카프리에서 이용하기에 부담이 없는 호텔
지역 내 다른 호텔에 비해서 아주 럭셔리한 느낌을 주는 호텔이라고 할 수는 없었지만, 고풍스러운 느낌과 아침에 멀리 보이는 바다 뷰가 아름다운 호텔이었습니다. 주인 할아버지께서 그래도 가능한 많은 부분을 배려해주시고 신경써주셨어요. 다만 화장실 바닥에 물이 안 빠질 수 있는 부분은 미리 확인해주세요. 카프리 광장에서는 거리가 꽤 있는 편이니 미리 잘 보고 가셔요.

La struttura e in una posizione scomodissima, il taxi non arriva sotto la struttura ma ti lascia in piazzetta dove devi fare una salita sotto il sole per raggiungere l’hotel.. appena arrivati non potevamo pranzare xke non avevano nulla , in più ho prenotato la strutta xke nei servizi dice di accettare animali domestici, ma al check-out la sig ci ha fatto una ramanzina perché lei non accetta cani!! Il figlio della sig al check-in ci avrebbe accettato malgrado i cani x farci il favore.. scioccata!! Se scrivete che li accettate perché dp fate i favori come dicono ?! io pago e devo essere accetta nella sfrutta che accetta animali nessun “favore” come dice la sig siamo stati trattati malissimo non sono per niente professionali nel loro lavoro pagare 240€ a notte per avere questi servizi è una rapina…

Salve,siamo tutto dispiaciuti per il pessimo comportamento avuto dalla Signora Ylenia riguardante il suo soggiorno presso la nostra struttura.Prima di intraprendere un viaggio, che sia breve o di lunga durata, un buon viaggiatore dovrebbe informarsi dove andrà a godersi le vacanze.. E' ben pubblicizzato che l'hotel è ubicato in una zona pedonale dove i taxi, gli autobus e tutti i veicoli non possono arrivare. Il passeggiare è una caratteristica di Capri purtroppo non apprezzata da tutti. E' un hotel che non ha ristorante quindi non su può pretendere di pranzare o cenare. L' hotel ospita volentieri cani di piccola taglia, benchè siano educati, educazione datagli dai padroni che evidentemente non sono stati capaci. I cagnolini hanno sporcato e urinato in tutta la stanza. Non mi sembra corretto per chi deve fare le pulizie. L'educazione e la gentilezza è una caratteristica del nostro staff e della direzione. Inoltre i signori hanno prenotato una camera standard; avendo visto anche i cagnolini abbiamo preferito fargli un upgrade gratuito dandogli una camera superior con balconcino privato. Inoltre la Signora non ha pagato Euro 240, ma Euro 204,00.

This villa is beautiful and clean. However, no one tells you that to get this villa is such a hassle. NO taxi service to hotel. You need to walk uphill/downhill the equivalent of 5 staircases to get to square or to get a taxi. People stop to catch their breath. Be sure you have a map of where hotel is when arriving in Capri, it's a maze. It took me over two hours to get to villa and 60 euros. How does the hotel expect us to make prior arrangements for baggage pickup? We don't know how to call the villa in Capri. The bags get picked up but not the guests. Taxis are very few. I highly recommend you getting a hotel that will provide provide pick up and delivery to the ferry. Taxi line over an hours wait in the hot sun. Terrible! There are tooooo many people traveling today. It wasn't like this 20 years ago. The villa staff was very helpful again the tv would cut out, why?? The dirty red carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced!! Breakfast was very good. Wifi does not extend to the pool area, only in the room. So I was unable to listen to jazz while sitting at pool. Need a few improvements.

Great family run hotel in Capri - short walk up the hill from Capri township - away from the hustle and bustle. Nice pool and great cocktails. Would definitely recommend to otehrs and stay there again

Dit is een must-book! Ligt op 5-10 min loopafstand van het centrale plein van Capri. Heel stil omdat je niet aan een doorgaande weg zit. Zwembad is perfect en ontbijt geweldig. Had ik maar langer geboekt. Fantastisch personeel. Aanrader!

Villa Sarah är en liten pärla 10 min promenad från piazza Umberto. Dessutom en trevlig och bra restaurang 5 min bort. Poolen och terrassområdet är jättefint. Personalen är mycket omtänksamma och hjälpsamma. Vi bodde i ett litet rum utan balkong. Rummet var väl utrustat men litet. Sammantaget en jättefin vistelse.

Wonderful place to stay for our 4-dayvisit to Capri. The staff were very helpful and friendly; rooms are very clean and comfortable; lovely pool for cooling off in the afternoon; and they make a very good Compari spritz. The property gave us easy access to all of the attractions in Capri, and was the perfect.spot to return to at the end of the day. It is just a short word walk from the piazza, and an equally pleasant walk from sites, such as Villa lysis, or the ruins of Villa Jovis. Equally important, it is virtually next-door to one of our favorite restaurants on the island. We certainly will return soon.

