1. IT park 바로 옆으로 위치는 좋은 편임 2. 호텔 전체적으로 매우 깨끗합니다. 3. 필리핀 호텔은 어딜가나 마찬가지지만 샤워만틈은 F입니다. 그놈의 해바라기샤워기 달랑 하나가 고장이 나서 아무리 해도 물이 잘 안나와요, 3박중 3박 전체를 고생했습니다. 4. 조식은 간단하지만 나쁜편은 아닙니다. 5. 로비가 너무 좁아요, 다른 시설은 괜찮습니다. 6. 공원쪽 방이었는데 창분으로 내다보면 거울같은 세부의 하늘이 누워서도 보입니다.(4층) 7. 주말에는 sugubo merkado night market 가 공원에서 열립니다. cebu의 젊은이들과 세계각국의 관광객 1,000명 이상이 몰립니다, 한번쯤 경험해볼만합니다. 쓰레기하나 없이 잘치우는거 술쳐먹고 꽥꽥대는 인간들 없는거..... 아주 좋은 경험이 될겁니다.

Central location, well-kept and comfortable.
Right in the heart of the IT Park area, easy access by jeepney or taxi to any destination in the city. I've stayed here a few times and each time has been pleasant. A shower tap came off the wall, then had to be fixed back on by hotel staff and the aircon in the room I was in this time seemed a little outdated but worked absolutely fine. Generally very clean and modern-styled rooms. You can go either way with views from the windows, if that bothers you. If you get a view from the front of the hotel, it's the cute shops and some greenery, if from the back, you'll get workmen and the like due to IT Park constantly being changed (not the hotel's fault). The staff are fantastic, very helpful, will call a taxi for you should you need it or give you advice on which jeepney to take to whatever area you want to visit and a guard is present 24/7 for security. There is a convenience store next door and the area itself is always buzzing, even deep into the night as it is the home of call centres and telemarketing companies where the young Filipinos work through to early hours. It is safe, has all the home comforts if that's what you require and is ideally located.

not bad
괜찮은 가격이지만 냉장고가 없고,따뜻한 물이 나오지 않는다. 그리고 room make up 시 침대시트를 잘 갈아주지않았다. 하지만 위치는 괜찮았다. (큰 도로가 근처에 없어 조용한 편이여서 잠시 묵었다가기에는 좋다.) IT park 주요 시설과 가까운 것 같지만 멀지도 가깝지도 않다.

일일 숙박 4만원대 아담하고 조용한 숙소. 호텔 부근 it park가 있어 미팅장소로 최적. 가격에 따라 차이가 있겠지만 저가 룸은 냉장고가 없음. 하지만 옆건물 7일레븐 편의점이 있음. 주차가능하며 와이파이(신호약함) 됨.

IT park에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 위치해 있고, 객실은 매우 청결했습니다. 샤워하는 곳이 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 좀 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

그냥 그럭저럭 지낼만해요
호텔은 신축한지 얼마되지 않아 대체적으로 깔끔한 편이나, 주변 환경이 약간 지저분합니다. 택시 기사들도 호텔 위치를 잘 모르고, 그리고 호텔에 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아요. 아마도 시간대가 있는거 같은데 확인하시길 바랍니다. 그냥 저렴한 값에 지내시기에는 괜찮은 듯 합니다. 직원 친절도는 보통입니다.

We stay room 310, 408 and 406. Room 310, the exhaust fan from ceiling is dripping with water and straight to toilet bowl. You will get wet while you will pee or pass motion. There is no hand and face towel provided at all. no room slippers and door card is not working. I need to open by keys manualy. It is very hassle. The toilet alot of molds on shower side .lastly the kettle provided has burning smell when using it Bathroom towel and bathroom rug is also dirty. No hygiene Room 408/406 - the toilet bowl will not flush, it over flow when flushing. very dirty. Can not even fix it even after changing toilet bowl itself The key card is not working, we need to always use manual keys to open the room. I find that the hotel is new but the amenities is not well maintained. we requested to change room so that we will have better stay but they don't have spare room. And unfortunately they are not able to fix the issues we escalate to them. so we end up we check out early and move to other hotel to stay. I hope the hotel will get improved and provide the basic necessity. And be prepared especially if peak season. Overall experience is bad and dont pass the basic requirement for accomodation

This was my second visit to the hotel and the #1 reason I love about this place are the Staff. Then you have the cleanliness of the room, and super close to IT Park (where everything is happening). The shower definitely needs an upgrade to make them all "rain shower" and an even distribution of hot and cold water. Wi-fi connections needs to be improved vastly because I do a lot of business online while on vacation. May I also suggest to have a 2 station internet cafe that are connected to a high-speed internet cable, again for tourists who does business online while on vacation. Over all, because of the Staff, Management, and tidiness of the room I'll give this place a 4 star! You can be on the bank that I will be back here next year!

シャワー　水圧が… お国の問題なので仕方ないけど… メンテナンス呼んで対応して貰いましたが水がかなり弱かったです。 その他は何の問題もなくセキュリティーの人もいるし安心でした。

新しい綺麗なホテル
シャワーの水圧も良く、温水が水に変わる事もなかったのがとても良かった。朝食も混んだつすること無く美味しくいただいた。ただメニューが少なく感じるが、この金額では妥当である。正面の道路側は景色は良いがうるさいため、裏の民家側の部屋に変更してもらい、静かであった。ただ、この地域はI Tパークなので、夜でもざわざわとしているのは仕方が無いと思います。

When we were on the way up to our rooms, we had a hard time operating the elevator and the staff who heard us did not bother to help us. Security guard was the one who helped us. When we went to our room, the air conditioner was not working properly and when we asked if there was another room we could move into even if we had to upgrade to a higher accomodation, the front desk personnel Jasper (he would not give us his full name) put us on hold for a long time then was snarky when we put in our request. To top it off, the toilet did not flush. The front desk personnel was not helpful and was in fact downright rude. The morning front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. That Jasper Ian Sericon and the condition of the property needs to be attended to.

The staff are excellent. Good cleaning and sanitation. Small restaurant with a good but limited menu. Polite servers. This is an older building and has plumbing problems. I changed rooms but the second room also had plumbing problems. Maintenance guy responded quickly but confided that the plumbing is his struggle constantly.

It’s my first booking in this hotel. I’ve been visiting Cebu monthly and wanted to try something different this time. I found this hotel fairly good. I liked the room, they keep it clean and neat, but hard poor Wifi signal. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, but the staff dealt with that immediately. Overall, I’m okay with the hotel and would probably book again.

Zerenity Hotel and Suites is clean, new and strategically located in the business district (Cebu IT Park). It is close to restaurants, banks, coffee shops, Sugbo Mercado and The Pyramid (a must see spot in Cebu City). It is also close to most of the tourist spots in Cebu City. It is comparable to a 5* hotel in terms of service and cleanliness, except some of their services require extra fee - like pressing of clothes, bedroom slippers, etc. They also offer free breakfast but the choices are limited - no bacon, meat loaf, ham, hash brown and cereal. Most of the time it was just scrambled egg and sausages. They should serve local Cebu delicacies for tourists to try like danggit, Cebu longganisa, dried mangoes, etc. Overall, it is still a pleasing hotel with a service similiar to a 5* hotel. Room rates are reasonable too. Will definitely stay here again.
