아주 멋진 호텔!!
예약시 한국 블로그에서 정보를 찾기 어려워 반신반의하며 예약했었습니다만, 시내에서 가까운 위치에 아주 전망이 좋은 호텔이었고 객실도 깨끗하고 멋지게 장식되어 있었습니다 매니저께서 참 친절했고 사전 요청이 없었지만 엑스트라 베드도 미리 준비해주셨고 체크아웃 후에도 예약이 없던 방 하나에 머물 수 있게 해주어 야간버스 타기전 씻고 쉴 수 있었습니다 조식도 가지수는 적어도 맛있었고 만족스러웠습니다 특히 뷰가 너무 아름다웠어요 객실수는 작지만 야외 테라스 의자가 많아서 조용히 맥주와 차를 마시고 경치보고 별봤던 시간이 그리워집니다 후기 잘 적지 않는데 좋은 호텔 꼭 소개하고 싶어 남깁니다

최고의 서비스! 최고의 시설 미라스호텔!
최고의 서비스와 청결도로 정말 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. 다만 추운날씨와 동굴호텔의 단점으로 인해 욕실이 샤워하기엔 다소 춥긴했으나 청결도나 시설이나 최고인것 같습니다. 무엇보다 직원들의 무척친절하고 여러가지로 배려를 많이 해주셔서 아주 편안하게 있다가 갑니다. 특히 조식은 뷔페식이 아니라 깔끔하게 준비해주셔서 편안하고 맛있는 아침을 먹을 수 있었어요! 짱입니다~!

호텔 프론트와 여행 전 부터 연락을 주고 받았었는데, 실제 가서 보니 너무 친절 하였습니다. 특히 마지막 날 밤 9시 버스를 타고 다른 도시를 가야 했었습니다. 허나 체크아웃은 12시,,,레드투어를 하고 나니 5시 쯤 됐는데 무료로 샤워실도 제공하여주고 호텔 수영장 근처 쇼파에서 푹 쉴수 있게 만들어 주고 너무 만족 스러웠습니다.

Absolutely authentic. Loved watching balloons in the morning and the jetted tub at night were so great after a long day. The rooms are actually cut into the hillside, unlike many imposters in the town. This is a true cave hotel, not a manufactured one. The staff did not speak much English, but did thier best to accommodate and be helpful. Great recommendations where to go and things to do. We were there in the cold season, but if it had been warmer, the pool they have would have been an all-time memory, beautiful. Breakfast was great!

We reserved a suite in Miras hotel for three nights, but had to leave the hotel next day because of a moldy smell and high humidity in the room that made our stay inside very unpleasant (for a person with lung or breathing problems even a short presence in that room could be an issue). Ventilation in the room appeared to be very poor despite the fan in the bathroom working all night and windows kept open. We ended up moving a matrass from a bed next to the windows to get more fresh air for the night sleep. Another disappointment upon arrival was the roads closure around the hotel for repaving. Since we were travelling by car, it appeared really difficult to get to the place and find parking spot. Understandably, this repair was beyond the hotel owners control, but certainly we could be warned about this potential problem in advance, especially because I had mentioned that we will need a parking spot when making hotel reservation. In fact, hotel staff contacted me a few times before the arrival suggesting to book a balloon ride. Also at the time of arrival no help was offered with the luggage that needed to be carried uphill and with finding a parking spot nearby. To be fair, the receptionist did finally help when I specifically asked him about this. Also, when leaving the next morning we got help with getting our car close to the hotel entrance.

Our stay in Cappadocia was wonderful and surprising. We felt very peaceful sitting outside in the many sitting areas looking at the amazing views. The staff at Miras exceeded expectations and they arranged for all our tours and transportation. Everything was just perfect. The breakfast was excellent and there were many choices for food and beverages. We would highly recommend Miras if you are coming to Cappadocia!

difficult to find daytime reception staff is rude and not helpful We had arranged hot air balloon and was asked to wait at 4:40 am. All hotel guests woke up early and waited at the front of hotel for a coach. But we kept waiting till 5:20 am without any coach to pick us up. We tried to contact the guy through WhatsApp but no response till 5:30 pm. He said the hot air balloon was cancelled due to weather condition !!! Then we went back to sleep AGAIN.

