We have stayed here before and will stay again. A great spot in a great little town. Can’t beat the hospitality and location.

Beautiful property located right at the pier. It’s lovely and quiet, yet very conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. The staff was FABULOUS! Each person was very kind and very helpful. We had the most relaxing weekend in this lovely inn. I highly recommend it! We will certainly be back!

The room I was given was not what I expected, for first time staying at this hotel, according to hotel management they gave me the room that Expedia reserved for me, the description that Expedia gave me about the room was not what I expected, toilet 🚽 was plugged have the night, I was calling hotel # emergency # at 4:00 AM to use the restroom, it got plugged, plus they gave me a bottom level with not so good of an ocean view, and I thought the room was going to have a jacuzzi, and it only had a hot tub that was not very big👎 but the hotels explanation was that is the type of room that Expedia reserved for me, so not a good experience👎

The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious. They offer free cookies every evening and drinks from 4-5. The location was perfect. We can’t wait to go back!

The person who checked us in was not welcoming. We requested a room on the upper level, and had the written confirmation, and we were placed on the lower level nevertheless. We were told when using Expedia, we can’t be assured our request would be honored. The parked cars obstructed our view of the beach. Others staff members we encountered during our stay were more customer oriented and pleasant. The breakfasts and wine hour were disappointing, as they were not held in the charming common area. Breakfast was very tasty, but having it served in a styrofoam box to be eaten in our room was not the most convenient. The town if fine, but the short ride to Morro Bay is well worth it. Lovely town, beautiful surroundings and excellent restaurants.

Great balcony view of the ocean. Staff was wonderful. Sitting by the fireplace while listening to the ocean.

My room was spacious and the view absolutely could not be beat! The private balcony and fireplace were real treats. The cookies and wine in the evening were lovely touches. My only suggestions for improvement would be that as a female traveler, I would have preferred a more secure lock. My door only had the botton you push and turn. I ended up also scooting a chair in front of the door. A latch or deadbolt would have made me feel more secure. And lastly, I was not a fan of breakfast. A burrito is not what I expected for the advertised “gourmet” breakfast. Overall a lovely B&B with friendly staff where I would definitely stay again as well as recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The Cayucos area is wonderful for a relaxing and chill honeymoon. The beach was really nice and every single store and restaurant in the town was incredible. Nothing bad to say, all around fantastic! We would recommend any couple to honeymoon here!

We Will Be Back!
Everything about our stay at "On the Beach B & B" was exceptional. It was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The staff were all very friendly and genuinely devoted to making our stay the best it can be. We loved the location and proximity to the pier, the beach and restaurants. And the breakfasts, which were provided as part of our stay were gourmet good! Going forward, this is going to be our "go to place" anytime we are visiting Cayucos!

This B&B is lovely--clean, well-maintained, convenient. We loved the small-town atmosphere, the decor, large rooms, good breakfast, plus a glass of wine in the evening and warm afternoon cookies. Front desk was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. It's a great place to stay.

Love this spot. Cayucos is such a cute town and this is the anchor. Perfect location and the staff is amazing. All the amenities here!

We stay here every time!
This place is the best. My husband and I look forward to staying here every chance we get. The hotel is so charming and adorable and you can tell the owners and workers take so much pride in it. Each room is different! The location can't be beat and I love that they have happy hour every day with snacks, and they have a hot breakfast for you every morning. Free parking on site is such a treat, especially because we have motorcycles and we know they are safe there. The place is so clean and has everything you need. Since you're on the coast and it can be foggy lots of the days, the fireplace in the room is so great and also the patio/deck is cool for hanging outside. Can't say enough!!

The Hostess that checked us in was super friendly, we told her it was our anniversary and she offered us a comped bottle of wine or champagne. There is also a "happy hour" we we can choose from a glass of wine a a bottled beer. We were provided with cookies each evening as well as breakfast each morning. We had to call the kitchen to see what was on that days menu and it was brought in a tray to our room. It was delicious! The price is a little high but for the view, the service and the location, we will definitely book again for a special occasion!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well designed; the bathroom had a deep spa tub with plenty of hot water, and the location was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! Our room was downstairs, so we had an assigned parking spot right in front of our balcony. My only complaint is the cars in the the lot blocked our view of the water. I suggest paying the extra money for a second story room. I’m already looking for time to return for another stay.

Loved loved loved it. Beautiful room with an ocean view and a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Spacious room comfortable beds and chairs, delious breakfast and service was excellent.
