위치적 최고 호텔
여러번 묵었던 호텔이라 별로 감흥이 없습니다. 시설은 잠만 자기에 적절하고 샴푸와 수건 이외 없습니다. 위치적으로 아주 좋으며, 가격대비 숙박으로는 좋다고 생각합니다. 다만 호텔 보다는 유스호스텔 정도? 라생각 합니다.

지방 여인숙 정도로 생각하면 될것같습니다.
한국인이시라면 지방 여인숙 정도로 생각하면 될것같습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하나.. 건물자체도 노후화됐고, 침대며, 객실비품 전체적으로 오래되서 큰 기대하지마시고 그냥 하룻밤 때우는 정도로 생각하시고 묵으시면 됩니다. 조식또한 뷔페식이기는 하나 식사는 밥 포함 7개정도 메뉴가 비치.. 디저트로는 수박과 식빵, 음료 몇개 뿐입니다. 계란후라이, 고기볶음(?) 정도 먹을수있겠더군요... 가격도 옆의 조금 급높은호텔과 비슷하니 몇천원 보태서 그쪽에 가시는게...

WE did not like the noise from the events held at the hotel. The fact that they went on till 11.30 at night on some occasions. Also the sounds of what seemed to be someone drumming for long periods of time, at all hours of the day & night.

I know that left my manicure set there and their staff denies seeing it. They need to screen their help more thoroughly with background checks. The breakfast and their breakfast staff was their saving grace. First room, the aircon quit, the 2nd room they had to replace the phone and the cable box.

Maintenance problem
The key card had some problems where you insert it for electricity. Maintenance was informed but it seemed that they had no immediate answer to the problem. I think they wanted to check it but I was still staying for the week-end. I am not sure if the problem was attended to.

Not satisfied
Not cleaned properly. There's nothing inside the fridge even water. No shower cap or hair dryer. No safety vault. Bed full of small red ants. Food choices is very limited. No signal in the room so cannot connect to wifi, no point of providing us the password. The room was not prepared when we check in so we have to wait for few minutes considering the fact that we arrive late. The room is big though but not worth the money.

Very bad experience and bad service
I used to come here often because it's cheap and in a good location, and I would forgive small mistakes but I'm done. For this stay: 1. We were placed at a room near the housekeeping room and fire exit and the staff always talked very loudly and screamed at each other. I'm not kidding. Screaming. 2. Their front desk staff were so lazy that even when I told them about my request for drinking water, they asked me to call the resto instead of doing it themselves. And I told them the resto wasn't answering my call. 3. They refused to give us an official receipt. Which I'm sure is not legal. 4. The bathtub was dirty. 5. The room smelled like smoke. 6. The aircon was cranky and old.

Ut was all good except for when we were checking out. They couldn't find my booking I had done on hotels. I showed them my confirmation and gave them the booking number as well. They told us to wait while they looked and we told them that we were in a hurry to the airport. After a while they still couldn't find the booking so I ended up paying twice for the room.

Terrible staff
the receptionist needs to be retrained or to be sent home. I don't know her name, but she doesn't need to be working. I have never seen such an ugly attitude. Her attitude is just sour.

It was an excellent vacation.
The hotel has a good location and services. We could walk to a lot of interesting places that were described in our written guide of the Philippines.

Even though we had the hotels.com confirmation, the hotel didn't have our reservation. After about 45 minutes of searching they finally found us an available room, but it was not the deluxe that we reserved. The next day they put us in a deluxe room, but it was not like the one in the pictures.

Not very considerate. Arrived at 2am due to early flight. Accommodated but have to check out 12nn same day. They say 2am will still count as the day yesterday check in. What a joke!

Male Front Desk Manager-On-Duty Was Arrogant When I Protested That My Room Was Not The Right BED SIZE As Reflected On My EXPEDIA Confirmation Document. I Failed To Ask Though For HIS NAME On The On-Set Because I Was Upset On His Behaviour , But Nonetheless , Said Golden Peak Hotel Top Mgmt Can TRACE Its Employee Attendance Records. I Have Checked-In 6PM Of AUG 5, 2016... Please Be Wary On The Said Hotel Staff. Thank you.

Stayed at the Golden Peak before and had a nice stay. This year our room was bigger. However, the internet wifi was very poor. The water in the shower was just barely warm. The free breakfast was cold. Not as good as my first visit. Will probably visit again if the price is right.

I enjoyed my stay
That free breakfast every morning was a wonderful bonus added to my time at this wonderful hotel. I wish I could stay there indefinitely.

Convenient location and good breakfast!
I was not expecting much of this hotel. You get what you paid for. Convenient location to places I needed to go. I was not expecting much of their breakfast meal and surprisingly the foods displayed daily were tasty. They tried to offer variety of meals every morning and the staff were friendly and courteous to everyone. I am thankful to the cleaning staff because my daily requests for them: to change the bed sheet, cover sheet and pillow cases daily were dutifully done. On the other hand, the aircon in RM 1115 was a bit noisy. I think cleaning and or repair will help. The shower needs repair too. Lastly, I had issue connecting to their wifi and needed to buy my own pocket wifi. Overall, I had a comfortable room and staff were great! Thank you:)

Ich habe mich insgesamt 8 Tage in diesem Hotel aufgehalten. Das Personal war bis zur Führungsebene sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Das Hotel lag sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Dafür war der Straßenverkehr extrem laut und bis in den 12. Stock zu hören. Und dies 24 Stunden lang. Dazu kam die laute Aircondition, so dass ich niemals Ruhe zum Schlafen hatte. Ohne Aircondition ging es aber auch nicht. Das Frühstück war bescheiden, wer sich aber anpasst wird auch hier zufrieden sein. Da meine Weiterreise auf eine Insel nicht möglich war, musste ich meinen Urlaub abbrechen. Deswegen ist meine Beurteilung auch sehr subjektiv.
