직원분들도 다 너무 친절하시구 잘 챙겨주셔서(?) 편하게 잘 묵었어요! 조식도 맛 괜찮았구요 방도 너무 좁지않아서 3명이서 충분하게 지냈어요!! 아이들끼리 오기엔 좀 불편할수도 있을것같지만요. 시티 내에서 묵었던 다른 호텔은 시설도 별로.. 직원분들도 별로.. 주위에 맛있는 빵집이 있어요! 저는 모두 만족했던 프리미어 시티 스위트였습니다!! 귀여운 선물로 소소한 즐거움도 주셨지용~

accessibility of near Ayala mall and osmenia circle. good to use public vehicles. bright desk manager and gate guard. good to stay. but shower head is broken before use. not replaced before use. some checking need to facilities. and water supplier is out of order hot and cold water.

혼자 싼맛에 조식 제공때문에 오지만 후회돼는곳
개미, 바퀴벌레, 더러운 샤워기, 택시탈때마다 발음하기 힘들게 설명해야돼는 어려운 위치. 샤워헤드 더러운거 참고 쓰려고 해도 옆으로 물이 세서 사용하기 어려워 교체 해달랬더니 이틀째 소식 없음. 손님이 포기할때 까지 기다리는 여유로움. 와이파이는 그냥 보통이구요. 조식부페 먹는 7층 RD 루프 데크?은 좋아요. 6시30분부터 10시까지 조식 메뉴선택해서 식사가능합니다. 아얄라 자주 나갈 분들은 택시 왕복으로 다닐 돈으로 사드시는거 추천합니다. 망고스퀘어 줄리아나 걸어가서 놀고 싶은 젊은 분에게만 추천해요. 직원들은 다른곳과 마찬가지로 친절해요. 한국돈 만원 더주면 더 좋은데서 편하게 지낼수 있어요.

피어원항구에서 택시를 타고 왔는데 자신만만하던 택시기사가 호텔을 못찾아서 정말 한참이나 돌고 돌았다. 경국 우리가 구글맵으로 길안내를 해드림.. 근처에 망고스퀘어가 있긴 하지만 밤에 걸어가기는 무서워서 그냥 호텔방에 있었음 ㅎ 위치문제빼고는 다 좋은듯! 아얄라도 가깝고 택시타고 기본요금위치에 누엣타이도 있음 직원들은 매우 친절하고 조식도 괜찮음 루프덱도 오픈되어있어서 마음에 들었음

everything was very comfi the stuffs in the room are not looks brand new huge room, quite clean, good location, very very kind staff if you wanna get any info just ask them they know everything

2 issues only that are repairable: broken shower sliding door, the rest of the bathroom are good, we were able to use the shower. Safe for valuables was non functioning but the closet are good size for storing

We stayed in this property for 3 nights and 4days, staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent with options of bread and rice and Filipino usual breakfast of silog. I love the longganisa! I was able to rest well in their comfy bed. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to the city proper.

There's nothing wrong with the property.However,my family's travel plans changed and this worked against our favor since we booked a "non refundable" room.Basically,I paid for the entire stay on 11/22/19 to 11/27/19 and everything's non refundable per hotel policy.This sucks but what can you do?Hotel management apparently will allow my family to stay 2 nights on a different date in lieu to this unused but fully paid 5 night booking.Only thing I wish is different,hotel should have a better cancelation policy more reasonable than it is now,which basically is non existent.It should be taken into account that people's schedule do change and as long as cancelation is done in a timely manner,all or part of your payment should be refundable even if they would charge a cancelation fee.My family likes this hotel due to convenience and accessibility to Cebu Doctor's Hospital where my father had to have surgery.He was able to go home sooner than expected,reason why we had extra and unused 5 night booking.I'm not totally disappointed with this but I'm hoping the hotel would somehow modify their cancelation policy in the future.It should not be an all or nothing deal but their management should allow cancelation with refund as long customer cancels on a certain date that hotel would set.Most hotels in the USA offer free cancelation as long as done 24 hours before arrival.If canceled on 1st day,hotels still provide refund minus one day.I'm hoping Premier heads in this direction.Thank you

It’s fairly basic. It’s clean Rooms are large. Staff freindly. Breakfast was just ok but not great. No butter or jelly for toast. Just choice of egg 1 cup coffee or juice not both. Overall it was a good stay. It in a good location for the Mango Square area. Ez walk.
