The staff had the audacity to ban me from renting a room there because of a complaint I had made about three years prior about the chlorine levels being to high in the pool making breathing extremely hard for my mom and effecting others in our group too. Ofcourse they took my “non refundable” deposit made for reserving my room for my booking .i had no idea I was even banned in the first place!!!! 😣 never again

The staff did not have the audacity to ban you from renting a room at our hotel -- that was my decision. There was more to the reasons that you and your mom were placed on the do not rent list that I will not get into here. In addition, we have made a decision to not rent to local residents due to these types of issues. Butch Richards, GM

No running water at time of check in. Slow drains in bathroom sink and shower. Cracked plaster walls near A/C unit. Poorly maintained property. Friendly and welcoming staff at front desk.

Room was not clean built up hair and dirt on the floor in the bathroom. The shower wall had mold growing in the cracks. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and worn out. The heater rattled all night. The breakfast was horrible. Food tasted like it had been reheated several times.

Pool and hot tub OPEN LATE! and early, too. I got here near midnight after 700 miles on the road, and the pool and hot tub were still open! Awesome. (Why do all the other hotels lock them up so early?) Plus, they opened them quite early, so I could take a dip before hitting the road for another 700 mile drive. It was great. The staff were perfectly cheerful, too.

The room was not clean. Called to have it recleaned. They did not!! Addressed that issue again this morning with more is zero resaults. It was handled calmly, however the man at the front desk was sometging else. We are checking out and not coming back.
