Hidden amongst the trees
A case of complete miss representation. From photos and description obtained on line, we expected a self contained bed_ sitting room with kitchenette . Instead we got one bedroom up some rickety stairs with a shelf unit and narrow hanging cupboard . Utensils for kitchen were totally inadequate . Saving grace, a great bed , fridge and micro wave.

Misleading
Hotel.com web site totally mislead us when booking. When we arrived to what we thought was the cottage, the owner told us we had booked the guest suite to our surprise and shock. No mention of a guest suite exists on the website and no photographs are shown. The owner tells me that this has happened before and she has complained herself. This is unacceptable so others beware.

Hidden gem.
Don't really want to tell anyone about it, as I would like to keep this gem a secret. A peaceful private old cottage. well equipped for self catering. comfy bed. Onll noise is the odd farm tractor passing by and the wind in the willow trees. Pleasant stay, will book again. (not for fussy people who are looking for luxury and a TV)
