The staff was amazing. They were ok with my family gathering after a funeral to let the kids swim while the adults just talked. The bed was comfortable, the room was perfect and not cramped, and the breakfast is the best I have ever had!!! Will be staying again when I come back home to visit.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer. Great hotel east side of Casper. Close to all new restaurants and shopping.

It was what you expect from this hotel nothing fancy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasnt the greatest milk expired.

Disappointed in service
Chose this hotel because of rating and hot tub. At check in we were charged an additional $7 fee for booking through a third party. And after charging this additional fee and after giving us our room keys then we were told the hot tub was out of order. At 9pm I called the front desk due to 4 boys running the hallway screaming at the top of their lungs. They would not stop even after my husband asked them to and saw their was no parent with them. The front desk hung up on me and did nothing. Other than those two things the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised.

Rooms were fairly soundproof. It was during our state basketball tournament at full capacity and we didnt even hear anybody else in the halls, or rooms above and below us.

This is a very modern and clean hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms are maintained very well and super comfortable. Will definitely stay there when in town.

Room had to be cleaned upon arrival. Waited and Wa
Been up since 3 am and very tired. rented three rooms and the main one we needed needed to be cleanned and was missed first time around. Just tired and did not want to have another hassle. Did not have another 2 bedroom suite available and had grandkids that needed to get to bed after a big Thanksgiving. Clerk was very good and it was not their fault.

Nice modern clean hotel. Lots of furniture in room, comfortable beds, full kitchen. Did not like that Hot Tub was out of service. One of the main reasons I selected this hotel.
