fine.
