This B&B is beyond is beyond excellent if there is such a category. In addition to all it offers that I highly rated, it is beautifully furnished and provides all sorts of snacks (including a daily packet of home-baked cookies for each guest) and the most delicious, gourmet breakfast I have encountered in numerous B&B stays around the country and beyond.

Just a wonderful stay. Kathleen and Chuck are gracious hosts. The Inn is absolutely charming and well kept. The breakfast and afternoon snacks are delicious. We had a wonderful time and will be back again in the future.

Kathleen and Chuck have left no stone unturned in making the Inn the best experience possible. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated, the breakfast was amazing and it was an overall perfect place to experience lore Cape Cod!

I AM NOT COOKING EGGS TODAY
Owner very unflexible. Breakfast restricted to ONLY one dish decided / cooked by her. First day, at breakfast, we asked for a little bit of bread and her response was "we don't have bread, we do not typically serve bread but exceptionally I will bring you one English Muffin" (and it was ONE) Second day her husband was serving breakfast which was a pancake with tones of syrup and cooked apples on top. I told him that whether I could not eat such a sweet breakfast and if it was possible to have just two eggs... he went to the kitchen and we heard her saying "I AM NOT COOKING EGGS TODAY" Anytime we had to meet her we were willing not to, she does not like her job

Dear Anonymous,We were saddened to read that you were unhappy with your breakfast at the Inn. We LOVE our job as is clear from the numerous positive reviews our guests have left. We checked you in early, showed you our breakfast menu for the next day as well as how to request an alternative breakfast the day prior. Perhaps it was the language barrier that lead to some confusion. Like many BnBs, and unlike hotels with larger kitchens and restaurants, we do offer a single homemade gourmet entrée daily and alternate between a sweet and savory breakfast menu to accommodate a wide variety of culinary preferences. We work hard to accommodate the dietary preferences and food allergies of our many guests and speak with each person prior to arrival so that all is setup in advance. We wish you well in the future.

Everything about our room and the food was outstanding. The Inn, while very old was well maintained and beautiful. Our hosts were the best. There was nothing we didn’t like. We will visit there again.

Very enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back but stay in a bigger room. Katherine and Chuck were gracious hosts and the breakfasts were fantastic. Suzanne, their server was also excellent. Highly recommend this B&B and their staff.

It was beautiful and clean and cozy . The breakfast that they made for us was the best . It was a fantastic bed and breakfast. They ever left a big bottle of fresh water in your room . Theyleave you a fresh treat daily . They had snacks like chips pretzels and nuts to pick on . Also they had a tea pot and a kerig Machine for coffee to use . The bed sheets were soft and comfy. The bathroom towel were high quality. I can’t believe how wonderful it was ! We plan to go back soon .

My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend a full week at this beautiful Inn. Our hosts, Kathleen and Chuck (as well as the rest of the staff) went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect getaway! The freshly made breakfasts every morning were excellent (they served mostly local products), the location was perfect and the grounds were beautiful (loved all the flowers). The rooms were also recently renovated :) if you're searching for a couple's retreat in Cape Cod, look no further!

Incredible Food and Hospitality
Absolutely wonderful stay with Kathleen and Chuck. The best part is the complementary breakfast each morning, which are made with love and are absolutely delicious. The inn was warm and friendly and the hospitality unmatched. We absolutely plan on returning in the future.

The Inn Keepers were wonderful and made us feel welcome. The location is great of seeing the Cape as you can easily get to ferries, shopping, beaches and Route 6. We had a great stay and really enjoyed our breakfast. We will stay again when visiting the Cape.

