I'm also sorry that we could not come to a resolution that you found acceptable, although I did offer you what I felt was a generous offer of a credit towards a future stay. When you call us on the evening of arrival and ask to change your dates, it can be very difficult for the hotel to balance accommodating your requests with managing a business. I double checked, and the photos on Expedia are exactly the room that you received upon check-in. Although you did not book an oceanview room, the room you booked is only steps from the beach, as advertised. Please feel free to contact me directly if you wish to discuss this matter further.
