Staff was nice. But room was not clean. Stickers stuck everywhere, ripped curtains, etc. Breakfast photos inaccurate.... pool freezing ... game room was a single game. It was affordable but not what was expected

I’ve stayed here in the past and it wasn’t bad but last night was horrible! Room was dirty, neighbors were up all night slamming doors and screaming at each other, also had a dog that barked all night long. Lady at front desk said they didn’t have any other rooms available and couldn’t give me a refund back.

Bathtub was dirty we did not use. Bed was clean so we stayed as it was late and didn’t want to deal with getting another hotel. Grounds were trashy. No coffee pot or blow dryer. Will not come back.

Unfortunately, there is a really strong smell that hits you when you walk in. The place is dirty and when I went to both of the rooms I rented I found a used bandage and roaches in the fridge. In my in-laws room they were roach and rat sticky traps on the floor, the inside of the microwave was dirty, the bed sheets had cigarettes burns on them. Both rooms had a very strong odor that just left me nauseous and with a bad headache. I tried to clean both rooms as much as possible because I had not only my in-laws with me but my 3 year old child. Will definitely not be staying again. One night was more than enough.

Hot tub out of service.
I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub and the rates were very reasonable. After a long day on the road, I was needing a hot soak to relax before bed. The hot tub was out of service. Room was clean. Breakfast was carbs only, no eggs, meat, fruit or dairy (ex milk for cereal). Parking lot need a good cleaning, trash strewn about, and some yard maintenance, weeds. Not bad for the price.

The staff was friendly and nice. The property was in rough shape. The parking was full of trash. Everything worked hot water and wifi but the place was neglected. No screens withwindows left open, broken trim dirt and grime scratched dirty furniture. There was a pool but hot tub was drained. Residents were fighting at night and running around the halls. Several roaches spotted in the stairwells. Breakfast was okay but very few choices missing any fruit or juice. Only waffles biscuit toast and cereal and only coffee to drink. This hotel could be improved if some minimal maintenance and cleaning. the sheets were clean but nothing else was mattresses were dirty and cigarette holes in the comforter . The hallway carpets had huge stains.

Walked in to what seemed to be a fairly clean and well taken care of hotel. Got to the room and the floor was sticky and smelled like cigarettes. Blankets in the bed were dirty and there were reaches crawling on the walls. Definitely woulsnt recommend to anyone.

Flea infestation
I arrived there with me family and the building was falling apart. The paint mismatched and the building smelled of cigarettes. The toilet did not work after they just allegedly cleaned the room. The room was not clean enough to even sit on the night stand. We walked and seen black dots hopping on the bed sheets and towels. They were fleas and they had been battling a flea infestation.we are glad we did not bring in our luggage and did know. We told the front service desk and they said they had been dealing with it for weeks. If we never asked and told them and they would of never told me.

If you just need a hot shower and a bed cheap
The building is crumbling and in need of repair as well as the windows. The parking lot has a lot of construction type debris laying around. We picked up three nails right around our tires. Now with that being said, once I got inside my actual room, the room wasn’t so bad. Yeah, I could use a fresh coat of paint and some sprucing up but it’s an old hotel. I did, however find two dead cockroaches laying in plain sight. One in the bathroom. One in the sleeping area on the table underneath the television. Yes they were dead, but they were laying right where they should’ve been seen when housekeeping was cleaning the room. Nice hot water in the shower. But for two people sharing a room they give you two very small bath towels. I have long hair so I did request extra towels which they did bring me. We had two beds, even though I requested a king when I made my reservations. So we had two pillows on each bed. I requested extras so I got two extra pillows one for each bed. As far as the hot breakfast. Technically, yes it was hot. You could make yourself toast. You could make yourself a waffle. Or they did have biscuits and gravy. I can’t say there was any sausage in the gravy, but it didn’t taste half bad. In addition to that they offered two types of cereal milk for the cereal was provided and apple juice along with coffee. When I inquired what time the hot tub closed, I was informed that the hot tub was broken. That is some thing that usually updated on the Hotels.com website

Disgusting waste!
HORRIBLE!!! RUN!! Rm 304 dirty tooth brushes on the floor, no pillow cases, ink drawings on the sheets and shades, chunky dark marks and debris on the blankets, not cleaned or vacuumed. Changed room to 124, the adjoining door on our side was missing! Um hello code violation! Not to mention the next room could open their side and come on in! So disgusted WE LEFT!

Their own Internet signal was weak. The shower was weak from the shower head. The tank to the toilet never refilled until you removed the tank lid and messed around in there. Room 203.

The award for the Most disgusting hotel
When I checked in the lobby was filled with smoke from people standing around smoking and gambling. The girl was nice and courteous and check in was a breeze. When I went to the room I was hit with a stale Oder, the bed linens were stained and had smoke burns in a non smoking room. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom and on the wall. We got moved to another room but it was just as bad. Someone was up all night making noise banging and filling something around stomping, we got up and left after a few hours. I would not recommend staying there unless you get so drunk you won’t care.

This property was terrible. I had booked for 2 nights. Canceled went to another motel. Ridiculous stained sheets bugs dirty appearance. Felt very unsafe. I left for another motel

There was no hot tub, shut it down. Ice machine was out of order not going to work for a year, no continental breakfast no excuse why. Only received clean towels and linen every 3 days. Only 2 towels,hand towels and wash clothes. Sheets had stains on them & the rug needs shampooed badly! Room smelled like smoke badly also!

Front desk staff were wonderful and the most friendly I've ever experienced! Smelled clean and wasn't to cover up odors, really was clean. The place is old and could use some serious upgrades but overall a good stay. Comfortable bed. Wonderfully hot shower.
