친철한 소피텔
도착하자마자 엄청 환대해주었고, 체크인하는동안 티와 쿠키도 전해주고, 방까지 캐리어 옮겨주는 등등 매우 친절했습니다. 2층에 운동기구와 수영장도 이용할수 있었는데 여행 막바지라 피곤해서 침대에만 누워있느라고 못가본게 아쉽네요. 체크아웃하고 나온뒤에도 문앞에서 택시 기다리는동안 티를 가져다 주는 등 마지막까지 친절하게 대해주어 기분이 좋았습니다.

가격이 비싸지만 가격값을 합니다.
노보텔의 불만족 스러움으로 소피텔로 옮겼는데 건물 외향부터 그리고 내부 시설까지 청결하고 멋집니다. 내부에 세면대가 2개가 있고 노보텔에는 없는 헤어컨디셔너와 몸 닦는 때밀이 스러운 것도 있습니다. 샴푸랑 린스 바디로션은 록시땅꺼였고 바디워시는 랑방이였습니다. 이런 섬세한 것까지 더 만족스러웠고 또 전체적으로 청결함과 친절함은 좋았습니다.

Super service and hospitality
When we arrived in the evening of Dec. 27th, my friend realized that she left her phone in the taxi. The staff at reception, the concierge and at the front door immediately asked for details and tried to find ways to recover the phone. Within 5 minutes, they identified the driver and called him to come back to the hotel to return the phone. We are very grateful to the friendly and very helpful staff, who saved our day.

Le service est le point fort de l'établissement!
Le service est excellent. Ls chambres sont correctes mais vieillissantes. Une bonne rénovation est nécessaire pour retrouver l'esprit Sofitel tel qu'on l'a connu. Bonne expérience et un bon rapport qualité prix. Bcp de travaux autour.

Service au top !
Sejour d'affaires en groupe. Le service est excellent, avec une mention spéciale pour Oumnia ainsi que la serveuse en charge du groupe. Souriantes, prévenantes, présentes et très à l'écoute. La literie est bonne, les chambres très correctes. L'hotel est certes vieillissant et entourés de travaux mais ca reste une valeure sure pour le business en rapport qualité prix avec une vraie valeur ajoutée sur le service.

I’ve stayed at the Sofitel a few times now. I love the rooms, the layout and amenities, and the restaurant -particularly for dinner -is first class. However, the hotel is older and each room I stayed in had some minor problems - broken wall panels, broken sinks, mysterious dripping- that just come from age. If this kind of thing bothers you, stay at a newer hotel.

One night at Casablanca waiting for my flight.
I requested a wake-up call, which never happened. This is unacceptable for a hotel that wants to be a 5 stars.

i did not like any thing about this property, breakfast was like a three star hotel . SPA was always closed and you had to call to have the facility to turn on , broken faucet and no drain in the shower was bad in SPA.. i would rate this hotel max 3.5 star not 5 star and do not recommend at all .

Good location at the edge of Medina. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is average for the cost. Dinner is of good quality. Somewhat expensive, the restaurant is basically an extension of the lobby. Great views from the high-up floors. Very easy to get a taxi cab. Security personnel totally irrational. A friend of mine with an extended stay due to a later flight needed help with luggage packing, but his other friend who checked out a couple of hours earlier was not allowed to come up inside for a few more moments to assist with the packing of the souvenirs. The whole thing left a sour taste.

Fuyez, une horreur… clairement plus un Sofitel !
Séjour professionnel de 2 nuits, la première chambre était une cellule, pas de tableau, des rideaux déchirés, indigne d’un Sofitel. Après réclamation on m’a mis dans une autre chambre plus conforme, toutefois j’ai signalé 2 fois que la TV ne fonctionnait pas et elle n’a pas fonctionné de tout le séjour… Lors d’un déjeuner à la Brasserie, je suis le seul client et ma viande arrive froide ! Par contre ils sont très fort pour proposer le taxi de l’hôtel à des prix 3 ou 4 fois plus cher que les taxi normaux. Rien de bien à part la literie ! Tout le reste n’est plus du niveau d’un Sofitel et de très très loin. Jamais plus jamais.
La très belle chambre !

Great location, wonderful staff.
Location was great for seeing the sites and finding places to eat. Staff was wonderful, true Moroccan hospitality. Room could use a renovation, particularly bathroom fixtures.

Hotel is under renovations and I got an I renovated room. The decor wasn’t bad. The room smelled like humidity and towels were tired. The bed felt like it was sinking. Restaurant food was excellent and public spaces were nice. Area is not very nice and would never stay there again
