The hotel is 2 miles from where my niece lived. We checked in late at night but man at the the front desk was just as nice and personable as if we'd come in during regular business hours.

Liked it all great room. good evening crew Would have been perfect if the breakfast was hot. We were the first ones same wit there and the omelet was just barley warm same with sausages slightly underdone and cool Coffee a well. Great place and room will be back

When we arrived, there was only one older gentleman at the front desk and he was having severe difficulty because he was alone and there were more than 20 people waiting to get checked in. He was also answering phones. It took FOREVER to take care of us and everyone was tired. It’s unacceptable that they only had 1 person working with a SOLD OUT hotel.

Average, not expensive hotel close to I75. Did not have much expectations but at least front desk agent should wear a name tag, greet people, know basic vocabulary such as welcome, thank you please, how can I help you. Once we arrive I was greeted with "wait a minute" after couple minutes front desk agent said "ID and CC" Really ? Train your staff so they know basics of the hospitality.

Front desk staff was pleasant @ 10pm and easy check in. The bed wasn't great but it was definitely not the worst thing.

The bed was comfortable. The sofa was good for watching tv. The room was clean. The staff weren’t very good. The front desk clerk at night was odd and just wanted to talk when we arrived tired and just wanted our room key. The front desk clerk sat watching loud videos behind the desk during breakfast. He seemed inconvenienced when asked about the lack of food. Food ran out early (7:30 am) and egg omelettes were served cold and only 10 thin pieces of bacon were offered in total. You need better food for the breakfast and food needs replenishing faster.

My stay at Comfort Inn was pleasant. The room was spacious and had plenty of towels. All of the staff on both shifts had good attitudes and were helpful. The area seemed safe and the hotel was very quiet.

The staff where very friendly and I loved the cleanliness of the property and rooms. I would recommend family and friends to stay there cause it's nice convenient and close to all the shopping areas around.

Convenient location, close to the interstate (which did add some extra noise). The property was clean, as was our room. The beds were a little harder than I prefer, but my kids loved them. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but it was well stocked. Would stay here again on a short trip.

We were surprised at the quality of this hotel. Very clean room, comfortable bed with lots of extra pillows, lots of extra towels, quick hot water, good breakfast and very friendly helpful front staff. Well located for shopping.

A cut above the rest!!
Compared to the other hotels on this trip it was virtually heaven. The gentleman that checked me in was amazing, older and Caucasian and could speak English. I didn't order a handicapped room, but he showed that my reservation had one for me and it actually worked out the best, because I think there is definite perks for handicapped people even though I wasn't and they put them right on the first floor across from the desk so as not to disturb them which was a problem I had everywhere else on this trip. People are so rude and inconsiderate if they want to party they do not care if anyone around them wants to sleep it's all about them! This room that I had for the majority of my trip for 4 nights was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I was very impressed and if I ever get that way again I will definitely go back to the same Hotel.
