지나가는길에 하루 잠을 자려고 선택한 곳인데 정말 좋았습니다. 일정만 여유 있다면 며칠 더 머물고 싶었던 숙소 였습니다. 여기를 선택하신다면 여러날 머물다 가세요. 단 숙소가 산속에 있어 숙소에서 푹 쉬셔야 되요

Magique et reposant
Accueil remarquable, très professionnel et chaleureux. Le lieu est très reposant, la literie est de très bonne qualité et les chambres très spacieuses avec tout le confort adéquat. Mention spéciale pour les propriétaires qui mettent leur énergie au service de la clientèle. Une très belle découverte où nous ne manquerons pas de revenir si l’occasion se représente.

Todo muy bien. Un hotel muy tranquilo entre viñedos. Lo único es que las camas indiniduales las sentimos algo angostas y esta como a 20 min de la Cd amurallada pero el camino es un tramo entre viñedos de un solo carril el camino. Esto es muy bonito pero creo q sería recomendable no llegar muy obscuro. Aunque no se siente peligroso el lugar pero muy solo el canino para entrar.

Pour le repos cet endroit est parfait mais pour y accéder il faut le mériter car la route est très étroite. Les chambres sont très confortables mais attention à ceu qui ont peur des araignées car comme tout endroit sain et à la campagne nous ne sommes pas les seuls habitants. L'accueil est parfait même si le chemin qui dessert les chambres est cahotique.

Beautiful vineyard setting. We had delicious dinner at property. Farm to table fresh and delicious food and wine. The chef made a special vegetarian plate for our daughter. Rustic rooms but clean and comfy. Nice buffet breakfast included.

Peace and Quiet in Cathar country
Domaine de Fraisse is a great place if you like peace and quiet, comfort but not luxury, country walks, responsibly sourced food. In the winter the restaurant is shut and they only do breakfast - this may be a limiting factor for some but there are plenty of great restos in Nearby Carcassonne and Limoux and smaller bars in the nearby villages. A car is a necessity. The hotel is dog friendly and the staff all go that extra mule - we have stayed there 3 times.

Het voelt als thuiskomen.
Zeer aangename plaats om te verblijven, er heerst een fijne sfeer op het domein. Het personeel is zeer hulpvaardig op alle vlakken. Het is ook een interessante uitvalsbasis om de regio te ontdekken, Simon de manager geeft ook graag tips wat past bij je interesses.

Beautiful rural setting, a great easy getaway
Domaine de Fraisse is set in a beautiful rural location, but within easy access of Carcassonne airport. A real gem. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast (all organic but fuss free). The English proprietor and staff were all very helpful and recommended great things to do as we were too lazy to google everything or really prepare, and wanted experienced advice! We would definitely go back, hopefully at the edge of the season again as it was extra quiet and a lovely relaxing break. Would recommend hiring a car unless you a keen cyclist or motorcyclist.

Heiße Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, mit Stechmücken
Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch. Es macht, wenn man es mal gefunden hat (keine Ausschilderung im Ort), einen netten und gepflegten Eindruck. Das gilt auch für die individuellen Zimmer. Leider waren unsere Zimmer im Obergeschoss und saisonbedingt sehr aufgeheizt. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, so dass wir über Öffnen von Tür und Fenstern (soweit vorhanden) Abkühlung suchten. Das war ein Fehler, da uns diverse Stechmücken als Ziel aussuchten (Moskitogitter gibt es nicht). Ergebnis: Komplett zerstochen. Mit Klimaanlage, wie sie eigentlich in den meisten französischen Hotels Standard ist, hätte man sich das ersparen können. Uns hat es den Aufenthalt vergällt. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass man vor Ort nicht spazieren gehen kann. Da es im Wesentlichen für Pferdesport genutzt wird, werden alle Wege, die wir gefunden haben, nach wenigen hundert Metern gesperrt. Der Pool ist vorhanden, aber wirklich winzig. Er ist nur für eine kurze Abkühlung bzw. für Kinder sinnvoll. Frühstück ist sicher besser als der Durchschnitt, aber landestypisch recht schwach. Insgesamt: Nicht zu empfehlen.

