Hotel was good, location wasn't the best as it is surrounded by apartments. I had a dog and they put us on the first floor close to an exit door so it was easy to take the dog out. Breakfast was decent, however, my husband had some mold on a piece of bread. Otherwise for the money it was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel seemed full but was quiet. There were multiple sports teams eating at the same time and the breakfast attendant did an excellent job keeping food stocked and the area clean with a constant stream of people.

Nice location and the hotel itself is nice especially for price. Fridge wouldn’t get cold. But staff attempted to replace it. No complaints

Tables were never cleaned off between uses at breakfast. Neither were there cleaning supplies around to do it yourself. But the second the ending time for breakfast came around, the food was removed.

The hotel has done a partial job of remodeling. The lobby, breakfast area and pool were nice and updated. Our room was clean. The grout in the bathroom floor was very dirty looking. Some of the remodeling wasn't complete.

When booking the room there was an option for special requests where I asked for a room on the first floor close to the lobby if available and also if they had a wheelchair. I got a response within a day stating they would be happy to accommodate that and that they did have a w/c for use. The room we stayed in was older, but very clean, and the beds were insanely comfortable with great pillows! The staff was very friendly and available whenever we needed assistance. This hotel is very easy to get to from UIHC and is close to several restaurants. It is located directly behind a Casey's as well which is very convenient. I will definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in this area.

This hotel was clean, good breakfast, fairly well updated, and very friendly staff. My only issue was the parking spaces are very small and hard for bigger vehicles, like trucks and suvs, to get into. Other than that excellent. I will for sure stay there again

So clean, beds were comfortable, everything worked in the room as they should, smelled so nice, heater was quiet. Very comfortable stay.

The .male staff that helped me with my reservation was patient and very helpful. I had requested 2 adjoining rooms which he made happen. The pool was clean. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The only negative i had was the bed sqeaked and was too soft, but was very clean with plenty of pillows. I would stay again.

Easy check-in an hour early without question. Parked in front of the door. Easy driving access to U. Iowa facilities I needed. Great Saturday morning breakfast!!

Booked a couple rooms for my family of 6. The staff was very helpful and were able to provide adjoining rooms without any problems. Rooms were clean and ready early. Breakfast was better than usual hotels in this price range.
