Sorry about your visit. I assure you we do as best as we can to keep illegal activity out of our establishment, we have no control in where the hotel is located we do as best as we can with the area our hotel is located. We only have control of what happens at our hotel and I can reassure you, we have no illegal activities to our knowledge that takes place here at the Fairbridge. As for all your other complaints I will have a talk with my staff and I reassure you again we will be better prepared for the next guest.

We have been taking note at some of the activities that have been partaking at our hotel and we are in the process of cleaning up the area of all law breaking citizens that disrupt our guests stay. I am sorry for any disruptions while at our hotel i hope you give us another try in the future.

We are in the process of painting and renovating rooms we still have a ways to go but we are slowly our best at getting things back together. We also have just ordered all new linens for each room and I personally can assure that all the sheets at the Fairbridge never go unwashed, we do understand the concerns of the stains and looks of the linens and are in the process of placing new sheets in all rooms

Sorry you had to go elsewhere. I assure you it is hotels.com policy to keep a % of the paid amount it says all the details to all policies on the booking site and you have to physically agree and check the box stating you understand this before you continue with the initial reservation. under no circumstances would we keep any money that was refunded to a guest. We have a list of policies I have typed up my self personally, stating in fact all you need to do is ask the woman behind the front desk in the lobby to look at the room prior to initial checkin and payment it is actually the 1st policy on the list. We have took notice in the complaints of how the linens look and have since replaced them with new. we have also have been made aware of some of the problems with the doors to the room and have since hired a handy man to make necessary repairs. as for the bugs we did have 2 rooms that had roaches that customers had complained about in and as soon as the told us we had our orkin man come out and do a complete spray of the property. needless to say you should not have had the experience you had to begin with and for that we are terribly sorry.

We understand location is not ideal but we are doing our best at keeping customers happy even though we are in "a bad part of the neighborhood" As foi the cleanliness we are sorry you had a complaint we will do our best to fix this and hope future customers will be satisfied.
