세부 새벽 도착으로 마사지 패키지 포기하고 호텔이 편할거 같아서 윗돈주고 예약했는데 일단 택시기사도 이 호텔을 모르고 구글지도 찍고 골목에 도착하는 동시에 호텔간판은 보이지않고 암흑뿐이고 다른호텔 안으로 들어가야 랭커스텔 여인숙이 보이고 우리가 예약을 한지도 모르는 카운터 안내직원분이 반겨주고 방 안내 받고 쉬고 싶은 생각이 전혀 안들정도에 시설관리 및 청결유지가 전혀 안되있음. 와이프는 나가자고 하는걸 겨우 말리고 침대에 우리가 가지고온 옷가지로 깔고 씻지도 않고 그냥 2~3시간 잠시 눈만 붙이고 샹그릴라 리조트로 이동. 정말 다시는 가고싶지도 않고 절대 추천못하는 호텔. 공항에서 가까워서 갔는데 완전 비추.

so so..
spent 1night & the price feels a bit expensive considering the overall room condition. location is good, closed to airport. water doesn't drain well. it's not a hotel actually, duplex type apt. so we had to take all bags to upstairs bedrooms.

인생 최악의 호텔
어떻게 호텔이라는 타이틀을 가지고 있는지가 의문이고, 투숙객은 저 이외에는 한명도 없었습니다. 전부 폐가인듯한 느낌이였고, 입구도 너무 음산했습니다. TV는 당연히 작동하지 않았고, 침구류도 너무 더러웠습니다. 공항과 가까워서 선택했었는데, 공항과도 거리가 꽤 멉니다.

공항과 가깝다 직원분은 친절했고 객실은 그냥무난했는데 외관은 정말 심하게 낡고 지저분해보여서 귀신 나올듯ㅋ

마지막날 안좋은경험.....
밤 12시 비행기를 기다리느라 잠깐 들렸던 호텔..... 에어컨 잘 안나옴, 샤워기 파손, 부엌쪽엔 거미줄 천지, 냄새도 심함.

お湯が・・
外に看板がないのでわかりにくかったです。 値段の割に部屋が広く快適だったのですが、お湯が全く出ませんでした。カランとシャワーの切り替えも回しづらかった。1週間シャワーしか浴びていなかったので最後の1泊は風呂に入りたかっただけに辛かった。

Its far from the photos posted. The only good side of this property is that it is 10 minutes away from the airport. However, the value of money is not worth it! There are far more better places than this.

There is no hair dryer and needed to ask the front twice. We stayed 3 people but the towel is only 1. But there’s a pot, pan knife and some dishes in the kitchen. All amenities are clean.

No direction when checking in. No key given Guy just takes your bags and starts walking away. The place is very poorly kept and a desk in back of an apartment complex that rents empty apartments in very poor condition. Booked new hotel and left.

素泊りするホテルレベル。
2階タイプの2ベッドルームに5宿泊しましたが，備え付けのキッチンは小汚なかった。 マクタンの街，空港へのアクセスはGood。 ホテル室内の備え付けバスタオル，バスマット，はかなり使い込まれてるが、匂いは気にならなかった。 水洗トイレの貯水タンクが壊れていて、水は手動で貯水しました。 素泊りと考えて泊まらないと後で後悔するかも。

Hotels.com gave it an excellent rating. Why?!?!
It was overrated and in a bad area with minimal staff. Some of the building was being demo'd and units right beside us looked bombed out. It was a little unnerving.

Was a condo, so no hotel staples.
When you arrive, no signage pointing you to the "hotel" check in area. You actually go by the condo staff area, which has a sign, to find the check in area. Room itself was ok, including plates, dishware and cookware. No bottled water or coffee / tea. Hotel "rooms" had tags on the door and we're not numbered sequencially. Carrying luggage from "lobby" was a struggle navigating around the pool and then though a parking lot.

