Amazing. Everything you need is in a walkable distance. The restaurant at the hotel is great.

Noisy...i mean serious noise from the road from party buses and vehicles day and night. Breakfast was okay. No inner curtain screens despite room facing the road so we couldn't open the drapes. No fridge in room and the hand soap smells like heavy duty institutional cleaner. Bathroom window is barely tinted so you can see into other bathrooms and i assume they can see into yours...wth!

The place was a short drive away from the beach. Parking was convenient. The space was clean and included, a bathroom, kitchen, fridge, tv and other amenities. I found it comfortable.

Todo muy bien, las instalaciones, la ubicación, la atención en el lobby y del personal en general. Los alrededores tranquilos, con varias opciones para comer y un Juan Valdez al lado, fue lo mejor! También hay casas de cambio cercanas, lo único que hay que considerar es que se hace tráfico pesado en ciertas horas pico, para que tomen su tiempo de traslado y no lleguen tarde. En cuanto a los cuartos, son limpios aunque un poco estrechos, pero por el precio creo que está bien. El único detalle que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia fue que no salía agua caliente en la ducha, dos días nos pasó eso, si acaso entibiaba un poquito, sé que es región calurosa, pero igual bañarse con agua fría es difícil para algunos. Ya los otros días si hubo, pero si regulabas con agua fría como que se apagaba la caldera y ya no salía caliente, había que cerrar por completo y volver a abrir la llave jaja. Pero en general buen hotel, seguro y limpio, que es lo más importante para mi. Ah, nuestra reserva incluía desayuno y estaba bien servido. En las comidas/cenas si batallamos porque muchos platos no los tenían disponibles, o no sé si fue mala suerte nuestra justo el día que queríamos comer ahí. Zona segura y cerca de la playa.

Had a great time when I was here. The staff was wonderful! especially Mileydis, the waitress in their restaurant, and Jonathan in the reception area. Instead than eating outside, I would suggest going to the GIO restaurant. The meal is much fresher, cheaper and better. Go to the hotel's beach if you haven't reserved one. Excellent security, privacy, and quietness. The DJ was a smash, and the food and beverages were both excellent. Jesus, the tour leader, deserves a shoutout. He made a fantastic host. This hotel won't let you down. Try it out.

The staff pretended to be nice. We were charged an additional fee for my husband who joined me after my 2nd night there. They reason being because of the breakfast included. We could have spent just $2 and got a pretty good breakfast elsewhere. The charges were equal to another hotel night stay. Ridiculous! The. Shower leaked water all the into the bedroom and the bathroom had a putrid odor as well.

Excelente localização e Ducha Quente!
Melhor localização de Cartagena, próximo a vários restaurantes, farmácias, mercados, laboratório p/ teste COVID e etc. Limpeza tudo ok e o melhor de tudo: DUCHA QUENTE (o que é bem difícil de encontrar em Cartagena, mesmo nas grandes redes de hotéis). Recomendamos a 100%.

Very clean, staff was friendly small hotel but very comfortable and has close beach access. Only problem was that the Hot tubs were not heating properly.

Beautiful Cartagena
It was a wonderful stay with hotel. The free breakfast was great. And the hotel was near the beach. We took tours around the 5 islands. And the staff cleaned the room very well. The staff was very helpful: printed my covid results from clinic free of charge. I will stay here again

La experiencia fue buena aunque hay que mejorar aspectos como la agilidad de atención de en el restaurante y las reservas del jacuzzi, así como el servicio de atender el teléfono. Al cliente hay que decirle la verdad siempre y no andar con rodeos.

My stay was not a good one. There were roaches in the room (3) and it smelled rotten ( mold in shower). I told the overnight clerk and he did nothing. The next morning i left 2 says early and the day staff was friendly and offered another room.

Great Choice!
The hotel is in a great location near the beach, near shops and activity. The interior is very clean and the menu breakfast is tasty. I requested extra portions and beverages and it was no problem! The locals are protesting due to a tax increase , so an 8pm curfew is enforced. There is also an english channel on the TV to accommodate all . Additionally, there is a small refrig in the room to keep items preserved. I recommend !