Our overall stay at a Villa Sarah was lovely. The rooms were nice, and they upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was great. The grounds and garden are beautiful as well. Our only complaint was that they did not advise us of the luggage service, and we ended up, dragging our suitcases up a very steep hill. They also did not tell us that we had to set up the service a full day in advance going down when we left. The communication about this could have been better as people with mobility issues would have trouble getting up the hill or going up the stairs to this location. The woman at the front desk insisted that the information came with my confirmation, I checked again, there was no information about where and how to use the luggage service or even directions to the hotel. The communication was a small irritant in an overall great stay at the hotel. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

Brilliant hotel - very quiet and peaceful. Reasonably priced for a solo traveler on Capri. Very close to capri centre as well. Would stay again! Great breakfast!

Ein tolles Hotel mit echtem Familienflair. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nah an den Restaurants und dem Shoppingparadies. Toller Pool, den man sich mit nur wenigen Gästen teilen muss und sich niemals auf den Füßen steht. Wir haben die Tage voll genossen. Das Personal macht jeden Wunsch möglich... Tolle Wahl!!!

This hotel is a charming and welcoming property truly off the beaten path on the paradise island where tourists can be a bit overwhelming of late. For us, the highly professional and engaging staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We had a number of things we wanted to accomplish and Giuseppe who was on the desk during the day basically checked off all of those boxes for us. A couple of "pro tips" if you are looking to stay here. It can be difficult to find. By all means, use the service which will cart your bags up the steep hills to the hotel. If you have to carry them up yourself, you'll have a workout that you didn't expect or want. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is beautiful. A nearby restaurant, Lo Sfizio, just a couple of minutes away, is also a top recommendation, frequented by locals. If you want a genuine Italian experience, you'll do well by staying at Hotel Villa Sarah.

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum, daher sehr ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr sehr gepflegt, der Pool ein Highlight ( Wasser top, besser geht’s nicht). Das Hotel ist Familiengeführt und das merkt man im liebevollen Umgang mit den Gästen und der Anlage. Der Besitzer ist in jeder Weise hilfsbereit, ob Restauranttip oder Sightseeing. Wir hatten schon ausgecheckt, durften aber trotzdem das Pool noch benutzen und bekamen auch noch Pooltücher! Ich kann es nur sehr empfehlen! Preis Leistung paßt auch sehr gut!

Posizione eccellente, personale cordiale! Unica pecca: stanza non pulita, piena di ragni e peli, questi ultimi soprattutto nelle lenzuola, in netta violazione delle più comuni norme di igiene, anche in riferimento all'emergenza sanitaria da COVID-19. Informata la reception del problema, il personale in maniera educata rispondeva che avrebbero subito provveduto a risolvere il problema, NON RISOLTO. Il mattino seguente ricevuta un'email da Hotels che chiedeva le prime impressioni sulla struttura, il sottoscritto esponeva la criticità riscontrata. Come risposta si riceve un'email dall'albergo con il seguente tenore letterario: "chi scrive messaggi del genere deve anche assumersi la responsabilità legale delle conseguenze". Per fortuna il resto del soggiorno non ci sono stati altre problematiche.

In riferimento alla recensione totalmente inesatta, ci teniamo a comunicare che la nostra struttura ha investito notevoli capitali per i provvedimenti Covid 19 riguardo i piani di sanificazione; la nostra struttura sanifica con apposite strumentazioni ogni camera in partenza ed in arrivo oltre a tutti i presidi sanitari da rispettare. Riguardo invece il ritrovamento dei peli e ragni...... è completamente una cosa inesatta e penalizzante. Il cliente ci ha comunicato questo problema in serata, solo dopo aver usato la camera per l'intero pomeriggio, Abbiamo immediatamente provveduto a verificare il problema subito dopo che il cliente ci ha avvertito e nonostante non abbiamo trovato nessun capello o ragno.... abbiamo lo stesso sanificato e sostituito l'intero set di biancheria. La camera era stata usate quindi i capelli "fantasma" sarebbero potuti essere stati del cliente stesso, ma nononstante questo abbiamo preferito evitare polemiche, per noi il cliente è sempre molto importante. Non troviamo assolutamente corretto questo genere di recensioni soprattutto perchè non corrette e totalmente false nel suo genere. Cordiali saluti

Albergo a 4 stelle solo sulla carta, direi che dovrebbero rivedere un pò le camere, perché per me un 4 stelle deve offrire stanze confortevoli e di sicuro modernizzate. Vero che ho scelto una singola, ma a parte l'arredamento vetusto, il bagno è degli anni 70, tanto vecchio che nemmeno so dire se era pulito. Consiglio agli albergatori almeno di mettere docce nuove. Colazione molto essenziale, buone le torte soprattutto la caprese. I punti forza sono il personale gentile e la piscina, che è stata la salvezza in questi giorni di forte calura. Tenere presente che si trova a 800 metri dalla piazzetta su una salita notevole, ci si arriva con fatica.

Great Hotel, A little off the beaten path
Great hotel, great service. A bit of a walk uphill, but worth it. More serene. Not as much part of the hustle and bustle of Capri city center, which made the hotel even better. Also, it was next to an amazing restaurant.
