If you want to go hell, check in here.
Reception was very unkind. The bathroom structure was very dangerous and I was in an accident. I had a big bruise on my shoulder, but the receptionist just avoided my gaze and just said 'sorry' twice. I had nothing to do with shoulder and back pain during the trip. I asked for a taxi to check out, and I got 33 euros to the airport. If you want to go hell, check in here.

호텔은 전체적으로 잘 관리된 상태였으며, 조식도 양호했습니다. 그러나 Wifi 수신상태가 너무 좋지 않았으며, 객실 내에선 인터넷 사용이 어려웠습니다. 위치는 바로셀로나 도심에서 멀리 떨어져 있으나, 저희는 차량을 렌트했기 때문에 크게 문제되지 않았습니다. 주변에 쇼핑몰이 있어 간단한 쇼핑도 용이합니다. Wifi가 잘 작동하지 않았다는 점을 빼면, 양호한 호텔이라 생각됩니다.

Some staff member were not good. Not helpful. Very first day found small glass pieces in the room because bathroom glass door was broken halfway hanging. Glass pc went on my daughter's feet we showed them. They didnt feel to be bothered and was told that they will clean it. Again we came back late night and glass pcs were there at 11pm and they said we can chage your room now. We said its too late will put towels on the floor. Then they had a a big group checked in almost 100 people and 20 to 30 kids. Kids were running around in the lobby and every floor playing hide n seek.make loud noices at midnight. We called 3 times that can you please tell them to stop and even kids were knocking the doors and run away at midnight. Staff said we cannot do anything because big group checked in. Had no choice to leave the hotel that late. Next morning we had a flight to catch.. very bad experience. Even tjey said if you park here will charge you. I said give me few minutes to unload the bags.

This is a beautiful hotel. With modern decor and cozy yet comfortable rooms. I loved the memory foam pillows. The breakfast blew me away with the wide selection they had. Friendly staff that made you feel welcomed. Loved this place and would come back in the future.

We spent 3nights it was really nice. But the problem was in the morning when we went for our breakfast. We did not know it was a buffet. The staff did not tell us so we went in sitting down waiting to be served food but no one was coming to us until everyone in the restaurant left we were like we haven’t eaten but the staff were looking at us like what’s wrong with these people. Until one of the staff came from the other side and asked what happened and we explained to he apologised to us and say it was a misunderstanding. But the next day we were okay. Everyone was happy. Apart from that little mistake it was okay.

The room looked a bit better on the photos. We were probably located in an older part of the hotel. Some malfunctions here and there but no big deal. WiFi in the room was kinda slow and kept disconnecting. Once you got out of the room it was okay. AC worked well. Great location, very close to stores like Lidl and the Castelldefells beach is so close you can just take a walk. Bus stop very nearby, train station requires a walk but still very close.

Pour des vacances au top !
2ème séjour dans cet hôtel que je recommande. Tout était très bien : Personnel, installations, situation et même leur restaurant à la carte (avec en plus des prix raisonnables!). Lors de mon prochain séjour à Malte, je ne me poserai même pas la question du "où aller" !

The property was selected because of "close proximity" to BCN. It was a 30 euro taxi ride unless you want to take a couple of buses that took about an hour to get there. The check in process was a long wait - over half hour in line. The hotel did not have our booking and I had to get the Expedia ref # and the clerk called to see if we had a reservation. This was upsetting because the hotel was fully booked. The hotel said that Expedia was not forwarding the reservations. I didn't receive a follow up from Expedia about the reservation, which makes me nervous to use Expedia. When we finally got to the room, the AC/heat wasn't working and finally it was fixed. The hotel advertises free wifi throughout the hotel but we were unable to get a strong signal. My partner checked and it was 3 mb, which is pathetic. There was one clerk who was helpful. The others were not. When we had trouble with the heating, the female at reception asked "What is heating?" Really??? Food in the hotel was good and the bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were spacious. Cleaning was done. Steam room and sauna were okay. The steam room felt dirty. Sauna was good but either were very hot. Didn't use the pool - unheated outdoor. I'll go to back to Sitges next time. It's easier and a prettier area.

It was a day night after closest to the airport for us. We spent the week in the heart of Barcelona and wanted something away from the city and about a 12 min taxi ride to the airport. Service was okay. Not the friendliest, most welcoming that I’ve experienced but it did what it had to.
