This reservation was made at the Prestige Inn, not the Resort. The two hotels have separate inventories and booking systems. The booking would not have been transferred from the resort to the inn and we are very sorry that this was how it seemed.Your comments about the train noise and bathroom size are duly noted, and we understand the frustration it caused.We regret that the room upgrade did not meet your expectations, and we'll use your insights to improve our communication and guest experience.
