Hi Raquel, thank you for leaving us your feedback. The $50 security deposit is required by all guests as stated online. Hotel rates are the same in person and online. Some places online display cheaper rates, but after taxes and fees it comes out to the same figure. Whatever rates are set up at the hotel are the same rates that can be offered online due to rate parity agreement with the exception of membership discounts and promotions. We do offer late checkouts for an additional fee. Our beds are standard size double and king size beds as described online. If you had informed the front desk of any issues after check in we would've happily corrected any issues or have given you another room. We are sorry for the rating you left us. You've stayed with us for several months in the past. We allowed you to stay even after the damages you've done to our room. You were not permitted to stay with us due to not having a security deposit which is required by all guests at check in.

Unfortunately, a few bad apples come from time to time and abuse the no smoking policy. We try our best to monitor these incidents and guests as soon as they are brought to our attention. As an economy branded hotel we do offer basic amenities.
