멋진 호텔
워터프론트에서 제일 좋은 위치에 있는 것 같아요. 호텔방에서 보이는 테이블마운틴은 정말 멋집니다. 관리가 잘되어 있고 호텔 1층 식당도 추천합니다.

숙박에 만족했는데 퇴실 후 카드 부정 사용이 발생했네요.
숙박은 만족하였으나 카드 부정 사용으로 인한 문제가 발생했네요. 투숙할때 보증금 예약시 PIN 코드를 사용하게 해서 사용했는데 제가 귀국할때 ATM에서 현금 인출이 되었더군요. 현지에서 PIN코드 사용한 카드 사용은 여기 밖에 없었는데.. 그리고 퇴실 정산시에는 사인으로 되더군요. 이때 의문을 가졌어야 했는데... 카드사에서 부정사용 의심에 대한 메세지를 귀국/환승시 받아서 연락해서 카드 중지를 했습니다만 그이후에도 사용 시도가 있었다고 하네요. 이후 사용자분들 참고 하십시오. Overally I've satisfied with staying in this hotel (3 nights) but I've met the fraudulent of my credit card when I come back to home. Actually I've only used the card (with PIN) in this hotel while staying in Cape Town but the fraudulent use (in ATM, with PIN) happened while I was flying back to home. It's frustrated situation and I'm very disappointed how this happen.

Early check in was accommodated. Room was huge & comfortable. Our room was noisy due to music & building work right outside but timings of the noise were fine. Not unsocial timing. Amazing staff in the restaurant & bar. Great location on the waterfront. Wonderful views & service great on terrace.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and we enjoyed staying here once again. It is in a very convenient spot for the V&A Waterfront with everything on your doorstep. We had to leave some baggage there and the concierge remembered me when I returned a week later and was very helpful on arrival. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the refurbished room clean and well equipped. Would recommend if you want a convenient location for sightseeing around Capetown.

Top Lage an der Waterfront. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und die Mall ist ganz in der Nähe. Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl und sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hoteleinrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist ein kleines Detail.

I had a view of Table Mountain from my room, I think it’s either that or the harbour. The breakfast was good with views of the harbour, although eating outside could be an issue with the seagulls. The staff were excellent and knew the area well.

No air conditioning in my room, they came 7 times to fix it but were unable to resolve the problem. No apology. Some front desk staff were very nice while others were hostile.

I am a repeat visitor due to the style of the hotel, it’s location and the staff friendliness. Same staff at the hotel for many years which says so much about how they are treated. Best breakfast location next to the harbour too with a Mountain View 😀

Capetown Waterfront is a must see and staying at the Victoria and Albert Hotel lets you be part of the action in the waterfront area. Hotel restaurant is great. Staff are professional and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Having to wait in the corridor for your room to be cleaned after you have checked in . You pay a lot for this hotel . 2pm check in ! your room should be ready .

A lovely hotel. Perfectly positioned. The service received at reception was excellent but the breakfast service was very hit and miss (the food was fabulous though)
