The women who work here were very kind and helped us out even though we did not speak any Spanish, they were very friendly and accommodating and served delicious breakfast each morning. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again if ever in Cartagena again!

Nice hotel in good location. Rooms are quite small but staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was threated with being kicked out of the hotel for reporting it ae unsafe. Then, I was "permitted" to stay another night, but purposelyfully given townels littered with ants that have wings with my soap and other items for the day... which of course I immediately threw away and sealed the bathroom window I heard someone messing with as best as I could. The following morning, I awoke to approximately 8 of these flying ants in my room (with 2 in my boots) so I was able to get that day refunded, but my cousin paid the following 2 day in cash without informing me so I need that back while I find an acceptable hotel. (I've lived here 11 months and that has never happened during rain this year or 20 years ago, so that excuse doesn't cover it, or of course the towel.)

Hotel cómodo y accesible
El hotel es céntrico , cercano a centros comerciales , la playa y restaurantes . No tuvimos la necesidad de taxis. El personal ameno y dispuesto a colaborar en todo momento . Recomendado !

Situé sur un boulevard très passant. Endroit vétuste. Pour le prix de la chambre on peut facilement avoir quelque chose de beaucoup mieux. Ceci dit, l’hôtel est à 2min de la plage de Bocagrande.

Location doesn't compensate for condition
Run down and tired with an electrical box hanging from a wire fully exposed 1 foot off the floor. Poor accessibility to guest rooms, unpaved walkways with gravel. Reception was swelteringly hot and incredibly cramped with room for no more than 3 people. Location was ideal but I would prefer to pay an extra $30/night to stay in an international hotel with full amenities and service.

Nearby parking and nicely kept charming hotel.
This is a decent place for the price. I'd say the A/C takes a long time to cool the room, but all else was adequate. Its not like they're charging an arm and a leg.

Nice old style home close to the beach
Good central place to go everywhere, staff is great and friendly. If you are an spoiled american that likes resort type vacation? this is not for you. If you just need a clean bed and clean bath for a very reasonable price then this place is great.

Overpriced motel quality
Overpriced based on peak season price surge. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious but the place could use a new coat of paint. The location was fine, by the beach at bocagrande and 20 min walk from the old city. The biggest complaint we had was no hot water for showers... It got warm but there wasn't a way to control the temperature.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal del hotel. La habitación fue cómoda y limpia. No tuvimos problemas con conexión a internet ya que estuvimos hospedados en la habitación cercana a la recepción. En general es un buen lugar, bien ubicado y a un buen precio (comparado con los altos precios que se pueden encontrar en la misma zona en Cartagena)

EXCELENTE HOSPEDAJE
En verdad el Hotel es bastante tranquilo, es muy comodo, la habitación que nos asignaros fue perfecta! el servicio es EXCELENTE!, todos son super serviciales, Francia la chica de la recepción es lo mejor! super querida, atenta, estan todos muy pendientes del hospedaje de todos y cada uno. SI BUSCAS TRANQUILIDAD, ESPACIO, Y BUEN SERVICIO, EN VERDAD RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, adicional que queda a una cuadra de la playa, y en frente quedan todos los sitios para aquellos que quieren ir de compras!

Excelente opción de alojamiento en Cartagena
Excelente ubicación en el sector de Bocagrande a una cuadra del mar y a 5 minutos en auto del centro histórico. El hotel es pequeño pero muy acogedor, las habitaciones aunque un poco pequeñas son cómodas, limpias, con aire acondicionado y TV. El desayuno tiene muy buen sabor y la atención es excelente. En conclusión, muy buena ubicación, excelente servicio, comodidad, buen precio; 100% recomendado

Muy bien, la atención de los empleados fue excelente, lo unico que tengo por objetar es que falta un poco mas de privacidad en la habitacion, ya que las cortinas me parece que no satisfacian la discrecionalidad para una pareja, por lo demas no tengo nada que decir. fue un excelente y placentero fin de semana. aparte que era mi cumpleaños, muchas gracias.

Deceiving pictures and information abound !!.
The rooms are not as big as they appeared in the brochures. I am not an expert in Bedding, but I had the impression that I was resting on an Spring Box. The Air Conditioning lacks a lot of performance and mine leaked on top of my pillow the last two nights of my stay, so I had to move my bed away from the wall but that made it impossible to open the door forcing me to move my bed every time I had to leave the room and leave the leak to soak up my pillow,( they provide enough pillows to be able to keep one dry, at least.). If you are lucky, the Maid will not shot your AC off when she had finished cleaning your room, do you remember I told you the system is not very effecient ?. Make your own conclusion !!. Good luck with the WiFi !!. I hope you do not need the modern ways of communication, there is not phones in the rooms. so if you need for some friends to contact you and your High Tech Mobile Phone does not operate properly with their Country Systems and Networks, be prepare to spend a lot of time at the front desk using their land line but remember there is not any Air Conditioning on that part of the facilities, either !!. The staff is nice, but when you tell them that something is not O.K. their answer is usually unrelated and I was waiting for a word of remorse or an apology of some kind, but it never came or was offered !!. The breakfast they provide, included in the price of the room, is decent and was a nice touch. For the price I paid, I had to say it was So So !!.

Bien, creo en el desayuno podrían variar un poco, todos los días eran huevos. Y que el wifi pueda llegar a todas las habitaciones, tenía que salir al lobby para que me llegara y era incomodo por el calor.
