Good in Géneral but not perfect as 4 Stars services !!
arriving at the hotel after a long trip, with 2 small kids .The receiption was not professional( both of the two girls no welcoming or smile , any more :-) no public relations come cross rude loud .We were very tired from the trip and wanted to be able to check-in, drop our bags, shower and rest . Unfortunately when we arrived the unwelcoming lady at the front desk told us that there is no reservation under my name,at this point I was irritated. thanks god the general manager comes and fixed the issue but on the other way we got More extra charges for 2 small child ( infant included ) because There are not on my reservation doc ( which is right because off the expedia app issues , but on the otherside , every familly knows that we do not paid for child under 4 ans ( even in 5 stars hotels ressorts :-) , talking by experience , on the positive side the general manager was so freindly and very respectful and take care of our reservation and took the time to fix every thg
no coffee or tea capsules and even no bottle of water was not placed in the room as expected
I understand that the hotel needs to make money from everything and anything but this is a very unprofessional way to pay 600 DH for a shower hhh ( not a SPA )my wife and i was very disapointed , obviously not expected from a 4 stars hotel,
On the positive side, the room was clean,all stuff except the both girls at reception was so freindly and very welcoming.
