Hi Rose, We're sorry that you were not satisfied with how our check-in process. We sent you a message right after booking with instructions how to arrive at the property. We saw that you were able to read the message through Expedia's message center. We were anticipating for a response from you informing us of your arrival time at the property but got no response. We clearly advertise on our listing that our staff will only be available until 8 PM and any arrivals after 8 should be properly scheduled to ensure that a staff will be waiting for you to check-in. It's sad that you were not able to enjoy our accommodation. But we hope you will book with us again and the next time you're in town.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. The building has been in the area for 10 years already and has withstood a couple of earthquakes within a decade. It opened its doors to non-residents in 2016 when some owners started renting out to transient guests. This year, we should be seeing more improvements especially with transportation with the opening of Dusit Thani, a 5-star hotel within the building premises.
