No maid service during 3 night stay. No complementary breakfast mattress was saggy bathroom had deferred maintenance issues

Unfortunately, was given a room that had an adjoining door to another room. At approximately midnight, two guests arrived to their room and had very load conversation that lasted 3.5 hours! They were obviously heavily inebriated! It sounded as if they were outside my door. After finally getting a bit of sleep, in the early morning, I was awakened to one of those vomiting profusely. The up-chucking last intermittently for 45 minutes. A perfect night!

We had a good stay at this property. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the lack of housekeeping. We paid a decent price and not even our trash was taken out. I didn’t expect new linens or towels but housekeeping did not stop by to check in. Our room was a little run down with stains on the carpet and the bed room door didn’t close completely. Otherwise, it was clean, nice, and quiet. Location is the key to this property and staff were great.

Very nice property within walking distance of several downtown restaurants and shopping. Property looks new and very clean and staff always friendly. Enjoyed our stay and will come back when traveling to Carrollton.

Solid Hotel w/ Great Staff
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was overall solid, though our TV was messed up and kept turning on and off constantly but thankfully we didnt really need it. Toilet paper holder was almost falling off the wall and was a small leak in the roof near window. Overall, just really minor issues for an overall solid experience. Would absolutely stay here again