とても素敵なホテルでした。 オーナーは親切で、見るべき観光名所や、おすすめのレストランを教えてくれました。(Orientというレストランに行きましたが、美味しかった!) 町の中心部まで歩いてすぐ行けるので非常に便利でした。 朝食が美味しいです。 ホテルから早朝に気球が見えますが、よりパノラマで見たい場合は、ホテルの近くにあるビュースポットまで登る事をお勧めします! 再度Göremeを訪れた際には、また泊まりたいです。

Amazing stay
Sekran and his team is the best. He is so attentive and helpful all the time with a big smile. Our stay was wonderful, everything was perfect. The day before we arrived, he reached out and helped us organized the balloon flight. Location is perfect, close to town and all manor attractions. On our last day, he helped organised our transfer to Erciyes. We particularly love the jazzicci in the cave. We highly recommend Miras hotel.

The hotel is more like a big beautiful house turned into a hotel. Common areas are not big but The rooms are big and comfortable craved in a cave. You have bottle waters and tea bags every day. Hot water to shower. Breakfast was one of the best ones I ever had. Hotel offers transfer from a shuttle company to/from airport for 100 liras each way per person (1 hr drive from airports). Hotel is very clean and neat. Everyone was very nice and polite. Not to far from Main Street where you can find many places to eat (5 mins walk). Pool was small and out of service due to winter season. I really enjoyed our stay and recommended it.

One of the best cave hotels in Goreme. Staff are super friendly and definitely you will feel like home. Theu helped us with all of our tours, airport shuttles and even restaurant reservations. Hotel has a great view of the city. You have the option of sitting in their multi level balconies to enjoy the view and watch the balloons. Breakfast is served in their little cave restaurant and its really good with lots of variety. We will come back to this beautiful city and we will definitely stay at Miras again. Thank you for the great experience

The guys in the reception were awesome, really worried about everything. Perfect attention. Best breakfast in Turkey. The suite couldn’t be better, cave room espectacular. I’ll come back tomthe same Hotel for sure.

シャワーを浴びると洗面所の床に排水が流れてくる。ヘアコンディショナーがない。スタッフは1人を除いてとても親切でした。部屋も雰囲気あって良かった！

The hotel is really great and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel is it a great locations. Every morning we can see hot air ballons around our hotel, its a nice view. Breakfast at the hotel starts at 8. That's a bit late specilly if yoh have to catch a morning flight. It should start at 7 And the hotel should give at least 2 complimentery water bottles to guest every day.

A unique experience
I enjoyed a unique experience staying at Miras. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and helpful. You can't beat the location. Just a few minutes walk to dozens of shops and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Miras hotel is located at the perfect spot, as being in the caves and still so close to town. The owner, Urgup will tend to all your needs making you feel welcomed. I highly recommended it.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were able to take a short 5-10 minute walk up to the sunset viewpoint from the hotel to watch both the sunset and the sunrise. Very friendly staff who were very accommodating. Great breakfast spread in the morning. Loved the cave suite room!

Bien pero las fotos no corresponden a la habitació
El hotel en general está muy bien pero nuestro problema fue que algunas de las fotos que ponen aquí no corresponden al tipo de habitación que te dan. Las que tienen jacuzzi en la habitación no son las habitaciones que te ofrecen aquí y eso me pareció un engaño. El primer día nos dieron una habitación que la regadera era como de baño turco y no tenía ni cancel o cabina entonces te bañabas y empapabas desde el wc hasta el lavabo. Al siguiente día pedí cambio de habitación y ya no pudimos problema. Pero es importante comentarles que ellos mezclan las fotos del tipo de habitación con las que si te dan y con las que no te va. A dar pues creo solo son dos y esas solo si las reservas directo de su página. Lo demás está muy bien
