Booked on line 10th July.Not informed Elevator was NOT WORKING. On arrival allocated room on floor 6. Particularly difficult for 85 yrs old.

価格重視の方にお勧め
お湯を頼んだら5分待ってと言うので、待ってたらずっと言ってくれないので、再度お湯下さいというと慌ててすぐに取りに行った。忘れていたみたいで、すぐに持って来てくれたけど、謝りもせず、、、。 立地はロビンソンギャラリアに歩いて行けるし、SMも近いし良いが、ホテルの周りはあまり治安が良いと言えないみたい。私は一度SMまで歩いてみたが、歩けない距離じゃないけど、治安が悪そうだし、セブはタクシーやバイクタクシーが安いから乗る事をお勧めします。

Lågt pris, dålig kvalitet.
Slitet hotell med småkryp i rummet. Tur vi bara hade en övernattning för att resa vidare dagen efter. Checkade in rätt sent och klev upp tidigt för att vara på frukosten (som var helt ok) direkt på morgonen för att sedan kunna checka ut direkt då vi inte ville vistas där längre än nödvändigt.

Convenient place and reasonable price
The photos shown may not be the one you will stay as standard room have different room size. It could be smaller than stated by the hotel info. Wifi is weak everywhere, even in the lobby.

Good hotel for the value
Our room was comfy, but outdatedand a little dirty too. We also had ants in our room. The staff are wonderful, especially Rhadora, who is a very helpful person. The complimentary breakfast is good. Overall, it’s a good hotel for the value and would stay there again.

Average hotel. Very near Robinsons Galleria Cebu and walking distance to SM City Cebu.

Older hotel but comfortable.
The hotel staff were friendly and let me check in early. The room was spacious with a city view. The room and hotel were clean but are starting to look old. The included breakfast was good with 2 choices ; Filipino or American. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Robinson's Galleria and 7/11. It's about a 20 minute walk to SM city mall or a short taxi ride there. Checkout was also fast.

利便性がよく周りも静か
歩いてロビンソンモールへ行けます。ショッピングや食事には全く困りませんでした。部屋の中も清潔で温水もきちんと出ました。部屋には窓も付いており見晴らしもまずまずでした。無料の朝食も付いており贅沢さをもとめなないのであれば合格点です。たまたま宿泊客が少なかったせいか食事はゆっくり楽しむことがでました。部屋の広さもまずまずでスーツケースを拡げてもまったく問題有りませんでした。また機会があれば泊まってもよいと思っています。

Нет ни одной причины здесь останавливаться.Паром supercat отходит от 1 пирса.Район порта-грязь пыль.В отеле был 2 дня-туда,2 обратно.Не разу не убирали,чайник-воду приходилось просить.Рядом Робинзон,не понравился,но от него и до него ходит бесплатный автобус,можно ездить в центр и обратно бесплатно.В 10 минутах хода есть супермаркет Сити -там лучше,много фруктов.Не рекомендую.Октябрь 2018 Сергей.Зеленоград.

Close to Robinsons and SM Malls and sea port..
Room was clean, wifi continually went out, sometimes for long periods. The aircon in my room blew right on the bed a few feet away and no way to adjust the air flow.

Pleasant stay.
Staff were friendly and efficient while checking us into the room. The room was clean, comfortable, and adequate size. Good tv channel selection. When we sat down at the breakfast room we were not offered a choice of breakfast. The server brought my Filipino partner a rice based breakfast, and they served myself, who is a foreigner a bread based breakfast. It was a decent breakfast but my only suggestion is for the server to give people a choice and not assume what a guest would prefer based on their skin color. Robinson's mall is less than a 5 minute walk away. SM mall is approximately a 15 min walk away. We felt safe in the area walking around in the day time. We were granted late checkout for an additional 100 Pisos per extra hour.

The pictures from the hotel DO NOT look the same as the actual room. While I was taking a shower, the water cut off. There was no warm water. The staff was friendly but not helpful. I submitted a complaint with my information, they said they were going to call me back or email me and I still have not heard anything from them.

男友達と2人で行って予約を間違ってクイーンサイズのベッド1台で予約してしまってたみたいなのですが受付でスタッフさんがそれに気付いてくれ、上にいるスタッフに「セパレートなんたら」と電話してくれて僕はその時初めて「あ、ベッド1台で予約してもうたかも！？」と気付きました。 案内された部屋にはベッドが2つあって助かりました。 ゲイカップルにはいらないお世話かもしれませんがスタッフも良いホテルだと思います！ 場所が少し怖いかなぁ。 女の子2人で行くならタクシーをお勧めします。

Intermittent internet, no fridge but we did get 2 bottles of water each day. Good location next to Robinson’s Galleriea. Free breakfast was decent. Just not a comply bed but ok for the price and for only 2 nights.

Tæt på havnen. Dejligt når man skal med færgen. Hos naboen til hotellet lejer man værelser ud på time basis!. Robinson Mall ligger bare et stenkast væk. Så shoppinggenet kan blive grundigt stimuleret.

Pros: Excellent staff service. Quick response on each of our request Free newspaper Free kettle upon request Free hair dryer upon request Free ice on a glass upon request Free breakfast Free extra hot water on a cup during breakfast Spacious room Comfortable bed TV with cable channels Nice aircon Clean room I like it that the floor is tiled, not carpeted I love the comfy couch I like the view port I like the window shades especially at night when lights are off, there is a magnificent view of lights from the port. Walking distance to pier 4 where we bought out ferry tickets About 5 minutes walking distance to Robinson's mall About 20-30 minutes walking distance to SM mall 7-11 a minute walk Minor cons but no big deal Good bed but would be better if 1 bed only as booked, not 2 twin beds. We needed to move to a different location  because their hotel is surrounded by freight and hardware companies. We moved at the city proper.

Hotel for those who use ferries next morning
Location is good if need to use Cebu harbour services (ferries, boats...) also Robinson very near and SM City quite near. Friendly staff and helped us find boat timetables from local newspaper. Rooms are not very welcoming and could be in better shape. Cost was 1300 pesos including small breakfast for 2 persons. Ok value for money in Cebu city area.

Bon rapport qualité prix
L'hôtel en lui même offre tout ce que l'on peut désirer pour le prix demandé. Il est situé dans la zone portuaire industriel et tout près du terminal des traversiers et facilement accessible de l'aéroport. Cependant la ville de Cebu est peu attrayante pour les touristes.

I reserved it for my sisters. They said they'll check in to a different hotel next time. The management can probably improve their services. They have to pay for an additional cup of coffee and food did not taste good. Towels looked overused.