I hated it. The place is filthy and broken down. I was dissatisfied. The restaurant next door served tiny portions. The oool was smaller than photos. There were empty units all over in dilapidated condition

空港から近いこれが１番。　でも大通りから入ったところにホテルがありますが、その取り付け道路というか生活道路というか兎にも角にも工事中でしかも雨が降るとタクシーとかに乗らないと行けないような道路でつながっているいるロケーションの転貸ホテル。　コンドミニアムなので長期滞在の方にはぴったしかも。大体月辺り２万円くらいかな。歩けるところに日本レストランもあり。但し朝食を取るのにちょっと不便なところ。写真を撮る事が考えられなかった。

The place is being renovated. Some rooms are new but ours wasn't. Very big room. With kitchen facility, but no kettle. We only stayed overnight so didn't really matter. Very close to airport. Only 50p for taxi.

very very difficult to find the hotel, the name of the hotel does not match the one stated in Expedia the hotel is very outdated, need renovation to match its 3 star rating. the bottle water sold is used and refilled.

Hotel is in state of renovation, with construction going on to convert it into apartment-type units. We stayed in suite ,which was barely adequate, nothing more. Bathroom in unit was below average, particularly toilet structure. I would not book this establishment again.

Dirty room, run-down building...beware!
I should have suspected something was wrong when I tried to contact the hotel to inform them of our late check-in (around 1am) as the Expedia page on the hotel said you must contact them if arriving after midnight. I tried emailing Expedia first as that was one of the options but I got no reply, still haven't. I'm wondering whether Expedia also tried to contact the hotel but couldn't, like me, so just gave up. They must know this hotel is unprofessional to say the least. I then tried to find an email address for the hotel, and only eventually did on some outdated unofficial website. No reply of course. I then tried the two phone numbers listed on their homepage. One was disconnected, the other led to a menu system that did not respond to any numbers. I should've cancelled there and then. The taxi could not find the hotel despite a sign from the road saying '100m ahead'. There is no sign outside the hotel. We eventually found it after driving around the area for about 15 minutes and asking people. This is more a of a run-down condo than a hotel. In fact next to our room were businesses/people renting the rooms to live in. I asked to check the room and it was awful. We turned into the long corridor to the room and there was a dog at the end nuzzling a plastic bag on the floor. The staff that showed us to the room did not bother to pick up the rubbish, just left it there. The room was large with working aircon, TV and kitchen area. A dish, chopping board etc. were dirty...
At least the sheets were clean

This stay was a disaster from the very beginning. They have gutted virtually the whole hotel. We were upgraded from our orignal room because we were not happy and no wifi also. The staff were very accommodating and asked us to consider a 2 bedroom, 2 storey apartment. We were the only guests on the 5th floor especially as most of the other room's had been gutted, ie bathrooms, windows etc removed. Because of my partner we stayed there. The staff were really good. There are major construction and renovation's going on here.

A review from March 2015.
Yes at first glance the neighborhood isn't main road or on a resort, it's on a small road full of kalinderia and Sari Sari stores but the people are friendly and it's easy to get tricycles and taxis. For me the area is good, very close to the airport and so handy for shops. As to the unit, yes the block is like a 1970's East European social housing block but once inside my studio was immaculately clean and quiet. It has modern super quiet split system air con and is a huge studio room with clean linen and a comfortable bed. The staff are really lovely and when I asked if they had a kettle it was there in two minutes. But u need to work with them to maybe get the water from scalding you so if u r shy then you'll probably not be happy because in the Phils things always need sorting haha. However the main problem for me is there is no WiFi, if u r staying long-term a personal wifi is cheap enough. You DO NOT pay for the pool although there are signs up saying you must, these are meant for guests of the other units not managed by Lancaster. SDR next door is exactly the same block but they have their own small pool. This place has an excellent friendly atmosphere sharing as it does with local families who rent long term or own condos here. Overall I recommend the place. However if you don't need a kitchen then maybe you are better off in a standard hotel but you'll get a much smaller room and I don't think you'll save much.

Worst hotel I have been
No shuttle service and wifi in the room that should be included in the package. We requested to transfer to another room as the toilet is not functioning. The rooms are dusty and the overall cleanliness is not maintained.
