Worth the visit
I had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable and if you bring in a guest from outside there is a small fee. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

I just recently stayed here for 7 nights. I have to say, the rooms are incredibly clean. They have everything that you need: towels (changed daily), bed, desk, functional bathroom, and a working safe for your valuable items. This hotel also has good wifi and no shortage of hot water (which is hard to come by).The property is located in Getsemani so you can walk pretty much anywhere with endless restaurant choices. However, the bed was hard as a rock. So hard, in fact, my hips and back were sore for the whole week and it interrupted my sleep. The hotel is very loud and with big gaps in the trim around the doors, the sound comes right into your room. Breakfast was ok-limited choices (which I totally understand) the coffee was very good, but the glass of juice given to me had ants crawling around the rim of it.

Boa referência em Getsemaní
Achei uma hospedagem justa no quesito custo benefício. Infelizmente, poderia ter algumas opções de sabonete no banheiro. Por sorte, trouxemos alguns do Brasil. A localização é ótima, pois é próxima à Cidade Amuralhada e bem no coração de Getsemaní. A cama é dura, então preparem a coluna. Do mais, eu gostei pelo valor e localização.

Kitchen on the first floor - The worst!!!
The room was spacious for three people, but the restroom is very tiny. The hotel, specially, the rooms need improvements. It is located in Getsemani, near by a very stormy, and nosy street where people stroll along the whole day. Let me recommend do not, by no means, allow you to assign you rooms on the first floor, the kitchen is right in the middle of the property and the absurd noise wakes you up starting around 5:00 AM.

Très bon quartier
Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier vivant et sûr. Les dames de service au petit déjeuner notamment sont très arrangeantes et toujours disponibles. Les chambres sont simples mais propres.

I had an amazing stay at this cute boutique hotel! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. My Spanish is not great but I made an effort to speak with them and they were so patient when I would struggle to say things. I got there a bit earlier than check in time and they let me have access to my room. They also provided me with a map and points of interest. I usually travel solo so this was very helpful. The room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable enough for me and I appreciated the closet and ac. The shower pressure was okay I had hot water two days out of my stay. (Hot water isn’t an issue for me though) My room was cleaned daily and towels changed every two days. I didn’t have any issues with loud noise and the staff would look out for me when I went out late. I have nothing but positive things to say about Casa de la Trinidad and highly recommended this hotel. I will definitely be back!

El hotel está regular, en las habitaciones no salía casi agua de la regadera, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por esta razón y tampoco tenían agua caliente, todo el tiempo apagaban el calentador y tenías que pedir que lo encendieran para poder tener agua caliente. Lo cual no es muy cómodo

Es una hotel en getsemani que desde afuera no se ve tan bien. Una vez dentro es muy placentero y con muy buen servicio. Las habitaciones cómodas y con aire acondicionado. Todo es nuevo El desayuno de lo mejor

Amazing and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely (eggs, ham, and toast with jam). Room was nice. The restaurant right next door is amazing. A full meal for 7mil pesos - very cheap and delicious, authentically local meal. Beds were unbelievably firm. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Still quite happy with the place!

Valoro sobre todo al excelente personal que siempre estuvo a disposición para cualquier duda o consejo que necesitáramos, incluso después de haber hecho el check out. Edgar, Geraldine y Francisco, de lo mejor del hotel! La ubicación es excelente, en el barrio de Gestemani, pero muy cerca de la Ciudad amurallada. La habitación estaba bastante húmeda y encerrada. El desayuno muy bueno.

De uma maneira geral gostamos muito e recomendamos, mas o que deixou a desejar no item conforto foi a agua muito pouca no chuveiro. Faz muito calor em Cartagena e para tomarmos um bom banho tivemos que juntar água em um balde. Isso é o que precisa melhorar.

Al llegar me dijeron que no podían alojarme porque tenían problemas con los aires acondicionados, por lo que me trasladarian a otro hotel. No me llamaron con anterioridad. El hotel a dónde me llevaron era horrible. Me sentí estafada.

I liked the proximity to the old city. However, this property is more of a hostel than hotel. Sleep was disturbed several consecutive nights at 2 to 4 am and once at midnight, by other noisy guests (intoxicated?) returning to their rooms. Excellent breakfast provided by staff, although the eating area is small.

It is a great little motel in walking distance to most of the Historic City area. Friendly and safe area with many restaurants and shops near by. They were very friendly and helpful where they can. Great breakfast. Definitely would like to stay again and recommend staying there. If you don't like a firm or hard bed, or you want an ocean view or want to walk to beach, you might be a little disappointed in that part. I like Hotel Casa de la Trinidad much better than big hotels. It might not the easiest to see or find the first time coming but worth looking for.

It’s a basic room , clean , breakfast was good , friendly staff , in a good area outside downtown , the only issue I had was not always had hot water for the shower and it would shut off during a shower and would take a few minutes before it would start flowing again ,, I would stay there again though

Hotel muito mal cuidado.
O hotel até que está numa região bem próxima as principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Mas o descaso com as instalações internas é um absurdo. Me hospedei por 6 dias e apenas em hum tive agua quente no chuveiro. Reclamei diversas vezes e de nada adiantou. É um desrespeito total levantar-se da cama quente e ser obrigado a tornar banho gelado. O café da manhã é limitado e o local em que é servido tem apenas três mesas. Melhor não ter! NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE HOTEL.
