추천하는 호텔이에요~*^ㅇ^*
룸컨디션 및 호텔의 전반적인 시설들이 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있는 것처럼 보였습니다. (조식이 다양하진 않았지만 음식도 매일 아침 깔끔하게 준비되어 있었습니다.) 무엇보다도 직원들이 매우 친절하고 주인의식을 가지고 일한다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 출발 전, 한국여행사를 통해 투어를 예약하고 갔었는데 바로 전날 취소가 되었다는 연락을 받아 호텔측에 문의하였는데 성심성의껏 알아봐주고 당일 새벽 모닝콜은 물론, 투어 차량 픽업까지 챙겨주는 모습에 감동을 받았습니다. 딱딱하고 기계적인 서비스가 아니라, 본인의 일을 사랑하고 진심으로 열심히 하는 모습이었습니다. 특히 괴레메에서는 지대가 높은 곳에 있는 호텔에서 좋은 뷰를 볼 수 있는데 마칸케이브호텔의 위치가 좋아 따로 뷰포인트까지 가지 않고 아침 일찍 루프탑에서 풍경을 감상하고 예쁜 사진도 남길 수 있었습니다. 덕분에 괴레메에서의 여행이 행복한 기억으로 남았습니다. 감사합니다^^

사장님이 너무 좋으십니다. 가족경영이라서 다른 직원분들도 다 친절해요. 마지막날 버스터미널까지 태워주시고 선물도 주셨습니다. 시설은 전체적으로 깔끔합니다. 그린투어, 레드투어도 편하게 예약했고 벌룬투어 예약 가능 여부도 새벽까지 알아봐 주시고 전화해 주셔서 감동받았어요.

괴뢰메 시내에서 도보로 5분..길이 가팔라서 좀 힘들긴한데 뷰가 용서해주네요..사장님도 친절함..조식이 좋아요. 투어후 야간 버스로 안탈리아 이동할 건데 무료로 샤워도 할 수 있음. 잘 쉬고 갑니다

괴뢰메는 마짠 케이브 호텔에서!
superior cave room에서 4박을 머물렀습니다. 조식 뷰가 정말 좋아요! 괴뢰메 기암괴석을 한눈에 볼 수 있답니다 +_+ 숙소 통해 벌룬투어 예약했는데 대만족이었고, 매일 방도 깨끗하게 치워주셨어요! 방이 지하에 있는 터라 와이파이가 안터지는 게 유일한 단점... 와이파이는 조식 먹을 때만 빵빵하게 ㅠㅠ

네브쉐히르 공항 도착 후 터키항공에서 운행하는 버스(15리라) 타고 숙소앞까지 갔네요. 한글로 쓰여진대로 마잔이라고 발음하면 못알아 듣습니다 ㅎ 마짠 이라고 말씀하세요 숙소 도착해서 방 둘러보고 두번째 그레이드 방 예약했는데도 리셉션 아래 계단내려가는 방0.5층?을 주려고 하길래 조금 마음이 상했지만 5유로 추가 결제하고 1.5층에 있는 방에 묵었어요 완벽한 동굴방은 아니지만 동굴분위기를 낼 수 있는 깨끗한 방이었어요 화장실도 널찍하고 바로 앞이 테라스?마당?이라서 흡연자인 저희는 좋았어요 조식 훌륭하구요,체크아웃 했음에도 불구하고 그린투어 후 샤워 할 수 있게 해줘서 매우 고마웠어요(카파도키아 거의 모든 숙소가 가능한것 같긴 했지만요^) 사장님은 매우 친절하고 투어 강요하지 않아서 좋았어요 저흰 준비 안해가서 로즈밸리투어,벌룬투어,그린투어 모두 여기서 해결했지만요 가격 차이 없으니 숙소에서 하셔도 괜찮을듯 해요(참고로 벌룬투어은 100-130유로 까지 다양하게 선택할 수 있었어요 ) 마을 중앙광장까지는 걸어서 5분정도 입니다. 걸을만 해요 몇번 다니다 보면 지름길도 발견하실거에요 ^ 모두 즐거운 여행되세요

저렴해서 별 기대 안했는데 최고였습니다. 룸 크기는 적당했고, 욕실은 꽤 넓었어요. 룸에는 라디에이터 있었고, 욕실 바닥이 따뜻해서 씻는 동안 춥지 않았습니다. 제가 묵은 룸은 지하라 별로 보이는건 없었지만, 식당과 옥상은 전망 아주 좋아요. 야간버스타고 아침 일찍 도착했는데 조식도 주고 체크인도 일찍 해주고 서비스 좋습니다. 위치가 캐리어 끌고가기엔 좀 힘든데, 다행히도 괴뢰메 버스터미널 도착 후 인포메이션을 통해 전화하면 바로 무료 픽업해주더라구요. 체크아웃 후에도 터미널까지 태워주심. 기념품도 주심ㅋㅋ 여기 묵으실 분들은 밖에 엄한대서 항아리케밥 찾아다니지 마시고, 그냥 여기 식당에서 저녁 드셔보세요. 터키여행 중 먹은 음식 중 베스트에 듬. 일단 간이 괜찮습니다. 안짜요. 다만 투어를 외부에서 했다가 문제가 생겼었는데 도와달랬더니 냉정하게 거절당함ㅠ

이틀 동안 디럭스케이브에 묵었는데 셔틀서비스, 조식, 따뜻한 방외에도 개인적으로 난처한 일을 겪을 때 최선을 다해 도움을 준 인간적 서비스에 감동했어요. 룸 컨디션은 일반 비즈니스 호텔과 다른 카파도키아스러운 정겨움이 묻어나고요. 위치는 약간 언덕에 있지만 대신 전망이 좋아요. 오토가르에서 멀지도 않고요. 다음 숙박도 이곳에서 하고 싶네요.

