Thank you for your comments Rachel, the heater with missing nobs never worked - your heating is the split system unit on the wall. The signage on the door explains that if the door is locked, the staff are working around the motel - a bell is next to the door for attention.

Good Morning Sarah, apologies on bed rolling around. I will ensure that appropriate measures are taken to stop it happening again. We do have spare blankets in the drawers. WiFi is an issue with Telstra NBN at the moment, hope they ratify the problems soon.

Sorry about the heater being turned off and bed not made. Weather here was not the best and returning from a cold day, the heat would have been welcoming. Will pay attention to situations next time.

That you Rebecca, sorry about the runaway beds. The wooden flooring has only been laid last week and more work refurbishing underway. Will look for brakes.

As explained when requesting receipt, we can only issue you one for what WE are being paid by the OTA's. The full receipt should have been issued from them when you did the booking. Would be wrong for us to state you paid us that rate when you obviously did not.

We have changed our cleaning checklist procedure to check that all appliance are available. Please inform the duty Manager and we will respond immedaitely

We have fixed all the maintenance issues and changed the procedures to identify these issue before the guest arrives

Extra toilet rolls are left on the high window skirting. The family room sleep 7 and they have 5 singles and a double bed and where 2 people can sleep in the double. I am sorry that you did highlight these issue to the duty manager.
