전반적으로 깨끗하고 편리하였습니다. 그런데 체크아웃후 짐보관 장소가 다 찼다며 짐을 보관해주지 않았습니다. 짐을 보관해주지 않으면 여행객들한테 캐리어를 끌고 여행다니란 말인가요?

카사블랑카 - 이비스 시티 센터 숙박 경험
출장으로 5일을 숙박했으며, 세면도구가 제공되지 않고, 냉장고 및 마시는 물이 서비스가 되지 않는거 빼면 괜찮은 편이다. 바로 앞에 역이 있고 그안 지하상가에 한국인이 먹을 수 있는 음식점이 (멕도널드, 중국요리 등등) 있어서 좋다.

The hotel is basic hotel. Nothing fancy about it. Good for the price and breakfast included. But i wouldn't try again. The dest employees are good but they dont tell all you the Information unless you ask. The first day the room smell was not good but the lady who was cleaning regularly made our stay much better. Appreciated her service.

Small property but enough to do a one night maybe 2 night stay. Food options for breakfast was a good variety; however, for me, the quality was not good enough for the quantity. To say it in simplest terms, the food was NOT fresh and lacked of consideration. Everything tested old or came from a can container. The juices were also insipid and mixed with other juices that tasted awful. Tea was terrible. Hummus was rancid and covered with good fresh olive oil to compensate with the recycled ones(over and over from left overs). The good thing about it was the Glovo delivery option we had to get better food to be dropped of at our hotel. And, to be fair, it was very close to the Casa Port train terminal. A few steps away around the corner. You can see the hotel across from the train station but you have to walk around it - no problem 5-10 walk on how fast you walk — that was the best because the train takes you to the airport port in 45 minutes. Overall; you his was an okay hotel. Better the food, the better my ratings will be. Good luck!

Ibis is a very basic hotel, but ok for the money. Ibis Casablanca is hard to get to because of the ongoing construction. The lobby is nice and seems like they have a nice bar and restaurant to offer. Breakfast is $6 a person, this ibis had better options than ibis Tangier. The rooms are very basic almost too basic. There could be more towels and amenities in the rooms. Overall 3.5/5 stars. Also, for whatever reason they couldn’t find our reservation so it took awhile before they gave us our key and just took our IDs to finish the checking in process. We had to pick them up in the morning which was kind of a hassle because there was a lot of guests waiting to checkin

Très bruyant quand il y a des concerts, beaucoup de chat, dont un mort, sentiments de ne pas vouloir sortir le soir, ça ne semble pas sûre, la chambre, le lit était très dur, peut-être 3 pouces seulement, peu de toiletterie, très humide. Je ne pense pas y retourner.

For price point, this hotel is convenient next to the Casa Port station. Found the pillows were a bit flat. There was no bathroom floor mat so a bit inconvenient. Room was fair sized. Lots of restaurants around area to eat. Buffet breakfast had lots of selections. Served our purpose for 2 night stay.

Good location, close to Casa Port train station. So, transfer by train from the airport to city centre is convenient. Also, travel from Casablanca to Rabat is easy. Close to some tourist attractions.

Front desk staff was cold and impolite. Inadequate toiletries in the room with one bath towel per person, and only a bottle of bath gel/ shampoo by the sink and inside the shower. When I requested an additional towel and a bath mat, front desk clerk sternly refused. Although it is marked as non-smoking room, the first room we were given was smoky. And the hallways and public areas were reeked with smoke

The room was musty and smelled like smoke, and felt unclean. The air conditioning did not work, so the room was extremely humid and hot. Housekeeping also removed both of our towels and only replaced with one towel. Overall, it was a very poor experience

Nous avons été très déçu de l'accueil et du personnel du bar qui était peu sympathique et ne montrant pas une volonté d'aider. Limite malpoli. La chambre petite était assez sale : draps du lits limite propre (je me suis demandé si quelqu'un avait dormi dans le lit avant vu les plis des draps), pas de poubelle dans la chambre.

There is the most convenient place to stay here . If you won't rent a car , train from Mohammed Airport departures each hour from 6 am to 11 pm until the last station casa port. Safe and quiet quicky and just 5 dollares. 50 dinar

Walkable to other areas. Very conveniently located just adjacent to train station. Solo traveller. Bed was comfortable and not much noise on the street.

Rooms are small and have basic needs. This hotel is not managed at all. Front desk staff is untrained and he treated us very badly. He was not able to handle a small booking error and instead chose to argue with us. We had to call Expedia to resolve the booking error. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, tables were full of bread crumbs. People smoked in the lobby as well.

The rooms facing train station will have some road noise and train announcements noise but it goes down after 11p.m which is sleeping time as trains stop functioning at around 11p.m