It was okay but i would never go back. The room was so small and smells like naphthalene. It was too hot and cant even control. Without a key, can't have a power but you cant turn the light off with key. So you either choose sleep wih bright light or no light at all in your bathroom during sleep. Laundry service is good. It came out real fresh and clean. But they charge 30 lira for one tiny bag. Such a rip off!! Wifi did not work for two days while i was staying. I only liked ride to bus terminal. It was completely free.

The hotel is very cheap but i surprised that the room is clean and neat morever the breakfast is the best!!! And you can eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant in the hotel actually i really enjoyed to eat adanakebab at the restaurant and it was the best food since ive been to several abroad conturies including Europe Also you can see the best gureme city night view as well as view of ballons at dawn around 5-6 a.m I highly recommended

투어를 예약하지 않으면 호텔잡기 힘든 카파도키아. 마잔케이브에서도 투어 안내메일 오긴 왔는데 여긴 강요하는거 없었고, 투어 안한다고 눈치주거나 그런거 전혀 없습니다. 저희는 트리플룸 이용했는데 객실도 진짜 넓고 너무너무너무 좋았어요. 저희가 파묵칼레에서 아침일찍 도착했는데 성수기라 얼리 체크인은 안됐지만 짐도 맡아주시고 무료 조식도 주시고 샤워도 할 수 있도록 도와주셨어요. 정말 친절한 숙소였어요. 조식뷰도 진짜 좋아서 아침에 벌룬 구경하기도 좋았어요. 다만 언덕 꼭대기에 위치해서 더운날은 숙소까지 걸어가기 좀 힘들어서 위치에서 한 칸 뺐습니다.

불친절한 직원, 너무 먼 위치
괴레메 시내 마을에서 너무 멀고 높은 언덕에 있어서 캐리어를 끌고는 도저히 갈 수가 없다 프론트 직원? 주인이 불친절하다 싫으면 됐어 라는 식의 고자세라고 할까 지하의 동굴 방에 묵었는데 열쇠로 문을 열고 잠그는 게 너무 힘들었다 문을 아무리 세게 잡아 당기면서 열쇠를 돌려도 문고리가 돌아가지가 않음.. 호텔 테라스에서 보는 언덕 아래 야경은 멋지지만, 다시 간다면 묵지는 않을 것 같다

Very clean,and cozy room condition
Although the weather was extremely cold in kapadocia, the heating system(in Korean: On Dol)was good so that room is warm. Breakfast is dellicious and the landscape was fantastic I think it was the most adorable hotel in turkey (Moreover handsome manager & boss are there!!)

Superb cave hotel
Superb hotel with the cave rooms under the street (no worries, we didn't hear a thing). The room had great furnishings and was well appointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a great view of thew balloons taking off. They serve wine and beer but no dinner. The fancy Seten restaurant is within walking distance. Word of advice: do not drive to the hotel, especially at 5 PM. While they have adequate street parking, the alley is very narrow, very steep and the drivers are very aggressive. It would have been better to park your rentacar in the "flats" and take a taxi to the hotel! No elevator, if that's important to you.

It was excellent! We came with friends on motobicycles. The parking has smooth ground what is very convinient for moto parking. Staff was very hospitable and service was on the best level. Baloon tour and city tour was organized in advance on the best price. Staff was userful in any our request. They organized wonderful dinner. They have very good vine offer in the bar. The room itself was really great and clean. Very antic design but with all modern comfort. I highly recommend this hotel

Me encantó el hotel además de hermoso, acogedor, pero lomas valioso es la atención personalizada del staff y el propietario. We had amazing stay in the hotel. Everything was perfect, the location, the roof terrace, the room, buffet breakfast. Our thanks go to all the staff and especially Mehmet who was very customer focused, friendly with lots of advice, suggestions with places to visit and general information about Cappadocia. Cant say enough about this property and the staff, I was on crutches for my stay and everyone was so helpful, they helped me with all my activity bookings, catered to my needs with my leg, breakfast included was amazing. Absolute value for money.

We stayed there for 3 nights we enjoyed our stay so much everything went great from checking in to check out it was very clean hotel , comfortable and staff were really nice specially front desk Emrie Bey he was very helpful and nice and speak English I would recommend this hotel location was great also the price is affordable we stayed at the junior suite has two window

Otel aynen göründüğü gibi, kahvaltı oldukça yeterli. Biz bebekle geldik, problem yaşamadık. Sadece bölgede yollar çok sorunlu, park yeri de sıkıntılı. Otel çalışanları yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Yine de göz önünde bulundurmak gerek.
