Dear Eric, We are really sad to see your wrong information to here. At the beginnig we invite you to tell true things to the other people. you wrote us bad comments because we didnt refund your room fee. Its clearly writting expedia rules you cant send some one to use your reservation. When you send some one to use your reservation even you didnt inform us. It was late night and we offer her to stay our Hotel. She were happy to hear that. After we contact with you about sitiatuation you apoligize many times and you said us you made wrong reservtion for wrong time and ask us to refund your money but your reservation time already finish and it was non-refundable reservation. please respect yourself and write here to true things dont lie just for little money. Merhaba Burak bey, Otelimize göstermiş olduğunuz ilgiden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Otelimizde konaklamaktan memnun kalmadığınızı üzülerek okumuş bulunmaktayız. Konaklamış olduğunuz oda otelimizin en ekonomik odası olup odanın adı paylaşımlı banyo şeklindedir. Odanın bütün özellikleri rezervasyon sayfasında ve açıklama kısmında yazmaktadır. 130TL 2 kişi oda ve sabah kahvaltısı şeklinde konklamanızın sebebide budur. Size sunduğumuz makul ücretle odanızı değiştirmiş olsaydınız diğer bütün odalarımızda hem özel banyo hemde televizyon vardı kabul etmediniz. Otelimizde sizi tekrar misafir etmek ve diğer Kapadokya manzaralı odalarımızda ağırlamaktan memnuniyet duyarız. Saygılar.

Dear Dusan, I m writing here your reservation number and asking to Hotels.com to share your reservation in here than we can see clearly what kind of room reservation you made. You exactly know your reservation was for twin room not double room. This is your reservation number #1186666296 First All our rooms are non-smoking. If people check our room pictures they can see non-smoking sign everywhere. We exactly gave you which room you booked. 10 minutes after you get your room. You came down reception and ask to change your room to double bed room and we said to you all our rooms are fully booked than your girlfriend ask us to refund your money. First it was after midnight we can’t give your money back also you checked in the room and use the bathroom than asking refund. When you understand to you will not get your money back you did threat us to write us bad review and you said us to you know Hotels.com Turkey manager you will tell him to remove our page from Hotels.com all these things are happened around 2:00 am but we still were same point we just said to you. We are sorry we don’t have any double bed room and we can’t refund your money. We are running this place more than 13 years and we know what means of double bed (French bed) room and twin bed room. Before you make your reservation please check what kind of room you made your reservation and don’t blame people for your wrong reservation. We have over thousand reviews for all online channels people can read and decide who is right.

Bizim tarafımızdan kabul edilmeyince rezervasyonu iptal edeceğinizi söylediniz biz iptal edebilirsiniz dediğimizde baktınız olmuyor ekstra ücret vererek diğer odaya geçtiniz bunun sizi çok kızdırdığını biliyoruz ama emin olun yapacağımız en iyi fiyatı yaptık size. 2.si sabah çıkış esnasında sevgi hanım yanlışlıkla diye düşünüyoruz odaya ait olan malzemeleri yanında götürmüş kendisinden bunların ücreti istendiğinde arabadan çantasından geri getirdi ve bu Sevgi hanımı dahada çok sinirlendirdi gerçekten yapabileceğimiz hiçbir şey yok o malzemeleri bizde ücret karşılığında alıyoruz ve üzerinde hediyemizdir yada alabilirsiniz diye hiçbir şey yazmıyor. İnanın kendisine hiçbir zorluk çıkartmadık sadece Sevgi hanım kuralları bildiği halde kötü yorum yazma tehditleri ile daha fazla bir şeyler elde etmeye çalışması bizim tarafımızdan kabul görmeyince bu yorumu almaya hak kazandık.