Beautiful place in the countryside
The hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the suite, which was a large space with two bedrooms and one bathroom, beautifully put together and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, very close to Carcassonne and an easy drive to the sites of the Corbieres region (and beyond). We made use of the swimming pool and the well-stocked game room, and we walked a few times to a small creek nearby with a swimming area. Finally, the best part was the horseback riding! Our family of 4 (all beginners) went for walks with the horses on two days during our stay. Our instructor/guide was great, and we all had fun.

Une perle à 15 min de Carcassonne
Le domaine de la Fraisse est situé dans un endroit magnifique et tranquille, et pourtant à seulement 15 min en auto de la Cité de Carcassonne. La chambre est d'excellente qualité, de type rustique chic, avec une très bonne literie et une chambre de bain fantastique. Le déjeuner est très complet et d'excellente qualité. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié que les produits fournis soient biologiques. Le domaine compte aussi avec beaucoup de sentiers pour marcher ou aller à cheval (le domaine a aussi un centre équestre).

Wonderful hotel very close to Carcassonne
Spent one night here on route to Barcelona, family of 5. Wonderful room, pool and games room for kids, lovely dinner. Highly recommend if you love peace and quiet and a natural setting.

Goed hotel om van het buitenleven te genieten.
Prima hotel, ligt wel afgelegen. Eenvoudige maar goede kamer zonder airco, maar die was ook niet nodig. Goed restaurant, met beperkte kaart. Speciaal geschikt voor mensen die willen paardrijden.

Good escape from the hustle of Carcassone.
Family stay in the newly finished Finnish chalet. Very roomy for 4, across from an empty country field. Good restaurant, great stay overall. Would recommend for quietness and overall great value.

THE STAFF WERE AS FRIENDLY AS WE HAVE MET IN YEARS OF VISITING FRANCE.THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING ALL YOUR MEALS THERE.THE EQUESTRIAN CENTER AT THE HOTEL HAS A WORLD CLASS INDOOR -THE THREE HOURS WE SPENT HORSE TREKKING IN THE SURROUNDING HILLS WAS INCREDIBLE.WELL DONE TO KATE ,SIMON AND STAFF

On s'attendait à mieux ....
Nous avons fait le choix d'une halte à cet hôtel sur la route de nos vacances car il est en pleine nature ainsi que pour son concepte autour du bio car nous pouvions y manger. L'hôtel se trouve au bout d'un chemin en pleine nature. La chambre; literie parfaite, salle de bain très simple avec le minimum....avec terrasse et son cendrier non nettoyé. Pas de télévision et internet accessible qu'à l'accueil. On est écolo ou on ne l'ai pas !! .la restauration est possible sur place mais nous avons été très dessus du repas à 29€ . Côte de porc et escalope de poulet....Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix compris dans le prix de notre chambre à 100€. La piscine ne nous a pas vraiment donné envie de s'y baigner. Bon accueil du personnel qui est charmant mais très brouillon.

Nette , persönliche Bedienung . Im Hotelbereich : Service exzellent. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet. Kein null acht fünfzehn Hotel. Kleiner aber beheizter Pool. Alles in allem : kommen gerne wieder !

Templier country break
A very rural establishment - set up a long track in the middle of the countryside. It was very pleasant but limited. The room was adequate, the bathroom pretty basic. The restaurant only offered 2 choices - admittedly there were only us and one other couple dining but there was nto anywhere else in walking distance. Breakfast was very good ( French). A great base for exploring and if you like horses you will feel at home, but not exactly a country spa break.The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful and made one feel really welcome.

Un lieu exceptionnel
Superbe environnement, l'hôtel est vraiment impeccable les chambres spacieuses le personnel souriant et agréable, le tout à moins de 15 min de Carcassonne... Seul bémol on ne peut pas partir avant 8h le matin car personne pour payer avant. Sinon je recommande fortement et vivement cet établissement de qualité.

RURAL COMFORT AND FINE DINING
We chose the hotel because it offered breakfast as part of the deal. When we got there we discovered it was a very remote (quiet) rural, converted farmhouse offering modern room facilities and excellent breakfast. It also had an outdoor, unheated, swimming pool, horses to ride and staff who could not do enough for us. Most spoke good English; the manager and his wife are both English as was the main waitress in the evenings. We chose to eat there the first night and as a result ate there most evenings subsequently. The food was excellent, verging on haute cuisine, and was also good value. Served at tables under mulberry trees in the courtyard, it was a very romantic.
