Convenient location with breakfast buffet
Convenient location close to city center, with parking along the streets in the area but not right by the hotel since it's on a main road. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone with pastries, eggs, bread, cheese, olives, coffee/tea, etc.

Le réceptioniste a refusé d'accepter ma réservation prétendant quel est falsifie. Cela desonore votre cité de réservation. Je demande d'adresser un avertissement à cet hôtel. J'ai réservé dans un autre établissement.

Amazing hotel in the city center
Thanks to all staff and the management for making our visit to Casablanca and Rabat enjoyable. The breakfast was great and all food were tasty :)

Terrible experiencia
Fue una pésima experiencia, ya que había reservado el Hotel con semanas de anticipación y llegando no tenían la reserva y no había habitaciones. Nos pasaron a otro hotel supuestamente de la misma calidad, pero la habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones y olía muy mal. Pésimo servicio

L ' etat de la chambre etait catastrophiques , et sales la salle de bains était dans un etat mediocre , robinet arraché du mur , baignoire sales avec de la peinture , la chambre complète était dans un etat catastrophique, malgré des réclamations de ma part ils ne voulaient pas me donner une chambre en excellent état , j ' ai été déçus de cet hôtel, rien à voir avec les photos de votre site , sans compter les travaux à partir de 8heures du matin, impossible de dormir. J ' espère qu' il y aura un geste commercial de votre part , mon séjour à été catastrophique.

Malgré on a payé les frais d'hôtel en ligne, la dame à l'accueil nous a demandé de payer une deuxième fois d'une façon très méchante. Heureusement via l'intermédiaire de hôtel.com , les choses sont éclaircie. Je donne 0/10 pour la qualité se service dans ce hôtel la, et je le déconseille fortement

Es war ein Alptraum. Der Service war sehr schlecht, viel Lärm und Schmutziges Bad. Ich werde es keinem normalen Menschen weiterempfehlen.

Location. Slums
This was a Nasty hotel and in a worse location. I had to return before dark to even feel safe. Travelocity should be ashamed to be connected to such a horrible place.

وصلنا إلى الفندق ووجدنا المدخل غير مطمئن زحمة ساكنين يدخلون ويخرجون حاملين بضائع ووجدنا المصعد معطل لكن موظفة الإستقبال تصرفت بشكل رائع وأحالتنا إلى فندق آخر تابع لهم

Serves the purpose
The price was cheap and included breakfast. What more can you ask for, right? Being that it’s in an older building, a lot of things were lacking. There was just one power outlet, the room smelled musty and damp, cabinets had items from the previous occupants/or trash. The worst part was that housekeeping just barged in as I was getting ready to leave. I heard a key in the door 15min prior, so I made some loud noises so they know there’s still someone inside. But I guess they couldn’t wait to get in and clean the room. And yet I still had 2 hours before I was required to check out.

23:46到着でしたが、コンプレと言われて宿泊できず、他のホテルを探しました。料金全額支払済だそうですが、返金してもらえるんでしょうか？

Hotel à éviter malgré le prix attractif
Hotel très bruyant. Situé entre un bar et une discothèque. La musique s arrete vers 2h du matin. Beaucoup de subsaharien y logent et ne s arrêtent pas de parler dans les couloirs. J ai eu un problème d éclairage dans la chambre et on m a refusé de changer l ampoule.

Increíble pero cierto
Llegamos allí, y la reserva que teníamos decía que no existía, o que por lo menos llegábamos tarde, y no tenían habitaciones, por lo cual nos tuvimos que ir a otro lado en mitad de la noche.

Établissement non conforme et non recommandable
Chambre insalubre literie ancienne et délabrée petit déjeuner incomplet. Hygiène laissant à désirer . Accueil froid. Cet établissement ne merite pas ses 3étoiles. Une seule étoile et encore.

Kann ich nicht, da ich nicht eingelassen wurde.
Wie angekündigt eingetroffen, wurde ich von desinteressiert dreinschauender "Managerin" (oder Eigentümerin) barsch abgewiesen und durch strömenden Regen ins angebliche "Partner-Hotel" "Colisee" ein paar Straßen weiter geschickt, wo außer dem Fahrstuhl fast auch nichts funktionierte, von Stuhl, Tisch oder anderen Komfort im Zimmer kann keine Rede sein. In der letzten der beiden dort "zugebrachten" Nächte z. B. "sprang" z. B. morgens gegen 5 die Halogen-Lampe über mir an und flackerte ca. 1 Stunde wie eine Diskokugel, bevor sie wieder ausging. Eine halbe Stunde später tropfte es derart stark von der Decke, dass meine Reise-Utensilien dadurch bedroht waren. Die Matratze des Bettes, in dem ich schlief, wurde größtenteils durchnässt. Ich musste, obwohl ich das Hotel an diesem Morgen sowieso verlassen wollte, eigens noch in ein weiteres Zimmer umziehen und konnte dort packen. Die "Managerin" entschuldigte sich verlogen und bot mir ein von mir sowie schon bezahltes Frühstück an. Doch ich war im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes "satt" und lehnte ab. Dafür bestellte mir diese Dame ein total überteuertes Taxi zum Busterminal nach Marrakesh, das statt 50 höchstens 30 Dirham hätte kosten dürfen, doch das Abkassieren Fremder fördert offensichtlich die "Freundschaft" der Einheimischen untereinander. Fazit: weder verhält sich das Management des "Majestic" in Casablanca freundlich und aufnahmebereit noch ist "Colinesse" auch nur annähernd als Unterkunft zu empfehlen.-

Our room window overlooking kitchen
We arrived at midnight due to flight arr time and taxy to hotel. Our room was sold to someone else that night. All rooms full. Very rude staff not aware of our booking. Manager called. Our paperwork finally found. Reason room sold was due to no checkin by 8pm. Arguments followed that our booking was at another hotel. It was now 1am in morn. Finally they agreed our booking was correct. Gave us a room at his uncle's hotel nearby for the night. We checked in next day. Terrible experience. 2 star facilities. No care and mtce of basic repairs in place. Tiles, flooring, sink, pan, grouting all in a terrible mess. A hotel for locals. No foreign tourists seen there. A lot of noise at night from the bar heard and also loud arguments amongst kitchen women heard every night. A terrible place to stay and I dont recommend it for tourists from europe. Staff can't speak English.

Deceptively advertised
"Not quite The Majestic".......from what it reads on hotel description. Certainly not a 3 star to European standards. Could hear Very loud music into my room played until late at night, bar next door. Paid for the breakfast,didn't enjoy decided to eat else where. No water from the bathroom sink..!!

外国人はほとんどいない地元のホテル
はじめにチェックインしようとすると予約されていないと言われ、予約画面を見せてもう一度確認してもらってやっと入れてもらえました。ずっと他の客と喧嘩しており、全然手続きが進まず、英語が通じるのは受付の女性だけでした。部屋はシンプルで、綺麗とは言い難いですが、ユースホステルに慣れている私達にとっては、寝るだけと考えるなら大丈夫でした。朝ご飯は美味しかったです。