Must stay Cape Cod B&B
The Inn at Yarmouth Port is amazing! Everything was wonderful about the stay — from the Innkeeper’s friendly and informative communication upfront to the delicious banana bread upon arrival to the great recommendations of places to go and restaurants to check out to the delicious breakfast and comfortable, updated rooms that still maintain the great character of a house built in 1843. There’s also WiFi if you need to stay connected or get work done while you’re there. Kathleen and Chuck make your stay impeccable. The breakfast and baked goods are something that as someone who loves cooking, I could truly enjoy and appreciate the time and care that goes into it all. There’s an amazing patio as well and while my trip was in the winter I know if would be a great place to hang out anytime in the summer. I highly recommend staying at The Inn at Yarmouth Port if you’re visiting the Cape Cod area. It’s very central to many of the adorable towns and easy to get around. There are also some great shops and restaurants you can walk to nearby.

Kathleen does a wonderful job with the Inn. It’s so clean and crisp all over; from the rooms to the outdoor patio. Her morning breakfast meals are delicious and a pleasant surprise each day. She was very attentive as was Suzanne, our morning waitress, and lent us beach towels and chairs quickly upon request. Nice area too, only a short drive from Main Street which had a number of nice restaurants, and many beaches and a few vineyards.

Beautiful stay and delicious breakfast
We enjoyed our stay at The Inn at Yarmouth Port. Chuck and Kathy were warm and gracious hosts who have done a great job remodeling and yet honoring the history of the home. We arrived and were given an introduction to the common area with cookies, snacks, water and tea etc. The patio was a nice place to relax in the evening. We stayed in the Island Creek room. I loved the comfy bed and chairs. The shower was pretty small. The room is upstairs with the stairs being a bit narrow. But the hosts offered to help with luggage. Breakfasts were amazing with plenty of food. They also have beach chairs available. We enjoyed the area.

Luxe Inn owned by exceptional hosts!
Gracious hosts, like old friends. The Inn has been newly renovated and just opened this past summer, the care and love that went into the remodeling of this historic b&b is visible and felt. Kathleen the Inn Keeper was sweet enough to accommodate my gluten free diet from the moment we arrived with treats and revised breakfast options. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We booked this trip on a whim and couldn't be happier. Thank you Kathleen and Chuck!

Lovely stay with fantastic hosts
We highly recommend this lovely Inn as a holiday destination. Centrally located on the Cape with fantastic hosts. The bed linen was so soft with pillows that aid sleep. The breakfasts were so tasty and like a work of art, beautifully presented. We came away feeling relaxed and wanting to return soon. 😁

Convenient to the whole Cape.

Wonderful stay at the Blushing Oyster
This is a lovely and charming B & B in Yarmouth Port, Mass on Cape Cod. Holly, the owner is a wonderful hostess who is very friendly and welcoming and makes the best breakfasts in the morning! The rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated and are perfect for a romantic getaway to the Cape. Perfect for a couples getaway and we would highly recommend! This is a perfect place to stay if you want your vacation to be as much about your accommodations as your sightseeing !

Very convenient location for the popular beaches.

we spent 2 nights at the Blushing Oyster. The room was comfortable, very clean, cosy and pretty. Holly was very helpful and nice host. breakfast were carefully prepared and delicious.

Charming place to relax
Holly is a wonderful host! The B&B is charming, comfortable and spotless. We had a one night stay but were treated as if we were there for an extended period of time.

A Wonderful B & B
We stayed at the Blushing Oyster for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highlights were the hospitality of Innkeeper Holly, the delicious breakfasts she prepared and the cleanliness of the entire house. It's located in a very nice part of the Cape, close to lots of neat things to do. In summary, an excellent spot to refresh and ishighly reccomended.

Cape Cod Adventure
We loved our stay in Port Yarmouth at the Blushing Oyster B&B Holly was lovely and very helpful with suggestions and recommendations of places to see and what we could do during our visit. The Breakfasts during our stay were very healthy and beautifully presented each and every day. I would definately recommend -- but I think I would stay in a larger room next time. We were in the blue point room

One flaw
While 3pm is checkin time there was no info to tell us that this meant we could not enter to leave our bags. So, we had to take our bags and taxi to a restaurant near the water and then return to enter and checkin. A waste of two hours.
