Good reasonably priced hotel
lovely hotel and friendly staff , clean good size room and very reasonably priced with a lovely breakfast included. Cosy snug bar area . Down sides are chairs in dining area need replacing as the foam is worn out . Carpets threadbare in places on stairs . Overall a nice hotel .

Brilliant!
Very enjoyable stay in the River Island Hotel, Castleisland. Nice atmosphere, room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We were disappointed in this hotel. It was unclean and our room smelled like urine. We couldn’t get service at the bar so we had to go back and forth from the restaurant to get our drinks and then sit in the bar. The bed was incredibly hard.

Lovely hotel in the middle of castleisland great breakfast buffet and nice food we really enjoyed our stay few mins drive from tralee kilarney and a great pub next door to it brownes great irish traditional music on fridays and so friendly in there if you fancy a bit of music and a nice pint !!

Discovered that it would have been cheaper to book at the hotel site instead for F going through Expedia. We paid 137.00 per night plus taxes for a total of over $310.00 and could have had the same room $100.00 cheaper 😤😤😤

There was no accessible lift from the ground floor. Otherwise it was ok. Unfortunately the construction made things harder for pick up/drop off. Cosy small town feel.

My stay was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and very clean. Check in was very efficient with no problems.

Breakfasts were superb and the staff were extremely helpful from the front desk to the servers. A lady even made us some sandwiches after the food had finished after 9.30pm as we had been out all day. We didn't need a meal just a small bite and she was only too happy to oblige.

Lovely hotel & great staff
I was on trip with my 3 sisters & a brother, we had 3 rooms, all were lovely & clean, beds very comfortable & tea & coffee topped up daily! Good shower. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again 😁

Great spot for working in tralee
I am becoming a regular. Great location to stay just outside tralee. Large rooms, clean and great prices.

the building is gorgeous but the rooms were so uncomfortable and on the main road so its very loud.

River Island Hotel
Absolutely wonderful hotel smack dab on Main Street. The hotel has an old charm. The restaurant at the hotel is also top notch! I highly recommend eating there after a long day. Staff was extraordinary, willing to help you with any questions or concerns.
